Google
I couldn't give Fleur Sauvage a perfect score becuase I'm comparing this place to places like Christopher Elbow in SF. The mini cakes were excellent. We tried the coffee and raspberry one for $12 each a bit pricey, worth the try but that was it. It didn't have anything special for me to buy it on the regular. The chocolates priced at $2.50 is comparable to others. They had 14 flavors to choose from. A box of 12 was around $40. Not as many to select from but given it's located in a small town, i get it. If youre in the area try this place. They have coffee and garden seating so you can enjoy their menu. It is worth trying.

This place deserves a lot of attention. From the moment we stepped in until the moment we left, every corner, detail, decorations, pillows, spoons, plates, tables, and dessert gave me so many positive emotions. I am originally from Ukraine, and even though we are living through a war now, our food culture is HUGE. So I know what good desserts taste like—I know how it feels to be in a great restaurant, café, bakery, and so on. Fortunately, also my family visited many countries before the war—we’ve been to many Michelin-starred places. And I truly feel that Fleur Sauvage Chocolates can be and should be a star place as well. We loved your desserts—the way they looked, the way they tasted. We loved the atmosphere inside, and the cozy, beautiful backyard outside reminded us of a restaurant in my hometown, Odesa, Ukraine. The beautiful owner was very friendly, welcomed us warmly, and told us the story of this café. Our family recommends this place to everyone who visits Windsor, California. We also wish you would open a place like this in San Francisco! It was our sweet, cozy moment, and we hope to see you again.🌸 Wishing your family and your business lots of loyal customers, continued inspiration to create beauty, and much wealth and prosperity. ❤️ Big applause to the owner and chef of this amazing café, Fleur Sauvage Chocolates!

Google
Absolutely delicious items! I honestly can't say enough good things about this dessert cafe! Their tea time is AMAZING! My dad and I have done it twice and have been blown away both times! I have been to Dandelion Chocolate in SF where they have their mini chocolate tasting platter and Fleur Savauge blows it out of the water! All of their confections have such exquisite detail. Their flavors and presentation are perfect! I recommend trying all of their chocolate and pastry flavors! The owners are so friendly! I love watching their chocolate making process videos on Instagram too.

My children took me to Fleur Sauvage for a tea tasting for my birthday. It is located in a victorian inspired building near the roundabout and railroad tracks on Windsor River Road. We each got to select two chocolates, and the rest of the goodies were pre selected. We chose to sit outside in a lovely garden area. The service was outstanding. The husband and wife proprietors were very personable and accommodating. All of the pastries were delicious, and we spent a leisurely time enjoying the treats. I ended up taking home a couple of different desserts for a party the next day and a box of their handmade chocolates for a different event. I will definitely go back to try new creations.

7/27/24 Run don't walk to Fleur Sauvage in Windsor. Named one of the "Best Chocolate Treats in Sonoma County" by Sonoma Magazine was the reason we went, and we were not disappointed. The chocolate mousse had a silky texture that melted effortlessly on my tongue, releasing a cascade of rich, complex flavors that lingered long after the last bite. The decadent chocolate truffles were worth every calorie. The store was beautiful and the owners were so helpful. We left with this but regretted not getting more. We will be back. 11/24/24 We went back just now to pick up our Christmas Advent Calendar and a few more lovely desserts. We took mom, and she had a hard time choosing between all the delicious flavors.

Google
This is an absolutely great place to get chocolate. I'm not kidding when I say that this has to be some of the best chocolate I've tasted, and pretty much everyone that I've given some to agrees. The chocolate here is not just candy; it's art, and there's a different experience in each piece. The people who work here are super cool, too, and the way they decorate their little seating area gives the place a really nice feel to it. I really do love this place. If you're ever passing by here, I'd definitely recommend stopping by and trying out a few pieces. Make sure to grab some for your friends and family, too!

Yelp
Unbelievably delicious, an exceptional coffee and dessert experience. Cannot imagine anything better. This should be on your path for a visit. Just as good as eating in Paris.

