Fleming’s Prime Steakhouse & Wine Bar

I had an exceptional experience at this location. The ambience was very nice. We sat at the bar. They had an artist playing live music yesterday. She had a beautiful voice, great song choice’s and played the piano well. We got the ribeye steak (cooked medium plus) the corn Brûlée and string beans. Chefs kiss, everything tasted phenomenal. I almost gave this location four stars because they took the Oscar option off the menu (please bring back Oscar) but the bartenders were so nice and attentive they earned the star back. Before we left they gave us some truffles made in house, which tasted delicious. I’ll be back on a Tuesday to try that tomahawk special. Flemings gets my recommendation.

I had an amazing experience with my family. Zack was an all star server. He was very personable and was very knowledgeable with the hefty menu. I ordered the Del Monte steak, crab cakes, and an “Herb Your Enthusiasm” cocktail. The staff was polite and the live music added to the inviting atmosphere. My family are regulars to the lunch hour and we thoroughly enjoyed the dinner menu. We will be back! Thank you to Zack and the staff!

My fiancé and I went to Flemmings for date night this evening, and the experience was fantastic. Our server Heather was phenomenal! We had the wedge salad to start, then had the filet (and did the mushroom and truffle add on) and bone in rib eye. Both were cooked perfectly and very flavorful. We did the sweet corn brûlée and the potatoes au gratin. The sweet corn is to die for!! We were so full so we weren't going to get desert but heather brought out some complimentary dark chocolate truffles that were perfect for the end of the meal. Everything was amazing from start to finish. Thank you for a lovely date night.

So I decided to try them out for lunch this afternoon, I’ve been thinking about it since they opened this location but avoided it because almost 75% of the time when I try out a new steakhouse I’m disappointed….and since this is a chain it made me worry even more. I was actually very pleasantly surprised!! The service and food were amazing… even when I walked in the hostess greeted me by name.. before I even said anything, I was pleasantly shocked! lol. I was then sat and greeted by both my server Mackenzie and a lady who I assume was a manager, both very friendly and very thorough in explaining things. I ordered the Mushroom Brie soup as my starter, it was the best mushroom soup that I have ever had it was light and very flavorful! Next opted for the prix fixe lunch in which I ordered the Cabernet Fillet and Flemings salad, the filet was cooked to perfection and very tender, the salad was very good as well, I also ordered the Crispy Rosemary Potatoes which were very good and they came with an excellent sauce to dip them in. Overall this was a great experience and I’m glad that I gave this Flemings location a shot!

I decided to stop in for lunch today and had a great lunch. The price and quality food was great!. I had the new york strip steak sandwhich and it was fantatstic. Definitely will be back. The hostess Carolyn, waiter, and manager were all very professional and friendly. So, if your in the UTC area looking for lunch I recommend you stop in

Great addition to the Sarasota food scene. Beautiful light filled dining room provides a wonderful place to enjoy a meal. Food is very good but also very expensive. Service is friendly and professional Tracie, our server was fantastic and treated us like royalty! Also all wines are available by the glass which is nice.

I can state enough how amazing Tracie our server was this evening!! She made my husband’s birthday dinner feel amazing. She made sure that he felt special and knew the menu. I am definitely coming back !!! Thank you Tracie

Our first visit there and it was amazing! From the hostess’s to the bartenders to the waitstaff everyone was friendly! Our waitress Tracie was very friendly and attentive. As it turns out we were born a town apart in WI! We will definitely be back on our next visit to Florida!!!!!
