"Reopens on July 26 with a classic bistro menu that includes duck confit, coq au vin, and filet Rossini. Chef Hubert Keller stepped away from the restaurant early this year." - Susan Stapleton

"Hubert Keller seems to have dropped off slightly from the limelight after spending a good amount of time in the aughts on TV and the celebrity chef circuit. The affable French chef (and DJ) still maintains a Burger Bar in SF and Vegas, but Fleur inside Mandalay Bay is sort of his last full service place. The menu doesn’t necessarily inspire passion anymore, mostly because anything involving global flavors and small plates is a dime a dozen at this point. But the quality is still very much there, especially at brunch, which features a well-constructed Kobe-Angus blend beef burger (the man does know burgers), and a hangover-curing sampler of brunch classics that includes a short rib Benedict, pancakes, and an omelet. For those without a hangover, pick from a better-than-average selection of craft brews like Sierra Nevada Hazy Lil’ Thing IPA or Firestone Walker Pivo Pils. On the second or third morning of a Vegas trip, nothing is better than a polished brunch that doesn’t break the bank." - Cathy Chaplin

Fleur’s food is scrumptious! It’s definitely worth making a reservation. Be sure to come hungry because there’s lots to try. The steak was cooked to perfection and the chocolate dessert was mouth watering. Fleur does have a new menu! And it’s important to note that none of the mains come with sides, so it gets expensive fast.

There are so many things I'd love to say about the experience of dining at Fleur, and my favorite I said the whole time, "this is incredible". Our server was so kind and quick, the food was out of this world delicious, and the drinks we had were so good! Fleur has been on my bucket list for years, and I'd come back again in a heartbeat!

Great dinner here on the Strip! Stopped by and tried the Pan Seared Branzino, a MUST! This fish was perfectly cooked, no bones, & complimented the filet steak & frites very well! Another highlight was the short rib French onion soup, so delicious! Great wine selection as well, can't go wrong with anything on their wine menu!

This upsace French restaurant is located next to the casino in the Mandalay Bay resort complex. While the food is good and we could get a table on a Friday evening without prior reservation, it is a bit pricy, which may explain the reason why it was not full. Kitchen closes shortly after 10:00, so no late night dinners are to be considered. Both the steak & the fish were tasty. All in all, a dinner for two with a wine of glass and without desert totalled at 250$

I've dined many times here over the years, but admittedly has been a minute. This dinner was different than all others...in not a good way. This experience was not very exciting and executions sloppy. Some observations: - White wine served at room temperature (admittely we declined an ice bucket at first), but wine had not been stored cold so shouldn't have mattered. - Staff was cordial, but basic service skills are in need of serious refresh - Haibut overcooked and dry with equally dry farro - Manager chewing food on restaurant floor during service - Very pedestrian food and wine menu, intended for masses...not to impress - Solid bread and butter program - "French Bistro"...not really Overall a quite vanilla experience. It was neither terrible nor outstanding. Thus a solid 2.5 star rating (opted for 2 stars). Additional adjectives would be boring, pedestrian and unexciting. Too many other options in Vegas to enjoy a real meal...espcially for prices commanded (about $80 per person). Not an outstanding perspective. But easy to see why restaurant was 80-90% empty and one person sitting at bar, 7:30pm on Saturday night during busy concert night at Mandalay Bay.

I walked into the restaurant, sat at the bar. Typically a single guy doesn't take up a table. Although, it was not busy at 8pm. I ordered a rib eye steak at 76 dollars. I asked for a coke, the bar tender later gave me water . I then asked for a coke and he remembered. At that time it was 8:30 pm I just payed the tab,(room charge) hoping my time gambling could be increased. 9pm came around I asked if I could have my meal. The bartender sent someone, who said he was the manager to check. My meal came after nine and I had to deal with the reasoning of the manager who stated, the cook burned the first one so they had to make another. So, a great tasting steak was ruined by bad service. Being unsatisfied with the whole experience, I just cut my gambling time short.. with a bad taste of service in my mind, I rather be at peace than argue with a member of the staff here at Mandalay Bay. Note......6/2/2023 I just read the restaurant is closing.. That explains the lack of courtesy by the employees.

OMG best food and the best service by Prianka at Fleur. Lamb chops, white fish and pistachio dessert was great choice we have made for dinner. I do definitely recommend you to try out this place. Also whenever you are visiting don't forget to ask Prianka and say hi to her. She was our server and she is the sweetest person ever. Great job!