Yelp
I was looking for a high tea to celebrate our birthdays, and came across Petit & Sweet Tea Time in Windsor. My daughter and I both enjoy chocolate and sweets so we were looking forward to this special day. When we arrived for our 2:00 reservation, we were greeted warmly by Chef Buttercup's spouse. She asked us to select our tea and two bonbons. Decisions... Decisions! The bonbons were colorful and beautiful. We would have enjoyed them all but we picked the coconut milk chocolate, caramel pretzel, raspberry, and milk and honey. She asked us to take a seat inside or in the garden and she will find us. It was a beautiful afternoon so we decided to sit outdoors. There was a table of four sitting outside but other than that, we had the garden area to ourselves. One of the ladies at the table came over and asked if we would like a photo. How kind and thoughtful some people can be! Pretty tea cups, teapot, and our first course arrived. It was lemon scones and buttermilk biscuits. They were divine. Warm and incredibly flavored. We savored each bite. Then Chef Robert "Buttercup" came out with our desserts on a tiered tray. He explained what everything was and offered to take the bonbons inside since it was warming up outside. On our tray was a gorgeous assortment of sweets. To the best of my memory, we had a raspberry mousse cake bite, french jelly, peanut butter "Snicker's" with gold flakes, chocolate mousse with crunchy bits on top, mint mousse, and a lemon meringue bite. To add to the beauty of these desserts, two had flowers on top. We enjoyed each one immensely. Chef Buttercup brought us iced water and came out to check on us a couple times. For our final course, we enjoyed the bonbons that were thoughtfully stored inside until we were ready for them. The flavors are delicate, original and truly decadent. Such a memorable and lovely experience all around. The owners are incredibly gracious. Their shop has been open three years. I asked Chef Buttercup how he got his nickname and he said when he first started working as the pastry chef for a winery, they immediately gave him the name and it stuck. Petit & Sweets is only April through August but you can order tea and desserts year round and have your own tea party! We wish them many years of sweet success!

Yelp
If you haven't been yet it's worth a trek of many miles. The chocolates are filled with interesting and exciting flavors like grapefruit and cardamom caramels. The chocolates are gorgeous- little works of art. Their entremets are absolutely stunning to look at and sublime to eat. Amazing coffee too atmosphere is strait out of Paris - a warm, friendly little dessert cafe. Owners are delightful. Lovely garden out back. Of note: their cocoa bean entremet is one of the best bites I've ever had. Chocolate cake with a raspberry could and mousse enrobed in a super thin dark chocolate shell that all mimics a cocoa bean. Unbelievable!!!

Yelp
The best fresh made gourmet chocolates! I like the Chia tea latte. My husband likes the espresso. I've tried the desserts too and they are luscious. Great ambiance and very friendly owners. Great for a tea party outside in the garden.

Yelp
After getting myself lost trying to learn the roads of Windsor, I stumbled upon this place a year or two ago and keep finding myself bringing every four-legged friend I have here. Fleur Sauvage is run by an amazing couple who are so sweet and very attentive. Once walking in, the ambiance of the space is incredibly airy, friendly, and attractive. I tend to enjoy splitting their desserts from their case when they have the ones I like in stock. I haven't tried everything but what I have been able to try, I haven't had the heart to stray from. The chocolate one with a hazelnut mousse is incredible. While very chocolatey, it's flavors feel so light that it doesn't leave you feeling dehydrated which I feel most chocolate desserts seem to do. The cacao pod dessert they have too is also incredibly tasty and unique. My absolute favorite which I sadly missed since I believe it's seasonal is their peppermint mousse dessert. The chocolates here are also so artistically and professionally done that their outward appearances match so beautifully with the sensations you get devouring them. Seating here has never been an issue. They have a lot of aesthetically pleasing seating areas in the store overlooking the vast array of goodies, but they also have seating in the back area which is dog-friendly and gated! I have now brought two of my best furry four-legged friends here, and they enjoyed the sunshine, space, and the treatment they received probably more than I! Service is also so incredible here. The last time we came we brought in our family dog, our visiting father, and my crutches-clutching sister. As I was the one most familiar with the place, I let them explore the store and the yummy treats as I stayed outside with our dog. As my family had ordered and received the yummy treats whilst watching my sister hobble her way to our table, they told me the kind lady inside was going to bring us utensils, napkins, and waters. When I tell you the lady did exactly that, she did it so quickly and with passion that we felt so welcomed. She even went out of her way to fill up a bowl of water for our dog which was a step even higher towards sainthood in our book. Have yet to try the High Tea Service. Looking forward to our return when the weather is better and when I have an excuse to take someone with me :)

