⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ absolutely delicious & a unique dining experience! HIGHLY RECOMMEND - we did have reservations & made use of the complimentary valet - huge help as the area doesn't have easy parking. We enjoyed every moment of this outing. The food was savory, well seasoned, the sides were palette perfection & perfectly cooked. We had 6 different appetizers, 6 different entrees, 3 desserts, 3 red wines, & 3 dessert wines! My husband loves cheesecake & he sighed as he took his first bite. Creme brûée was wonderful & had nice slightly thick crust. Options of wild game meats is not something seen often. I enjoyed every rich tender bite of the elk & the very tender flavorful duck. Scallop with the butternut squash & bacon was delectable. Stuffed flounder was so perfect & the boursin stuffed filet is a must. Soup flight was phenomenal (like want to lick the bowl good 🫣). Crab cake was loaded with crab, & lightly crisped out the outside. Lobster ravioli . We are looking forward to our next visit here in the wine cellar.

Me and my boyfriend went this past Friday, 1/16/2026, to celebrate our 2 year anniversary and we had such a great experience! Our server, hosts, and manager all wished us a happy anniversary! They were very friendly, prompt, and professional! They took us right to our table and they were very busy but we didn’t have to wait more than 5 minutes for our server to come and take our drink order. We ordered the fried green tomatoes as our appetizer and we split the steak flight which honestly filled us both up. But if you aren’t getting an appetizer, I would suggest getting your own flight instead of sharing as the portions are a good size, but if you are starving then you won’t both get full( more than likely). Everything was so tasty, we loved the elk tenderloin! We got all meats cooked to medium, and they came out perfect! We didn’t wait more than 20 minutes for our food, it came out in a timely manner for sure. Everything tasted fresh as well! We will for sure be back, thank you Flight staff! 10/10

I love the concept of this restaurant. When you order a flight, you're able to try several entrees from the menu in one visit. A flight is three different menu items (small plates). The food was so amazing that I forgot to take photos of our entree flights. Everything they brought to the table wowed us!!!! EVERYTHING!!! We Ordered: The Salad flight, Chilean sea bass with parmesan risotto, Chicken and waffles, Shrimp and grits, Lobster and crab benedict, Pre ribeye, Elk tenderloin.

First time coming here and have always heard it was great. I ordered the steak flight and subbed the zucchini on the wagyu for more potatoes and I will say, you can’t go wrong with more potatoes. The steak flight was delicious. Our servers were great too, explained how everything worked and my water was always full. We were sat in the wine cellar which was pretty cool, it was down a different set of stairs and had a better vibe to it. Overall it was a tad expensive but the food was worth it.

Easily the best dining experience I've had in a while! I started with an old fashioned, followed with oysters on the half-shell, next with the steak flight, ending with a fancy desert mocktail made by the best bartender I've met in Memphis (he was the highlight of our dining experience). My friend and I left completely delighted ♡

We were seated immediately upon arrival at opening, 430. Nautica, our server, was absolutely brilliant in describing everything. This was a very special birthday treat! We tried the salad flights and I made my own entree flight with shrimp and grits, Seabass and lamb chop. We even tried the dessert flight! Next time I will get the Seabass on its own because that was my favorite! Highly recommend! Plus, it’s so cool to be in the Broadnax building with that beautiful chandelier!

One of the coolest restaurants I’ve been to. You can choose any meat you want and turn it into a flight, mixing and matching pork, beef, or fish. The soup and salad flights were amazing too — you could easily just get those and leave without spending much. Great value for the amount and quality of food. The service was wonderful, and the ambiance was perfect.

I had the pleasure to eat here with my coworkers and managers as a celebration from our hard work. We were greeted with a friendly host and staff and introduced to our server Alexis. The staff was patient with us being a big table with different personalities. We ordered several appetizers to start and the devil eggs with fried oysters and bacon jam was a favorite. The flight concept of small portion meals and beverages was great for mixing and matching several items on the menu. We got to taste a little of everything. The Louisiana red fish was my favorite dish along with the lobster ravioli. Everyone enjoyed their meal and had a great time! Thanks to the chef, managers and servers for taking care of us!

