Flex Cocktail Lounge

It’s $5 for a “large” 16 fluid ounce Bud Light, I’m a basic drinker. Which is cheap if you want to spend the last moment drinking light beer here, I’ve gotten larger mugs for the same price but whatever this place is new. The venue is very nice, very clean. They even pump fragrance like the big casinos do in here. They got a dance floor with a DJ booth for a small space. They got a disco ball and modern lighting. There is a vending machine with snacks, the minimum price of $1.50 for Doritos chips. I would say it’s a tad bit smaller from the original Flex but it’s better laid out with better views of the crowd and much cleaner. I would definitely want to see this place packed one night. Definitely coming back for sure. Very worthy for a non-local to visit if you ask me. I hope they do well and stay around, much closer to home.

You would think with it being a small bar and having two bartenders you would get fast service. On average 15/20 minuets. One bartender on his phone texting, I watched the bar back being rude to a customer, he asked her can you let the bartender know if I can get a drink and her attitude and very rude right away was I’m a bar back. Does the owners really allow their employees to drink while working?

Stephen is a great bartender. As someone who manages a bar I appreciate their attention to detail and friendly attitude. Great spot with a great person behind the bar.

Never again. I stopped by Flex to check it out and couldn't get served. I was on one side of the bar and the bartender took the order of the person next to me and ignored me. I then went to the other side where he took orders from 2 different folks then walked away when it was my turn. I even attempted to get his attention and he just ignored me. This was my first time at FLEX and last. This place is small and in a very competitive market, the bartenders should be alert, aware and ready to take your cash....not a this place.

First time I came here and honestly the entire vibe is amazing. Our bartender was so much fun and gave is some good ideas for what to do in Las Vegas. It's a dive bar/gay bar. I will he back.

Josh the bartender was beyond nice to me. Made the most tasty expresso martini ever 💓 prices are super fair and they have happy hour ! So u can always have an extra drink ! Loved the atmosphere so clean and beautiful, without mentioning the LED wall ready to be a dancefloor when you need it!!! Awesome!

This has become one of my favorite gay bars in Las Vegas and that is truly a bar and on Mondays between 6:00 and about 10:00 one of the owners has an free buffet of a variety of Gourmet Foods for a customer appreciation drinks are cheap until 8:00 slot machines of plentiful