Yelp
Wow! I came here with my bff not really remembering why I'd added this to my list of places I wanted to go. I saw the truffles and thought, "okay," but then turned and saw the case with artisan desserts and remembered exactly why we were here. Incredibly gorgeous, personal size desserts. Pricey, but I thought the two we tried were absolutely worth it. It made me wish I lived in Sonoma County again so I could come here more often. I will for sure be back next time I'm in town!! Small space for eating in, or I think maybe there were some outside patio tables too. The woman who helped us was positive and polite. Very good experience overall.

Yelp
Cute little cafe in Windsor! The interior decorations are so beautiful. When I went around 3.40pm, there were not that many cakes left for me to try, which made sense since they closed at 4. Their cakes are pretty small and kind of expensive at $9.22 per piece, but it was very good! We also got a gelato and it was yummy too, and kind of pricey. We weren't able to try the gelato since there were in the containers but our pick (I believe it was salted caramel) was very tasty! We decided to sit inside the cafe and I loved the decorations, especially the one made of chocolate at the counter! It's so impressive! There's also a seating in the garden which is very beautiful. I would love to sit in their garden on our next visit!

Yelp
OVER THE TOP DELICIOUS CHOCOLATES!!! My daughter and I have been going to this special chocolate shop in Windsor since it opened. It never disappoints. Their chocolates are SO flavorful, they look amazing and are made from a cordial, first class, pastry chef. Super friendly service. A hidden gem in Sonoma County.

Yelp
I returned to Fleur Sauvage to buy chocolates to bring to Easter brunch. It's such a charming and inviting shop with the loveliest owners. While there, I needed a little afternoon boost so ordered an iced latte. They use Avid espresso beans, which I love (also love local supporting local!). A half caf/half decaf iced latte was the perfect afternoon treat. I selected 12 assorted bonbons which were beautifully displayed in their refillable gift box, and had to resist eating them for a day. We brought them to Easter brunch and they beautified the dessert table. Everyone oohed and aahed over how pretty the bonbons were...edible works of art! And then they oohed and aahed again over how delicious they were. If you need a dinner party or housewarming gift, I highly recommend Fleur Sauvage bonbons!

Yelp
Love love this chocolate shop, I have never been disappointed with any treat here- only when I arrive to late and everything is sold out! The bon bons are wonderful- try the orange honey one or the strawberry rhubarb cake Service is always friendly, and super cute decor!

Yelp
This is a delightful and incredibly cozy shop with a lovely atmosphere and great service, but the star of the show are the drinks and the chocolates. Not an exaggeration: the best hot chocolate I've ever had. The chocolates and pastries are delicious works of art. So beautiful while still focusing on taste and texture. I both wish I lived closer but would also have to double my gym time to compensate.

Yelp
I want to start by saying that I've never actually visited this chocolate shop, but that I have received boxes of their chocolate as gifts many times over the past couple years from my neighbor. Every time that I have had these chocolates, I absolutely love them. The flavors are unique, interesting and delicious.

Yelp
Feb 2023 Great little spot to jump into. We've since spread out our visits to every now and then because everything gets devoured to quickly so we have to space it out. Service has been really helpful with any questions that we have The chocolates are lovely with really good flavors. It's also nice to know that flavors will shift and you'll continue to see possibly new combinations. Though my partner would have a few favorites, I've only got one so far; the raspberry. I feel between it and the dark, the contrast just works really well. Also, don't throw away your box. It'll provide a small discount on the return which means you're getting more choc... Doing good things for the world and not wasting more packaging.

