Fleur De Sel Le Restaurant

This is an excellent place for a very nice celebration. We celebrated our anniversary on a mid-week evening. The restaurant was not filled on the day of our visit but nonetheless the staff made our visit feel very special and intimate notwithstanding we stayed until there was no one else around. At no time did we feel rushed. Instead there was devotion to detail in every course of our meal. The food was excellent and worthy of recommendation. I would visit again without hesitation.

second time back here and as usual, the food was absolutely fantastic! service was great too :) i rlly liked the lobster bisque in particular. many diff textures and flavours! definitely my go to french restaurant 🩷

We didn't have the chance to try the two dishes Les Oursin, and Le Homard didn't serve that day. The Le Crabe and Le Baba are impressive. A good experience of French dining. All good,

Good service and nice ambience for dinner with friends and soulmates, girlfriends, wife.... Their staff are friendly and the chef would come out to say hello when they serve the main dishes

What a hidden gem!!! Went out for lunch with my colleagues and we were so happy as we stepped in until we departed. Very well decorated ambient as high class French restaurant with great customer service literally by every crew in the restaurant. Every menu came out highly presentable and the taste to remember. Choices of wine are so great as well. Highly recommended. I'll definitely go back every time I visit Singapore.

2025 Wanted to go for my birthday. The staff says cannot have 1 of each lunch menu (2 types they offer) even if I have 3 pax. Must be same menu. I want variety and to taste everything on the menu and I cannot? Do you know how to do business? And to tell me that when I reach there and it’s a special occasion? It’s ok, I take myself and family elsewhere and enjoy it much more. So thank you for that. 2023 Set lunch is much more costlier, but still a nice place for special occasion. 2020 Set lunch is affordable. There’s 2 chefs in the open kitchen and food takes time to come out. But it was generally nice. Was satisfied with the food. Went again 29/12/20 had Christmas set

I came here for lunch the other day and had a delightful meal with delightful company. The atmosphere inside is warm and spacious, relaxed and airy. This is not a brasserie or bistro, so don’t expect a menu with all the classic French dining options. There are plenty of places to go if you want that, and you can find several among my other reviews. The experience here is more intimate and akin to fine dining. They had two set menus available. There are no options to choose within the sets but the chef will happily customize anything to accommodate any dietary issues. We had the basic lunch set rather than the degustation menu. Everything was tasty and the presentation was lovely. We also added in a cheese course for sharing before the dessert. They have a nice selection and we got a range of four types. Service was very good and the chef frequently came around to present the dishes and check on our experience. Lunch was also pleasantly relaxed and not rushed. With limited seating still in effect, many places have time limits on dining, but not here. It was nice to be able to chill and enjoy the meal. I think the overall value proposition was also quite good. I would definitely go back.

Kudos to service - very attentive, polite staff. The food is decent. Nothing to shout about. I prefer their lunch menu - it’s good value for money. We had the degustation menu, the food tasted decent, just don’t expect surprises or dishes to wow. But I do like their wine & port selection. And they also have a good selection of cheeses. [update June 2023] Back again about a couple of years and the service and food quality continues to be consistent. Chef Alex has expanded the wine collection and now carry some exciting good value wine. The menu continue to change with the season’s best offering.

Excellent service and ambience. Classic French at its best. A good date night option on quaint street.
