This place deserves a lot of attention. From the moment we stepped in until the moment we left, every corner, detail, decorations, pillows, spoons, plates, tables, and dessert gave me so many positive emotions. I am originally from Ukraine, and even though we are living through a war now, our food culture is HUGE. So I know what good desserts taste like—I know how it feels to be in a great restaurant, café, bakery, and so on.
Fortunately, also my family visited many countries before the war—we’ve been to many Michelin-starred places. And I truly feel that Fleur Sauvage Chocolates can be and should be a star place as well. We loved your desserts—the way they looked, the way they tasted. We loved the atmosphere inside, and the cozy, beautiful backyard outside reminded us of a restaurant in my hometown, Odesa, Ukraine.
The beautiful owner was very friendly, welcomed us warmly, and told us the story of this café. Our family recommends this place to everyone who visits Windsor, California. We also wish you would open a place like this in San Francisco! It was our sweet, cozy moment, and we hope to see you again.🌸