My husband took me here for my birthday on a Sunday evening and I'm not sure there's anything to say that needed improvement. Everything was fabulous! Our 10 year old son was with us and while the restaurant doesn't have a kids menu, they do offer simpler foods that are more kid friendly. Just ask your waiter. We can't review those foods because my son ended up ordering a flight. The location of the restaurant is good. It's not far from 2 parking garages. Although, I recommend the one on November 6th st. You also get to see the carriage rides go by. Our servers were very attentive. They made sure our drinks were filled. Our table was cleared when needed so there wasn't clutter. Since this was our first time, our waiter explained how it all worked with the flights. Letting us know of our options. He has a great personality! They all did a great job making our experience here even better. The place is lovely. It's warm and inviting. We were seated upstairs. Now, on to the food... OMG! I loved it all! I have tried to like lamb at many other places and just can't get past the taste, but Flights cooked it perfectly with flavor that just made it so good. Two other favorites of mine have to be the diver sea scallop and the elk tenderloin. The flavor in these were delicious and again, cooked perfectly that it was like butter that just melts in your mouth. Literally everything we ordered was amazing. Since it was my birthday, they honored me with a crème brûlée and that was the best crème brûlée I have ever had! My husband and son got a key lime pie and a banana foster bread pudding. Highly recommend both, but that bread pudding was something else! I mean, you can't go wrong here. Whatever you get, you will love. Guarantee it!

Experienced a night at Flight for my anniversary and it was great night. The restaurant has a beautiful setting and decor. The service was immaculate, thanks to our server, Alex. He was hospitable and knowledgeable of the menu. The food was great - seasoned very well and came hot. And the cherry on top was a dessert flight, lol. And because it was our anniversary, we were given a glass of champagne on the house. Memphis has its gems, and this is one of them.

Service was great. I was seated upstairs by the wall which for some reason had an Alaskan cold draft coming though by my legs and that was really the only downside to my dinner experience. I had roasted bone marrow for an appetizer which was really good though half of the bone I got didn't have much marrow in it. I got to choose 3 different entrees of my choosing so I picked the stuffed quail, wild boar and lamb chop. The quail was one of the best birds I've had and the wild boar was a bit gamy but paired well with the side. The lamb chop was pretty gamy and I didn't care much for the sauce but the potato crocket was excellent. I would recommend they add a little seasoning or cook the asparagus in butter. I had all my meats medium well which I supposed to have a pink center but both the boar and the lamb were overcooked and were well done. The deserts were pretty good, not amazing but pretty good. Overall I would definitely come back to try other entrees and all in all work a few monitor changes I would have given 5 stars

Such a fun concept! We had the best dinner here and loved trying so many things! We sat outside which was lovely and great people watching. The servers were amazing and walked us through the menu which was helpful because it is such a unique concept! Would definitely come back.

So I asked my wife, what would you give Flight after we had dinner there? Would you give it five stars, and she says, "oh my gosh yes." Do get a reservation? This is a busy establishment. We had a reservation. We showed up early and thought we might get sat early. We had no such luck. We were forced (please know that we did not put up a fight) to sit at the bar where I had my first flight, a tasty sampling of three different bourbons. My wife had an old-fashioned. The service at the bar was very friendly, and we enjoyed the company of the bartender. It was only after we looked at the menu when we got sat that we understood the concept of the flights that were being offered. The waitress was very helpful as she helped us to understand that we could choose different courses for each part of the meal. So, we had a flight of salads, this was three different small portions of different salads with just enough for us to enjoy a forkful or two prior to our flight of entrées. We then shared a flight of entrées, two fish selections and a beef steak. They had suggestions, but they allowed you to choose other options, which we did. As you might suspect, if you know us, we of course, had a flight of desserts. Everything, and I mean everything tasted fantastic. There would need to be very little cajoling to get me to go back to this fine establishment, even on a Friday night. My review so far has not mentioned how nice the establishment looked, how maintained it was, how cozy it was without being too close. Beyond that, the service was excellent, both at the bar, and at the table. This was exemplified by the fact that our entrée must've been ready before our server was, and so one of the chefs brought our dinner out to us. So it was hot and delicious. It was nice to see the smile on my wife's face as she talked about Flight. See you there.