Yelp
I recently had tea and treats here as an activity during my bachelorette weekend. We were staying in Windsor and looking for a place to have high tea. This was the PERFECT spot! Our group had several dietary restrictions and the owners went out of their way to accommodate them with fresh ingredients from the farmers markets that made some REALLY tasty bites! The prices were super reasonable as well ($30 for tea + sweets or $55 for tea + a large spread that had sweets & savories) This was a day I will always smile on when I look back and remember it. I plan to return again soon!

Yelp
Wow You know how late at night you sometimes come across one of those cooking competitions where international teams compete to be the best pastry chefs or chocolatiers ? & you know how you wish you could sample their work, but it's on TV and all you can do is and become super frustrated because all you have in the pantry is an old Snickers bar & no way is that going satisfy your cravings... Hmmm? We'll now you have a special place where you can enjoy some very special treats. Go...now!

Yelp
First time going to this little Paris style chocolate little boutique. Nestle in the Downtown Windsor is this little chocolate store so unique and Cute and gives the welcoming family feel and make you feel like you are in Paris. Stumbled upon it through my Yee family and loved it. Family owned and operated. Their chocolates are very unique and beautiful that it's almost a shame to eat them but are delicious I had their strawberry chocolates and the the red velvet cake. They also sell hot chocolate and coffee which I purchased, Hot chocolate was my favorite. This is a nice place to come and savor a cup of coffee and view the Downtown the maybe walk down to the Town Green. Customer service is excellent, Roberto was very welcoming and told me he's wife was the one that decorated the store which is beautiful. Do stop by when I'm Windsor and try the hot chocolate and their beautiful chocolates, I have yet to try all their chocolates. Five stars to this chocolate store for sure.

Yelp
Last summer 2023 did the full Tea experience. A lovely mid-afternoon light meal with baking by Chef Nieto and some appetizers from local Sonoma Cnty vendors. FYI: coffee & espresso are outstanding, but the tea itself was Bigelow(!). Would strongly suggest they switch to Numi, a great East Bay tea vendor and far better than Mighty Leaf (now owned by German 'big money' corp., thru Peet's). The teas are by reservation only, and held in Spring/Summer months. Full information on the Fleur Sauvage website, including available dates/times. Chef "Buttercup" Nieto is an outstanding baker and chocolatier. Note his dark chocolate is sweeter in the European style, compared to our NorCA-originated bittersweet dark (such as Recchiuti and Michael's). The passionfruit and the raspberry truffle fillings were our favorites. Extremely intense fruit flavors! Do note that even the full tea experience is a filling, but light, meal - it is NOT as heavy/satiating as an English afternoon or cream tea, although it follows the same "savory to sweets" progression. I'm sure the foods will change, but the 5 close-up photos will give an idea of portion/total size for one person. For a more complete review of the foods we tried, I did a very extensive writeup with these photos on the Hungry Onion food board, just search for Fleur Sauvage and it will come up.

Yelp
This week is Nurses Week and I thought why not the best Chocolate in Sonoma County. The packaging, chocolates and customer service were 5 stars. I will absolutely use them again. Thank you again. Living at Reflections Drug and Alcohol Rehab Novato CA Nursing Staff

Yelp
All I can say is if you would like some of their tasty pastries go early. Once their batches are done they are gone. Their chocolates are so heavenly. If you need something special email them as they will work with special requests. Very responsive service. So quaint inside. You can sit inside and enjoy a coffee and treat if you prefer. Highly recommend

Yelp
Great little shop with local handmade chocolates. The selection is limited but very artisanal with clever flavors. They have hot chocolate and coffee, but I didn't have any. Just came for the chocolate.

Yelp
Cutest little tea spot in Windsor! With garden seating that has cute seating and little cats that love to cuddle. We all got two of their bon bons as part of the service and received an assortments of little treats. This mom and pop shop is the best in Windsor, great service and great sweet treats!

