Fleming’s Prime Steakhouse & Wine Bar

I decided to stop in for lunch today and had a great lunch. The price and quality food was great!. I had the new york strip steak sandwhich and it was fantatstic. Definitely will be back. The hostess Carolyn, waiter, and manager were all very professional and friendly. So, if your in the UTC area looking for lunch I recommend you stop in

So I decided to try them out for lunch this afternoon, I’ve been thinking about it since they opened this location but avoided it because almost 75% of the time when I try out a new steakhouse I’m disappointed….and since this is a chain it made me worry even more. I was actually very pleasantly surprised!! The service and food were amazing… even when I walked in the hostess greeted me by name.. before I even said anything, I was pleasantly shocked! lol. I was then sat and greeted by both my server Mackenzie and a lady who I assume was a manager, both very friendly and very thorough in explaining things. I ordered the Mushroom Brie soup as my starter, it was the best mushroom soup that I have ever had it was light and very flavorful! Next opted for the prix fixe lunch in which I ordered the Cabernet Fillet and Flemings salad, the filet was cooked to perfection and very tender, the salad was very good as well, I also ordered the Crispy Rosemary Potatoes which were very good and they came with an excellent sauce to dip them in. Overall this was a great experience and I’m glad that I gave this Flemings location a shot!

Our first visit there and it was amazing! From the hostess’s to the bartenders to the waitstaff everyone was friendly! Our waitress Tracie was very friendly and attentive. As it turns out we were born a town apart in WI! We will definitely be back on our next visit to Florida!!!!!

Absolutely spectacular. Everything was well above my expectations. We went for my brother’s 30th birthday and Tracie, and the rest of the restaurant, made it SO special. Tracie was fabulous, giving us superb service with a smile. She was the epitome of hospitality, service, and kindness. I would go back solely to see her. What a treasure. 100000/10.

I would like to share that my initial experience at the new Flemings on University was truly delightful, as I attended a birthday celebration there. It was a wonderful experience, and I have no complaints whatsoever. We certainly plan to return.

Great addition to the Sarasota food scene. Beautiful light filled dining room provides a wonderful place to enjoy a meal. Food is very good but also very expensive. Service is friendly and professional Tracie, our server was fantastic and treated us like royalty! Also all wines are available by the glass which is nice.

Flemmings is one of our favorites! The new location at UTC has a mid century modern vibe we love. We were celebrating recently and our server Tracie went above and beyond. She even had a non alcoholic sparking tea for our daughter to cheers with us. Her engagement and conversation was wonderful the whole dinner. I have to give a huge shout out to Alyssa as well for always making us feel welcome from our first time at the Siesta Drive location to now. Amazing service and food always!!!

Robert O was our waiter and made our anniversary very memorable and personable. The staff were all kind and seemed happy to be there. The food was done to perfection. Attention to detail was definitely a priority at this Flemings.