When in Memphis make sure to visit this restaurant! You will not be disappointed. The portions of the food and drink flights are much more than expected for the price, and the service is top tier. I would visit Memphis again just for this restaurant. One member of our group was adventurous enough to order the kangaroo tenderloin & it was amazing. But make sure to order it rare since it is very lean.

I've been here at least once per year over the past 12 years or so. It has been on of my favorite places to eat. The atmosphere is great and the service is pretty good. I've noticed the quality of the food drop off. The menu really hasn't changed in 12 years which is disappointing. For this level of restaurant they need to be staying on top of changing flavors and tastes. The cocktails are basic for this type of restaurant. For example, I got an old fashioned. It was decent but didn't wow me for an upscale restaurant - attention to detail is needed. The fish was overcooked, the beef Wellington was overcooked, the shrimp and grits was really good and the lobster crab Benedict was probably the best of the three. Not sure I'll be back unless they make some changes.

I have been here a couple times and each visit has been thoroughly enjoyable. We ate at the bar to and I got the Elk tenderloin which was amazing. I did a bourbon flight which was very nice, and my coworkers had similar feedback. The staff is friendly and prompt and the decor fits the restaurant and menu.

Incredible food, service and value with a menu that lends to all tastes. The setting was comfortable, warm and just about perfect for a large group or an intimate date night!

We were visiting for the weekend and recommended this place by the bartender at bass pro shops. We were luckily able to get a reservation inside for 5:15pm on Sunday night. We were seated upstairs at a very nice window table that was pretty secluded from the rest of the restaurant which was nice for noise level and privacy. We got the fire and ice and big bad cab wine flights and shared the harvest salad which was a perfect portion to be shared and very tasty. We then got the steak flight and a build your own flight with the filet, veal, and lamb chop. Everything was cooked really well and super yummy, the presentation was also nice and elevated. Although we were stuffed, we finished off with the key lime pie which was a great way to end the night. Our server, Lauryn was lovely and very attentive.

We frequent flight often and it is always a great experience from the service to the food and drinks. Steaks are always cooked perfectly. The beef Wellington's appetizer was a first for us and it absolutely did not disappoint. The old fashioned was also incredible (it's crazy how hard it is to find a good old fashioned in Memphis). We always recommend this restaurant to others and I'm sure we'll be back soon!

This meal easily ranks among the top five of my life. The evening was nothing short of perfect--in the company of friends in a lovely setting with a beautiful ambiance. I enjoyed the lamb and quail, both of which were cooked to perfection and full of flavor. The service was outstanding, with an attentive and knowledgeable server who made the experience even more memorable.

I can't say enough about this place. Beautiful ambience. Excellent service. And I would give more than 5 stars on the food if I could. I'm visiting Memphis and just wish they would open a "Flights" in Dallas. It would be packed every day. They serve meals in flights. So, for example, I had the fish flight which included a small portion of Chilean Sea Bass, Grouper and Snapper. Each in a different style. You can also get a steak flight or a fields flight and more. This is a MUST TRY if you come to Memphis!

Had a wonderful Christmas Eve dinner The service was excellent! Colby gave us great recommendations ! Ambience was very nice and the food was so good! We ordered the seafood appetizer flight and crab cake was my favorite. Also ordered two small plates of filet w/ scallop and the sea bass was so good. My husband had the elk tenderloin and loved it. Don't miss the dessert flight.

A different experience! Getting popular flights of some delicious food items is always a good time for foodies like us. The service was great and they treated us well for hubby's birthday. I bragged about it to my family so they want a dinner here next time they're in town lol.