Yelp
Spring is so wonderful, and I believe that Robert and Tara, at Fleur Sauvage, have spring fever! The first indication was all the treasures that they presented for Easter. The showstopper was a "brass bunny" filled with chocolate truffles. The bunny itself was chocolate. Very delicious chocolate. The next sign of spring fever came from Tara. She has started the tea services again for the season. There's nothing like it. The savories are sourced from farmers' markets and Robert does the sweets. This is not your "pinky in the air" tea. It's substantial and fun. As always, the shop is airy, light, friendly, and filled with the smell of chocolate!

Yelp
Came in to try the Holiday menu platted Items and brought some family from out of town. Delicious desserts and coffee. I only wish I would've went earlier in the day because they were getting cleaned out. But that's what happens when you have desserts like these.

Yelp
Finally had a chance to visit this wonderful spot! I found Fleur Sauvage when looking for a new afternoon tea spot to explore and it didn't disappoint. From the very moment I stepped into the shop, I felt the love this couple put into this special space. I could see the neatness and prettiness all over and I immediately fell in love Tara took very good care of us with a nice pot of Jasmine Rose Tea and beautifully laid out varieties of savories and sweets during our entire stay of a couple of hours. This amazing Wine Country Tea Time Experience was unique, delectable and satisfying. Savories were all locally procured and sweets were created by the chef Buttercup. Everything was prepared perfectly! I would love to come back in the future for more. Thank you

Yelp
Was on a girls trip this weekend, saw this cute shop. Everything was so beautiful, bought a bar of dark chocolate with tart cherries and "painted" golden/ purple, it was so perfectly delicious! Definitely will stop in here next time we visit Windsor.

Yelp
Sonoma County Artisan Chocolates. What an honor to meet Robert "Buttercup" Nieto--Top 10 Pastry Chef's in America by Dessert Professional Magazine. Several friends had been raving about how wonderful Fleur Sauvage Chocolates was to have in Windsor. Naturally -I had to stop in and experience the chocolate goodness. From the moment I walked in I could see the chocolate joy and love that goes into everything Chef Nieto makes. Beautiful and colorful Chocolate art creations. I loved the colorful Bon Bon truffle display that boasted a treasure trove of fun and inventive flavors! Not to mention the beautiful Easter shaped chocolates and the mango passion fruit mouse!

Yelp
I simply cannot explain how much I love this spectacular chocolate shop aka my chocolate heaven! Every time I come here the service is impeccable, Tara and Robert are the owners and her hubby Robert Nieto is the Pastry Chef here. Each time I come here I get those small chocolate cakes, The Hazelnut one is simply amazing and they have another one I love as well is shaped like a large cocoa bean filled with raspberry along with a creamy chocolate mousse center. Definitely delicious and never too sweet it just makes you want more and more! I have to come here to take care of my vicious chocolate addiction and I must say everything that Robert creates from the bonbons to the cakes to the chocolate wine bottle truffles, it is chocolate bliss. I have come here after eating lunch near by and I come to have a delicious coffee with my Lil cake and Mina is a mighty happy camper and I will be doing a lil happy chocolate dance in my chair lol Robert Nieto is thee Pastry Chef with crazy mad skills that will tantalize your tastebuds and always leave you wanting more. Yelp
Chef Buttercup has a store front now out in Windsor. We've tried his chocolates on a couple of different occasions and loved the uniqueness of each flavor. Today, we came by and saw that there were 12 different ones available. Got one of each for around $28. If you get the box, you pay an extra $2. If you bring the box back to refill, you get $2 off. What I learned from a recent Baca visit was that these pair amazingly with wine. Next time I'm in town, I'd love to try one of their cakes/pastries.

Yelp
The most beautiful, artistically constructed, perfect chocolate confections I have ever been privileged to indulge in. I am originally from New York City and have seen some of the best. Fleur Sauvage rivals those in NYC.

