I contacted them to create my wedding bouquet and my husbands boutonnière. I requested a cascading bouquet with only white flowers. This was small/medium size. There was so much thought and care placed into it. Plus it was very easy to communicate with them to discuss the design, pricing, and pick up was a breeze.

Seamless ordering process from Western Canada and the delivery was less than a day later. The birthday girl (our cousin) sent a photo and loved her floral arrangement. I now have a spot to purchase flowers for our American family members in Chicago. Thank you Fleur de Lis.

Ryan communicated every step of the way and was very responsive! The bouquets were delivered directly to the hotel in glass vases (complimentary), which we were able to use as table centerpieces for the wedding reception. I received a TON of compliments on the bridal bouquets and boutonnières! The flowers lasted all day in the heat, and according to my bridesmaids their bouquets are still nice and green 4 days later! Wow. Do they know their colors and flowers, or what? I highly recommend calling and giving them a dollar amount and the vibe of what you'd like. You will be amazed. Here's "my son and his girlfriend are getting married next month. Use a big of mauve and hip greens".

I wish I could give 10+ stars for Ryan's quality of service and creative floral design genius. Ryan was very easy to work with and was able to capture the vision for my daughter's wedding party with ease. His designs for the table arrangements were absolutely stunning. I had people stopping me in the street asking where the flowers had come from. He was able to include all the exotics I had asked for. Ryan, I cannot thank you enough for your passion and creativity-you are gifted.

Ordered some flowers online for my cousin to celebrate Mother's Day. The flowers came when they were supposed to and they were really very gorgeous, fresh flowers! Well put together. However the prices are def on the higher side. I ordered the petite low lush bouquet in a vase which was $95. The total including delivery cost, tip and tax was $135. Def on the higher end for price compared to other floral shops I've frequented, but I appreciate how professional they were and their attention to detail.

Called, asked with trust for a flower composition of $300. They new the person and the occasion that the bouquet was for. I asked for a picture before to send. I payed $340 right away. Never got a picture and this is what was sent. $340? For that little thing? Very disappointing

The company I work for needed to send bereavement flowers to a coworkers family and not only did Fleur de Lis make a stunning arrangement, they handled the details with such care. Love supporting small businesses. The delivery fee was a bit high but understandable as I believe the address was out of their delivery zone. Highly recommend!

A friend ordered me a gorgeous arrangement from Fleur de Lis. It was a surprise delivery to my home and from the exceptional packaging to the beautiful and fresh flowers, it was perfect. The arrangement had such unique and pretty flowers - a lovely way to reach out remotely to someone. They also had a bit of a distance to deliver - which was very appreciated.

We ordered a standing spray and casket spray for my father-in-law's funeral. The arrangements were beautiful and were done very tastefully. We could not have been happier with the arrangements which brought a little bit of cheer to an otherwise solemn day. We recommend them highly for funeral arrangements or any other special occasion.

THIS SHOP DOES NOT PLAY. The staff consistently delivers on the most beautiful arrangements you'll ever see; they're consistent in quality, always on time, and friendly to boot. My husband and I have been coming here for flowers for as long as we've lived in Chicago--8 years!--and we can't imagine ever working with another crew. They did our wedding, they've been there for every promotion, every loss, and every Valentine's Day. I always look forward to seeing what they come up with, because it is STRAIGHT CLASS. First, I want to mention that this is my very first Yelp review. And I couldn't be happier to write it in order to speak of how wonderful your flower shop is! For over 20 years now, me and my partner both have always used A New Leaf for our floral needs, be it flowers that we've sent each other for our anniversary, birthday's or valentines day, or the numerous arrangements we've sent to friends and family. And now that they're closing I needed to find a new florist to have a floral arrangement delivered for my partners birthday today. Wow, did I luck out with Fleur de Lis! The arrangement was stunning! The flowers and the vase that they arrived in were beautiful, and the packaging, exquisite! Delivery was absolutely perfect! Thanks, for now giving me a new florist to depend on.

I have tried to avoid the online national flower order companies and use only local florists but when I tried to place an order here this AM for a funeral that was happening at a church around the corner from the shop the woman was (a) unfriendly and seemed annoyed that I was ordering the day before the funeral (sorry that deaths aren't planned) (b) didn't care that the order was going close by ("yeah, the driver will find it") and (c) gave me an $85 minimum - significantly more than the online chains. Soooo I'll be ordering from 1800 Flowers or somewhere similar.

I had Fleur de Lis make flower arrangements this past weekend for a baby shower. To say I was impressed would be an understatement. From delivery and how the flowers were packaged to the arrangements themselves, everyone kept saying that they looked like wedding flowers. I would order from Fleur de Lis again in a hearbwst

TL;DR Professional, accommodating, creative, excellent service. I gifted flowers to a friend for her engagement and wanted them to reflect her personality. I put together a one-sheeter of inspiration photos and the team at Fleur de Lis was so accommodating and really listened to what I was imagining. They were easy to work with, their arrangements speak for themselves, and their communication makes you feel taken care of.

Extremely impressed with this florist! I called them from Washington State to see if they could do a last minute bouquet for a friend staying in Chicago for her 30th Birthday. Unfortunately, I was not able to make it there to see her. They put together a gorgeous arrangement & were willing to bring it to her hotel as a surprise. They even texted me a photo of it! This is a wonderful option, especially if you want the flowers to last. I sent a bouquet to my sister for a "big" birthday and she has not stopped sharing how wonderful they smell, and her amazement that they'll last for a year. I love knowing she'll be able to enjoy them far longer than a regular arrangement. Yes, they are expensive, but it was less than if I set up a recurring gift, like I usually do for my mother. I sign her up for a new arrangement or plant each month, usually for 6 months or less. This was the same cost as that program. Now hoping someone sends me an arrangement from them.