Before making a reservation we noticed we could dine as late as 8:45 pm as the start time. We showed early and were greeted with a smile and class while saying our table will be ready shortly. They sat us before our reservation time and gave us the run down of their menu and standard. The waiter was beyond informative. I went with the Patio Party Wine Flight and every flavor was delicious and felt like it was more than a taster pour including Chardonnay and Rose. He ordered the Bourbon Flight and it was a good mix of bourbon including Makers Mark, Rose Four, and Woodruff Reserve. We scoped out the Beef Wellington on the appetizer menu before we arrived so we ordered that for starters. It was crispy, warm, soft, tender, and savory. We then ordered mix and match entree flights (we didn't understand the menu prior to experience). In addition to having a wide variety of meats to choose from, the flavors popped in every way, even for a picky eater (me). I ordered (left to right) the Prime Ribeye, Boursin Stuffed Filet, and Chicken and Waffles. Our waiter cared to ask if I was a mushroom fan, which I'm not, and suggested a crusted mashed potato ball in substitution. Wow. Win win. My favorite bite was the Prime Ribeye with the stuffed potatoes(?). He ordered (left to right) Boursin Stuffed Filet, Wagyu Strip, and Elk Tenderloin. His favorite bite was Elk Tenderloin with the white macaroni. During this dining experience we had also ordered their Old Fashioned drink and it was the best he'd had in town. For me, the Rose wine from the wine flight. Lastly, we FORCED room for dessert. Once again we were able to substitute what we wanted for the dessert flight and they were full sized portions. We went with (from left to right) the Blueberry Strudel, Key Lime Pie, and the Pecan Crusted Cheesecake. Needless to say we didn't take any strudel home. It was sweet, light, crispy, but also had a cream filling that didn't taste like a typical cream filling but more of a cream cheese, blueberry filling. Go there. ($$$)

Stopped in for my birthday dinner during our stay in Memphis, and let me tell you this is some of the best food I've ever had. Their style is very cool, you can do a "flight" of wines and taste 3 different ones at once, they come in 2 oz pours that seem closer to 3+ ounces, which was a nice touch. The food options come in the same style, we got a "flight" of the fish dishes and they were all incredible. Large enough portions to share with your partner if you're also splitting a couple of appetizers. The service, food, and atmosphere were amazing, and we'll definitely be back the next time we're in town! (Also discovered a wine that is now one of my new favorites! Thanks Flight!) Overall highly recommend. Give it a shot, you won't be disappointed.

It's getting harder for me to find new restaurants where the experience is truly unique and I walk away absolutely delighted. Flight is such a place. What an incredibly unique concept to build your menu around a tasting experience. And to do so in such a way that it is accessible to people who want to build their own tasting experience. Tapas restaurants have been a thing for a while, but this is truly a step above that type of restaurant. The space is beautiful, all kinds of rich colors, beautiful lighting, and comfortable seating. I was relaxed from the minute I walked in the door. The staff is incredible. From the bartender who allowed me to take my time and review their many options, to the management that opened the door for me when I arrived, to our absolutely wonderful server. I noted that the team was walking by our table every two or three minutes. The water glasses were never empty and the pacing of the meal was perfect. We enjoyed every aspect of the service and felt like welcome guests. The food was out of sight. One of my three entrées was a duck loin. Duck it seems is incredibly hard to get right. Many restaurants are tempted to either overcook it or over season it. Flight did it perfect, a nice crispy skin, and just the right amount of seasoning. Another entrée was a wonderful lobster and Crab Benedict. The meat was tender, and the sauce was perfect without being too thick. Dessert was a must and I enjoyed a flight here as well. The crème brûlée was on point, but the highlight of the dish was definitely the Apple walnut cobbler. I'm so jealous that this restaurant is in Memphis and not my hometown. But I can certainly look forward to coming back someday.

The atmosphere and service is great. They are busy for a reason. Cocktails are well balanced and there are some great specialties rarely seen. For those Foodies who want to try several small plates and choose from a phenomenal menu this is the place!