Yelp
I was recently introduced to Fleur Sauvage during a visit to Baca Wines. The wine maker and the choclatier expertly paired five Zinfandels with 5 different bonbons. Flavor combos were intriguing. (Info about the pairing is on their website.) Skip ahead to Restaurant Week. Fleur Sauvage was participating so I couldn't miss the chance to come for a visit! What a cute little shop at the south west end near Town Green. When I arrived, a mother and young daughter were enjoying their own plate of chocolates with a cup of tea. I watched visitors bring back empty boxes for refills and overheard a phone call warning "you might want to hurry as there were only a few more of the Molasses Chicory bonbons." The bright and airy space was nicely decorated with fresh flowers, cacao pods, plenty of tables/chairs and pillow-lined window seats. A gorgeous Italian espresso machine caught my eye but of course the star of the show is the chocolate. Apparently there had been a rush right before me so the case was less full than usual. The owner started to refill so I found myself making a second purchase. :) Delicate outer shell, beautifully and uniquely adorned, with exquisitely textured ganache inside. Each piece is a small work of art. (Priced as such as well.) Mexican Chocolate - sneaky little kick of spice! I had assumed it would be cinnamon in nature but it was more cayenne? Vanilla Saffron - its flavor sits on your palette a little while before appearing. Subtle but there! Coffee Dark Chocolate - my fav! Mint Dark Chocolate - you can taste the freshness of the spearmint! Wow. Unexpected. Lime Ginger - despite seeing bits of ginger, it provided balance to the tart lime. I love the crystallized texture. Rosewater caramel - for me, this one paired well with the Zinfandel and I could taste the rose better that way. Without, it was still a delicious caramel but I didn't taste the floral notes. There's a time and place for everything and today was the day for Fleur Sauvage! To quote from their website, "This is not just a sweet treat, this is an experience. "

Yelp
My friend took me to this Chocolate Shop and I was totally amazed. We had a mocha and a sweet dessert filled with chocolate and strawberry filling. It was so exquisite. I ordered chocolates of each kind so I can find which I want to buy next time. (see photo) I didn't notice the owner until I saw his business card at home. I think he used to create desserts at Kendall-Jackson Winery. I remember a New Year's dinner and he created fabulous selection of desserts. He's amazing. If that's him. I'm taking my husband so we can have mochas and dessert.

Yelp
Fabulous chocolates! Don't miss this if you are traveling through Windsor, stop by for a taste or a coffee and a dessert! You can get a small box of 4 or even larger boxes if you desire. I went for the 4 chocolates and picked out what I wanted. The lavender caramel is to die for:))) My hubby had the Cocoa Pod dessert, he brought it home and of course he did give me a few bites. It's really incredibly delicious! They have a few tables both inside and outside. Stop in and check it out, you will not be disappointed

Yelp
The most amazing local secret! Chocolate lovers, beware, and non chocolate lovers, your mind will be changed once you have the opportunity to try some of Fleur Sauvage's delicious makings. Not only are the chocolates beautifully decorated, the packaging is superior, making for a wonderful gift (to someone lucky or even yourself). Having purchased from Fleur Sauvage over the past few years, I was excited to finally see their place! I was so impressed with the cleanliness, decor and comfortable temperature despite the delicate chocolates that require tender care. Service is quick, friendly and very informative if you're stuck making a decision like I am. :) Tara led me in selection of the tiramisu and snickers bar and she was right - 2 delicious treats I would have been unable to choose between! Plus, I enjoyed a lavender latte in their cafe area which was out of this world. Thank you Fleur Sauvage for your consistent deliciousness!!

I don't normally write reviews but you HAVEEEEEE to try these chocolates. And for the price?? Unbeatable. The chocolatier was voted one of the top 10 in the country and is so incredibly humble. He helps at the front of the house and you actually get to meet him. He and the lady who works there both offer great customer service. The chocolates I had were all mind blowing. The desserts I had were amazing too. My favorite was the cookies and cream. Their coffee is also amazing which was unexpected for a chocolate shop. I cannot rave enough about how good these chocolates taste. Thank me later.

