We went here for Thanksgiving and had a fantastic meal! For starters, we had the Beef Carpaccio with capers, creole mustard sauce, eggs, and red onions, served with toasted Gruyère croutons. It was decent, but we'll likely try a different appetizer next time.
We also tried the Ahi Tuna Poke Stack, featuring avocado, cucumber, caviar, and a soy ginger sauce served with lavash crackers. While it was good, it leaned a bit too sweet for our taste, and we've had a better version elsewhere.
For the main course, we ordered the Prime Tomahawk Ribeye Steak and the Filet Mignon, both cooked to a perfect medium rare. The Tomahawk was beautifully marbled, tender, juicy, and absolutely spot-on. The Filet was equally tender, juicy, and flavorful, though leaner. Both were exceptional and incredibly delicious!
Our sides included the sautéed mushrooms, which were outstanding, and loaded baked potatoes topped with butter, sour cream, cheese, and bacon--a classic, done right. For dessert, we enjoyed the crème brûlée, which was divine.
A special shoutout to our server, Daniel, who truly elevated our experience. He was friendly, attentive, prompt, and made our visit feel special. We'll definitely be back!