I just knew that I wrote a review for flight. I went for the first time back in May for my anniversary and then again to celebrate my sister's birthday and I yet planning another visit to try the many flight selections. Let me just say my experience was top tier from start to finish. The dinner, the ambiance, and the service was immaculate. To start, I had the Ocean Flight. It came with the New Orleans BBQ Shrimp, Jumbo Lump Crab Cake, Lobster Ravioli. All dishes were super flavorful, filling, and delicious. The shrimp came with bread that is used to dip in the sauce. It's an experience on it's own. When I say I enjoyed every bite, believe me! The crab cake was one of the best I have ever had. It was filled with meat instead of the filling that most use to make up for the lack of crab. It was juicy and cooked to perfection. Last, but not least the ravioli has huge chunks of lobster. You get some with every bite. I loved everything about this appetizer. For my flight entree, I had the Seafood flight (now don't ask why did I have so much seafood, lol). I am definitely a seafood lover. I have to make a trip back to try the other flights. Back to the entree. I had the LOBSTER AND CRAB BENEDICT. It came with Jumbo Lump Crab, Maine Lobster Poached Farm Egg, Bacon, Hollandaise, Housemade Cheddar Biscuit. It was so good. It is definitely a must try. Let me not forget to add that I had a cocktail as well. I went with the traditional Strawberry Lemon Drop. It was good as well. The entire experience was amazing both times. I can't wait to go back!

I eat out quite a lot. I only say that because this is quite literally one of the best restaurant experiences I have had. The staff is nice and friendly and accommodating and smiles a lot. This quality is uniform to a degree that is almost suspicious (but pleasant) I have no idea how they are this nice. The format is really cool, for food, they have everything as a full entree or a small plate, and you get a price break for ordering specific groupings of 3 items (a flight). - a Flight This gives you an amount of variety and portion control that is impossible to achieve elsewhere. Seafood egg rolls were 10/10 mindblowing Escargo - also good We split the fish flight and everything was amazingly good. Delicious and perfectly cooked/textured. For wine, they also had the flight system. You can get combos of 3 of the same type of wine (each from a different winemaker) in a 2 ounce pour. A flight again. - a Flight Few things here: The pours were more than 2 oz - so good deal there. It's nice to have so much variety in flavors and it was a good activity to taste and discuss all the wines. Also, my favorite, you don't have to know a ton about wine because you can just order by the name of the flight. The flight will have a mixture of expensive wine and cheap wine so you can order wine without being expected to be extremely knowledgeable about it. Ambiance was great as well - a good feeling of warm, slightly dark, romantic, and inviting. Sound control also seemed good (not too loud) - though we were that latest reservation (as usual) so it wasn't too packed. Oh also - the flight system allows portion control and the flight discount in such a way that the total price came out much lower than I would have expected. A very pleasant surprise indeed given that going out in 2024 is often a bank-breaking experience. So, overall 10/10, everything was amazing. You should go. We will go again next time we're in Memphis.

Stellar. Absolutely stellar. Food. Ambiance. Service. All of it. Free valet parking - which was nice when it was freezing and raining. The waitstaff will call for your car when you pay. The inside is lovely. The downstairs is small and lively with a small bar but the upstairs is a bit more intimate and quiet. We sat upstairs and I enjoyed it. Our server, Brooke, was fantastic. Polished, attentive and exceedingly professional. No request or need was left for long and she took great care of us all night with refills, warm coffee, etc. We started with a salad flight of a wedge, a seasonal salad and an acorn squash salad. While they were all good and the wedge (my personal fav) was excellent, the standout was the squash. Perfectly cooked and served with a small pistachio crusted ball of feta that melted into the squash. Yummmmm! We mixed and matched our entrees and went with the filet, veal and mushroom ravioli. It's not listed on the menu but there is a vegetarian flight for those who want less meat or none. The star was the veal with a delicious sauteed squash and veggie accompaniment with a cheesy noodle. I'd get just that entree sized next time. I love the concept here - smaller bites and flights which can easily be customized or just pick one of their pre-set from Land, Sea, etc. or, just order a full entree if one sounds good to you. If you're like me - you have fomo and this concept alleviates that expertly. It's a wonderful concept but hard to do in practice - all our food was fresh, delicious and well prepared. Difficult to do with such small and mix matched menus. Drinks and dessert are no different. Several options and flights and mix and match all or just get one small one. I had the Memphis chocolate pecan pie (yummmm), bananas foster bread pudding and peanut brownie. All amazing. Coffee was warm and delicious. We had a small issue with AC vent under my husband's seat and he froze all night. When he finally couldn't take it and asked to be moved bc he was miserable, the manager came to apologize and was lovely as well. One of the top dining experiences I've ever had. What a gem in downtown Memphis. If you're in town, book a meal here ASAP. Don't even hesitate.