Yelp
This is a beautiful little shop with the most delicious chocolates. They have unusual and conventional flavors, crafted with amazing detail, like a piece of art. They do special styles for holidays and other occasions. Be sure and try their hot chocolate, it's delicious. The owners are warm and friendly. Definitely worth stopping by when you're in Windsor.

Yelp
As a former pastry cook, I'm always in the lookout for new pastry stores. When I saw a couple of pictures from people who had visited Fleur Sauvage, I knew I had to visit them, and I'm so happy I did! The store is as cute as it gets: it's small, with three or four tables and a couple of bar stools, super clean, and with beautiful dinnerware. Not only that, but it's located in a corner that gets a ton of sunlight, which makes it very inviting for staying and drinking some coffee with your dessert of choice. The service was lovely, and we felt welcome the second we came in. While they were taking care of the customers before us, they were apologetic about the wait (but they were preparing three bonbon boxes at lightning speed, so there was honestly nothing to be sorry about!), and when it was our turn they were super nice. As for the desserts: they're amazing in every way. The presentation for all of their mini cakes is beautiful, and the ones we tried (S'mores tart and hazelnut mousse) were outstanding. The hazelnut mousse cake had two mousses inside, both delicious, and a crunchy feuilletine base, and the S'mores tart had an amazing chocolate cremeux hidden by the delicious torched meringue. We also tried the pistachio bonbon (the most delicious pistachio bonbon I've had in years; the contrast of the dark chocolate shell with the white chocolate pistachio ganache was lovely), the 70% chocolate ganache bonbon (silky smooth and delightful), and the crunchy caramel pearls chocolate bar (crispy and yummy, what more could you want?). Even if you don't live that close to Fleur Sauvage Chocolates, make sure you make a day trip to visit them (and enjoy the beauty of Sonoma County), it's totally worth it.

Yelp
Just had Afternoon Tea here. Everything thing was terrific. Flavors all unique but not overly sweet. Chef Buttercup and his wife were friendly and welcoming. Store was clean and just the right size. Not noisy, very pleasant. Can't wait to be able to go again to see what's new

Yelp
If you like chocolate, desserts, or are remotely human and in the Windsor / Santa Rosa area, this is a must try. Stopped in with a sweet tooth and got 2 deserts, including Chef's take on "Snickers". Topped that off with a delicious Horchata Latte and a take home box of the most delicate and beautiful Bon Bons. After talking with Chef Nieto, discovered that he is a native Texan, which automatically gives him some street cred! Great approachable guy and a wonderful shop that he and his wife operate!

Yelp
Fleur Sauvage Chocolates is run by Robert and Tara Nieto. Their products are all made in-house by Chocolatier and owner Robert "Chef Buttercup" Nieto and their shop is located in downtown Windsor. We got a box of bon bons to try out the different flavors and absolutely loved them all! They have a large selction of bon bons as well as deserts. We got a desert along with our box of artisan chocolates and it was absolutely delicious! Chef Buttercup was named in th Top 10 Pastry Chef's in America by Dessert Professional Magazine and was a member of the Pastry Team USA. The shop has both a kitchen area for Chef Buttercup as well as a comfortable seating area for customers to sit down and relax. The shop has a warm and inviting feel to it that we loved! They do a Tea Time Experience at Fleur Sauvage Chocolates with sweet treats and items that they purchase from the local Farmer's Markets. It is their way of helping other small and local businesses, while also providing a unique Sonoma County experience for thier customers. Whether you are someone that wants to sit down, relax, and enjoy a dessert along with a cup of coffee or someone that wants to pick up a box of bon bons for a wine tasting or picnic, their shop is definitly worth checking out! If you get a box of bon bons and bring the box back with you when you get a refill, you also get $2 off. We can't wait to come back!

Yelp
My co-worker bought us a box to share and holy cow these ARE DELICIOUS!!! Best chocolates in Sonoma County! Not only do they look like jewels, but they have the right amount of flavor in each chocolate. And they are so soft in the middle. I literally cannot describe how incredible these are! They are worth it!
