Fleur De Sel Le Restaurant

We celebrated our daughter's 21st birthday at the restaurant. Recommended by a friend. It was a very pleasant evening. Very, very friendly staff. Lady server was fun (: Open kitchen concept, chefs came out to talk to customers. All the food was fabulous. Love, love the sourdough bread. Seafood was very fresh, could tell that the quality of the food is of special standard. Parking was easy. Park at Orchid Hotel. Just 3 mins walk to the restaurant. Won't regret. You will enjoy it!

They were very accommodating to some minor adjustments we wanted to make to the degustation menus and every dish was beautifully plated and presented. We had a lovely dinner and the space was bright and inviting. Highly recommend!

Lovely ambience with a comfortable, well-thought-out setting that makes dining enjoyable. We’ve celebrated our anniversary here twice, and the food has never disappointed—modern French done right, flavorful without being heavy, and consistently well-executed. You get genuinely authentic French cuisine with a contemporary touch. Chef Alexandre is friendly and approachable, adding a warm, personal element to the experience. Highly recommended.

Wonderful service with good curated menu. Been quite a while since the last visit; glad the quality of dishes remained high standard. A little playful in presentation of appertisers; and thoughtful preparation of the dishes. Wine pairing was certainly spot on, and generous with the pour as well which is much appreciated. The service was engaging and friendly; and was definitely highlight for the evening which elevated the dining experience.

There were 2 set menus but if you come in pairs both must choose the same menu. A little disappointed as we wanted to try different menus. Ambience was great (a little dark) but food wasn't to my liking. Appetizer was average, bread was tough, the rest was okay but not super amazing. The portion sizes were tiny. Presentation was a 9/10 though. Staff and chef are friendly.

I had an amazing dining experience at Fleur De Sel Le. The food was exceptional, and the wine pairing was perfectly curated, I thoroughly enjoyed every single glass. The local lady who served us was highly knowledgeable and truly elevated the whole experience. I’ll definitely return for dinner when I get the chance.

This is an excellent place for a very nice celebration. We celebrated our anniversary on a mid-week evening. The restaurant was not filled on the day of our visit but nonetheless the staff made our visit feel very special and intimate notwithstanding we stayed until there was no one else around. At no time did we feel rushed. Instead there was devotion to detail in every course of our meal. The food was excellent and worthy of recommendation. I would visit again without hesitation.

Just had one of the best French meal in Singapore. Almost every dish of the degustation menu is perfect. Balanced flavor, taste and visual delight.

Excellent service and ambience. Classic French at its best. A good date night option on quaint street.