Free valet parking. Sat at the bar and enjoyed an excellent dessert wine flight recommended by the bartender when i asked for something sweet! The girl sitting at the bar next to me did not like one of the red wines on her flight because it was too sweet, and she gave it to me. Yummmm!!!!!!! Excellent deviled eggs but I'll probably try something else next time. Fantastic sea bass!! Crunchy outside and soft inside just the way I like!! I didn't realize it was served with shrimp, which I'm allergic to (read the fine print if you have allergies like me) Average crunchy duck (not very crunchy) served on above average sweet potatoes. Excellent ribeye!!!! Best I've had all year!!!!! And I travel for work so I eat out constantly. Very good deserts. The peanutbutter brownie was my favorite !! The banana pudding was okay but would have been better with more bananas. The Carmel pie was ok but would have been better with more carmel. Very friendly servers. I hope I have time to return and try more items!!!!

This is my favorite fine dining place to eat in Memphis! I only am able to go here on very special occasions but I always leave very pleased. I have had the opinion for a while now that Flight has the best restaurant food in Memphis. Their menu is very dynamic and a pick your own adventure that is fun and I have not had a dish I did not think was delish. Of course you are paying for fine dining, but I feel that I get my monies worth as the portions are hefty and the food is great. The desserts are just as good as the entrees! Flight will remain as my number one recommendation for fine dining in Memphis.

This restaurant continues to be the best upscale dining experience in Memphis & for good reason. We had a reservation for 6:15 pm on 12/30/2023, showed up 10 mins early & were seated immediately. There is complimentary valet parking available, so no issue with parking. The service was flawless. Our waiter explained the "flight" menu concept & was very attentive all night. Food came out quickly & they stayed on top of refills. Ambiance was perfect for a date night, not too loud. We started with the beef wellington appetizer & it was perfectly cooked. We ordered the European Vacation & Tiny Bubbles wine flights. For food, we mixed & matched to create our own flights. In total, we ordered the scallop, wild boar, Chilean sea bass, crispy duck breast, elk, & veal. I'm always skeptical when any restaurant has a large variety of items on the menu, but Flight executes this perfectly. Every single item was fresh, perfectly seasoned, & tender. The quality of all the meat items were top notch - no gristle, chewiness, nor over/undercooked. For dessert, we ordered a dessert wine flight & made our own dessert flight with lava cake, crème brûlée, & blueberry strudel. Again, they nailed all of these but that lava cake is a must. Forget the barbecue, this place is the best dining experience in Memphis!

Awesome wine list! Labels you don't normally see on lists outside Napa. Interesting concept of "food flights" as well, although I've yet to order one as a solo diner...might be worth a try with 2 diners. Very knowledgeable, friendly staff. Walkable from a lot of downtown hotels.

Celebrating a 50th birthday with friends. We were seated in the basement. Love the feel and ambiance of that space. Our server was very attentive and was on point all evening. We started with wine and cocktails. I had a strawberry margarita and my husband had an old fashioned. Both very good. We had beef Wellington and a charcuterie board for an appetizer. The beef Wellington was a bit under seasoned but it was tender. I ordered the fish flight. It took a VERY VERY long time for the food to come out. By the time it came, it was lukewarm. Most at the table complained their food tasted ok but was not hot. Because we had been sitting for so long we opted not to send it back. The experience was ok because we were celebrating but when you spend that much you want it to be great!