Stunning bouquets, excellent service! When you live in Pennsylvania and want to order flowers for someone in Chicago, the online choices can be daunting. Look no further than Fleur de Lis Florist. We have ordered from them twice, this last time for a very special birthday that, unfortunately had to be celebrated under stay-at-home orders. How would we make our sister's day special from so far away? Fleur de Lis came to the rescue. They offered an "Ultimate Care Package" with a gorgeous bouquet, bottle of champagne and, in partnership with Bitterweet Bakery, an enchanting cake decorated with roses and gold flecks! It was perfect and our sister was beyond delighted. So very pleased! And they accommodated our wishes to have it all delivered on our sister's birthday, despite the current coronavirus conditions. We're so grateful to Fleur de Lis. Every penny spent there is worth it.

I had to re-do my wedding photos and asked Fleur De Lis to recreate my original wedding bouquet so that the pics would turn out perfect and they did!! The flowers were so beautiful and lush. I will say the price is a bit more expensive than others, but you do get great quality.

Wow! Such beautiful flowers. They smell incredible and as I've told my Palindrome the flower sender I think this is one of the best florists he has used in downtown Chicago. There are a couple which I think are rather miss than hit. He says crazy expensive... but worth it if they are amazing, fresh & last if you keep care of them (which I do, someone loves you enough to send flowers just because... you respect that by caring for the flowers).

I chose Fleur De Lis Florist based on Yelp reviews (thanks guys!). I live in Virginia and needed flowers delivered to Chicago, and I wanted to choose an independent florist, not a chain. Anyway. I chose FDL based on reviews and also on the photos. Yesterday, I emailed in a picture of what I had in mind, along with my price point, and then called with my credit card. Delivered today, as requested. I am very pleased with both the flowers and the overall service. They even texted me a picture of the finished product. I have ordered from many shops and had never been offered this. If I need chicago delivery again, FDL will be my first call! NOTE/constructive feedback... FDL could do a more streamlined photo album on their site, to show what size bouquet to expect... but I gave the colors and a few details and the price point and they made it work just beautifully.

There was a time in my life where it seemed like I needed flowers once a week for some reason or another. Enter Fleur de Lis. I happened in one day because it was around the corner from work. Francine met me at the counter and walked me through what I needed for an arrangement. She was wonderful, helpful, and incredibly pleasant. What she came up with was a beautiful rose bowl. These make great gifts, last forever, and you can reuse the bowl. For whatever occasion I need flowers, Fleur de Lis is the first and only stop I make.

I just received a huge floral arrangement and bottle of champagne in celebration of completion of a major project. The arrangement is an exquisite display of orchids, roses, hydrangeas in a stunning white/green color theme. it's just blown me away with how unique and elegant it is! I was visiting Chicago with my fiance for something and it happened to coincide with our two-year anniversary. Since I love to surprise her, I made a reservation at Chicago Cut and then started looking for local florists to see about having something delivered to the restaurant ahead of time, so when we got there, she'd be surprised by flowers waiting. After reading some of the reviews on here (and seeing they had a solid 5-star rating), I called and, despite traditionally being closed on Saturdays, they were willing to come in specifically to make this delivery for me! The flowers were beautiful, the customer service beyond exceptional and I know if I'm ever in Chicago again and need flowers, I will only call one place.

Beautiful arrangements made by true artists. I've admired their arrangements in the window for several years now. Recently, I phoned in a delivery order to send to a friend; specifying her two favorite flowers. Both of which are very delicate and sensitive to the summer heat. No color requirement, I just requested a very colorful arrangement. The same day Fleur de Lis Florists delivered a beautiful centerpiece that exceeded my expectations.

I used Fleur De Lis Florist for a company dinner party at Nacional 27. The flowers were stunning with a perfect touch of whimsy that added to the festive atmosphere of the dining room. I felt the price for six arrangements was very reasonable as well, especially for the high quality, variety, and beauty of the flowers. I was impressed with the whole process of working with Danielle at Fleur De Lis from the beginning of planning stages to the end product, which all of our guests loved!

Sent flowers for my SIL's 70th birthday based on reviews I read on-line. Flowers arrived on time and SIL watered as directed, however, when we arrived 3 days later, the flowers were extremely wilted and mostly dead. I was embarrassed at the state of our gift for her mile-stone birthday, though she was quite gracious about it. Always difficult to send flowers when you're a thousand miles away. The arrangement had unique flowers and looked like it would have been beautiful, if it were still alive. While flowers don't last forever, I would expect that flowers delivered on Tuesday would still be alive (if watered as directed, which these were) on Friday of the same week. Very disappointed.

After several hours of research, I kept coming back to Fleur de Lis for their modern, romantic, opulent, and beautiful arrangements. I called and spoke with Danielle who was so helpful. I explained the floral arrangements I had seen on-line and she knew exactly the ones I described to her. When I told her I was hoping for delivery that day, she explained that they had just completed their deliveries for that area, but quickly assured me they could make it happen. What amazing service! When my friend received her birthday floral arrangement she was beyond impressed! She sent me a photo of the floral arrangement (it was exactly as I had described to Danielle) and even one of the box it was delivered in!

The team at Fleur De Lis is amazing and exceeded every expectation that I had for them. Any time I need flowers for any reason - this is the only place for me. The service for the wedding was nothing short of amazing. From the moment I met with Danielle, to how she got to know me, my style and what I wanted for my big day, to the follow up closer to the wedding, to the day of the wedding and all the work that went on - the service was perfect - they anticipated what was needed before I could even ask. This is on top of the amazing designs that they put together and the quality of the flowers/materials that are used are far superior to any I've ever seen.