As always, Flight delivers on special occasions. T and I celebrated our anniversary with Flight for the 2nd year in a row and the service, the atmosphere, the food...all amazing. We come here for graduations, promotions, anniversaries, birthdays, etc. If it's a special occasion and we want to go to a wonderful place with some of the best service you'll receive and with fabulous food, Flight is our go to. If you make reservations for something special, be sure to tell them because they will bring you complimentary champagne when you get to your table, and if you happen to know the bartender, you get it before you're even settled into your seat. ;D. We will absolutely be back. The next big thing will probably be a college graduation, or even news of a grand baby on the day.

We had such a special dinner at Flight restaurant tonight. The service was beyond impressive. We were celebrating our anniversary and my birthday, and our waiter brought out treats for both. The flights are so much fun. We got the seafood and the steak flight. Everything was so tasty. We would definitely come back here the next time we are in Memphis.

Absolutely outstanding restaurant! In fact one of the best I have ever been to. The elk and wild boor were outstanding. The Ocean Flight (Shrimp, crab cake and lobster ravioli ) were delicious. The fish flight was so good! Our waiter was very pleasant and helpful. The wine list was excellent; maybe too many California. Their flight, small plate and full entree concept was a winner. Great deserts too. If you go to Memphis go to Flight.

This is definitely a stop you should make while in Memphis. Everything is served in flights-wine, food, and deserts. They have a substantial wine and spirits menu. The staff is excellent and very helpful with pairings. I had the Louisiana redfish, bison tenderloin, and quail in my flight and all three were done perfectly and very tasty. I had the staff picks red flight which paired nicely. I was too full to eat a desert flight and just ended with a crème brûlée which was a nice finish. I highly recommend this restaurant if you want to do something a little bit different.

Was a nice taste adventure and very friendly service from bartender. The Louisiana redfish was my favorite as it had nicest contrast between the texture of the fish and the jambalaya side. The scallop on the seafood threesome was a standout and contrast to the freshness of the pesto and tomato. Our seviche was less authentic to true lime citrus cured seafood, as the lobster was prevailed, however the dish was a fresh lively texture before my fish entree. Nice experience and atmosphere.

Incredible. This is a must-go in Memphis!! It was my boyfriend and I's first time and it was romantic and delicious. We started with two wine flights (which is only two total glasses) and the Ocean Flight appetizer. Spectacular and I would be hard pressed not to order that appetizer over and over again. We split the steak flight and then two small plates of dessert. Plenty of food and the service was on point. Our waitresses name was Maddy and she was helpful, kind, and attentive! I would specifically request her next time we go! Flight is a little pricey but so worth it in my opinion. The only hiccup we had was the bugs around us on the outdoor tables, not the restaurants fault necessarily but definitely sit inside. Overall a luxurious and elegant experience.

This is the best restaurant in Memphis! I highly recommend this establishment . The variety and concept of the restaurant paired with the A Class service and delicious food makes this my Memphis number one choice .

After having moved from TN 4 years ago we went back for a wedding and couldn't pass up the opportunity to visit our favorite spot in Memphis. It's still outstanding! Great food,exceptional service and ambience.

My boyfriend and I have been here 4 times over the duration of 5 years for various birthdays, anniversaries, and holidays and each time is EXCEPTIONAL! The staff from start to finish, from the minute we walk in to the time we leave goes above and beyond in professionalism, knowledge, and service overall. We had Grayson tonight for my birthday and just like the previous times, service was incredible! The atmosphere is incredibly welcoming and magical, and Flight provides our overall favorite dishes we've ever had! Needless to say, we always look forward to our time here!

Loved the service. Very considerate and cordial. Love how they all support each other and they made sure I was accommodated appropriately. I almost forgot my bag and they passed it to me. Food was amazing!!!! Beautifully cooked. The bread was not the cup of tea for my husband and kids because it was sweet but I enjoyed myself. We had the seafood appetizer and my son gobbled it up! We also had the flight with the three steaks and the one with a steak, veal, and duck. The mushrooms were a bit sweet, but the sweet potatoes with the duck was perfection when combined together. It was a lovely visit and would definitely come back. It is expensive but you get a bang for your buck.

This place was so nice we came here twice. Our favorite spot in both Memphis and Nashville combined. On night one, we came for a regular dinner meal. It was a terrific experience from moment one. I loved the ambiance and service. Our waiter Jaffey took stellar care of us, and did not skip a beat. The drinks were great. Our appetizers included the oysters and tuna tartar. Our meals included fillet, halibut, crab/lobster meat, bison, lamb, and elk. All did not disappoint. Perfect portions and delicious sides. Dessert was a perfect way to wrap up the night, The next night we were so disappointed with two other bars that we came back for drinks. The manager remembered us and even gave us a tour of the bottom basement which housed more dining tables. The drinks were delicious and we especially liked the espresso and chocolate martinis. Would love to return if we are in the area again. Can't recommend enough.

Everything was excellent! The lobster bisque was delicious! Romantic setting for a special occasion.

Wow, I m almost afraid to post this due to fear that the restaurant will be packed the next time I go and won't be able to get a table. Place was flat out awesome, people were friendly and service was top notch! Now for the food, unbelievable, everything was perfect and amazing! I had the the Beef Wellington appetizer, totally off the charts great! As an entree I went with the Elk, best tasting dish I've had in a restaurant in I don't know how long, melt in your mouth tender and the flavors were out of this world, plus the truffle Mac and cheese, another wow! Stopped in on our roadtrip & was greeted immediately by 2 wonderful hosts! Opted to sit outside due to their wonderfully heated closed in patio! Drinks: Cranberry smash - amazingly festive! Not too sweet. My mans who isn't big on bourbon really enjoyed the flavor and ended up ordering two! I had the Pryme Thyme as I am a big lemon and thyme fan. It was yummy but a little heavier on the egg foam topping than I would have preferred. Food: EVERYTHING WAS ABSOLUTELY OUTSTANDING! There was literally nothing that I tried that I or my fiancé did NOT enjoy. There is literally something for everybody!! I wish I didn't take so long to do this review bc I can't speak to the details but I swear, next time we are even remotely close to this restaurant - we will DEFINITELY without a doubt be stopping again. Customer service: Ya'll - impeccable service. From the time we stepped in to the time we left, top tier service! Don't walk, run!

The crab cakes, specifically the appetizer ones are FANTASTIC! The service is always good. I would recommend asking for a non-window table because we had some issues with people on the streets standing and staring into the windows while we ate. It was a bit uncomfortable.

Came here for dinner, so glad we did! I love the concept; pretty much anything can be turned into a flight. You want salad, you can get a flight of salad. You can also get a flight of soup. Appetizers and entrees can be flights too. The only thing they didn't have flights of were flight cocktails. Please add!!! For an appetizer we got an ocean flight. It was barbecued shrimp, lobster ravioli, and a crab cake. All three were really good. The shrimp was really good. I was shocked that it tasted that good. The crab cake was my second favorite. I also got a flight of fish for dinner. Each was it's own little dinner with its own side. There was grouper with some sort of coconut mango risotto. It was delicious. Then halibut with shrimp risotto. The risotto was great, halibut was okay but a little overcooked, and the last plate was redfish on fried risotto. That was my favorite. For the entree flights they recommend a flight of wine to go with. Mine was a chardonnay flight. I passed on that and got the red carpet flight instead. All three wines were excellent. After all this did, we couldn't pass up dessert so we got a flight to take home. It had banana pudding, a caramel turtle, and something else delicious. They were all three great. Service was really good. Complementary valet parking was appreciated. Wish this place was near home, I'd visit often.

I love the flight concept here, where you get to try three things at a time, whether wines or food. This was our second visit, and the salad flight continues to be our favorite. The noise level is energetic, but it's a bit quieter upstairs. Service is very friendly and prices are reasonable.
