This is my second time here. The 1st time wasn’t so good, but I’m so glad that I gave them a second chance. This experience tonight is so amazing. When I first came through the door, I was greeted with smiles and great service. My meal was so delicious and so is my happy hour drinks. Brandon & Ariel thank you for making my evening special. It means so much to get great customer service, which is nonexistent now days.

Everything I had at this place was delicious. We ordered the southern fried trio and the lamb chops. 10/10 best lamb chops I ever had. It was so good that I went back the next day and ordered the same thing. The first night it was just two of us but the second night I went with a group of 10. Both time the service was super quick and the staff was very friendly. The music was good and the location is perfect if you want to do a little walking around downtown Cleveland after dinner. Highly recommend adding it to your list if you're in the city.

Great Experience Food was great. Sundays best days come see Camryn she is a great Bartender Service A1! Let’s not forget Bry she is a Great Waitress and on point! Tasha great Manager understandable! Shout out to Flight Social for the great Ambiance and Flight Experience!

I came to Cleveland for my cousins birthday and we went to Flight Social for brunch. There was a live band play, the music was nice. The drinks were amazing! And our service was too! She was able to answer all our questions and even give suggestions of what to have. Amber made it an excellent experience! Will definitely be back.

Our server Parker was the best!!! He was on time served us in a timely manner and the vibes were top tier. The food was amazing and came out hot and ready to eat. If you haven’t been here before you should try them out as soon as you can.

DJ was my waitress, she was so sweet and had such a beautiful personality. She helped me decide on what drinks to try. She was amazing. Food was delicious. I forgot the hostess name but she was sweet as well. Very good atmosphere.

Visiting Cleveland Ohio's best kept secret spot the Flight Social on Euclid Ave, I can't say anything other than, the atmosphere, food, entertainment and service (Careem) was amazing. We had the shrimp and grits and the Skyline Sampler. The portions were on point. I recommend Flight Social. We had the opportunity to meet with Chef Juice. You can't go wrong with this amazing spot.

Went on a Friday night group of 6. If you're going per pay for parking on the restaurants site its cheaper. Food was delicious, entertainment was top notch we had a wonderful time FYI get the bathroom code before going downstairs. Gave service 3 stats only because it felt rushed otherwise everything was great.

Service was good, food was average and prices were too much for what you receive. Concept was fun and cute but not worth what you get. I would not go back.

We had a party of 6, we were told that we could not be seated until our entire party arrived - which is standard. There isn't a lobby and standing outside was not an option - the bugs were overwhelming for me - UGH! Once our ENTIRE party arrived, we were seated. Our server (Myricle) was very friendly and nice! Myricle could have been more attentive. When our appetizers came out, I initially told them that we had no utensils - 10 minutes later our entrees came out and still no utensils - UGH! The calamari was over cook :( , the Louisiana Cajun pasta was BLAND, no creole flavoring at all. The glaze on the salmon was FANTASTIC - Kudos to that cook! The A La Cart doesn't sit well with me either, 3% chg for using my CC, $10 on Fridays & Saturdays when there is Live Music. I don't think I will patronize this restaurant again. The best Calamari I have ever had was at Night Town (now Edwin's). I guess I will be making my own Calamari. My top FAV restaurants are: - Fredrick's Wine & Dine - Zanzibar (Smothered Pork Chops are amazing) - Blue Grill (Steak is like butter) - Hyde Park (Steak is like butter)

Intriguing idea but a miss. Flight attendants as waitresses, dolled up and looking amazing, tailoring your experience to a flight but the food was a near miss for me, the atmosphere was loud and wasn't as clean as I'd hoped. Went on a Sunday during brunch hours, pushed too much of a bar scene vibe with loud music and the Montecarlo sandwich wasn't that tasty. 3 stars for the waitresses and their AMAZING attitudes.

I was completely befuddled by the lack of service and knowledge of the staff in this place. If they weren't conveniently located at street level in the Hyatt Regency where people assume some level of competence, they would have closed a long time ago. For a place that plays on the flight theme in their name, they have shockingly few beer and wine options. In fact, they were confused when I asked why I was receiving my red wine in a champagne glass. Watched a group of four sit down beside us at the bar and, between bad service and seeing what we were served get up and flee. Avoid this place at all costs. Many better options very close to choose from.

The service is what made me give this place a solid three, if it was just for service i would give a 5, but i felt the food was overpriced for what felt like very commercial nothing extraordinary food. Perhaps this place is more a bar and less restaurant? Its attached to the beautiful Cleveland Arcade, but feels like it doesn't fit in with the arcade at all. Likely not to come back.

I really enjoyed the live cover band, Reagan Gray. Her voice is lovely and the band backed her like magic! The food was okay, but i imagine they are working through the menu, since they only opened recently. I will return and bring my friends and family!

We were really hoping this experience would be a success. The concept was really cool but it was a complete fail on implementation. The menu online didnt match what was available so we should have just left. But optimisitcally, We entered the restuarant, that was nearly empty and each ordered a cocktail and a cobb salad to split. My cocktail was very watered down and my wifes was just not right at all, literally had no flavor. It was advertised as a gin drink served in a coupe glass with edible flowers. It was a 16 dollar flavorless insult served in a tall wide water glass full of ice with a thick straw. Inexplicable. No restaurant with standards would serve this. We waited a LONG time for bad drinks and a salad was that was not fresh and mediocre. To add insult to injury, they add a 15% gratuity to your check unadvertised. Im sure they have to bc no one would tip this nightmare. We had planned to order dinner but got pizza next door instead. Highly recommend avoiding this place. Save yourself and don't go.

Marshall tried to make it better. However I was underwhelmed. Nice place, could be a great ambience, cute concept and friendly staff. The drinks were cool. The food, ugh... my friend ordered the empanadas which was really 1 cut in half. It looked like dog food to me... like minced taco meat and refried beans mushed together. I had the calamari that was recommended. I was told it was some of the best, but for me, some of the worst! It was not crispy and it was greasy. I don't know who the chef is, but they need some work. Two shots to impress with 2 different dishes and both were an epic fail. I'm giving this 2 stars because of the staff only.

Hot honey sliders are amazing!! Happy Hour $5 shots 4-6pm!! And really cool vides!!

Brunch here was very delightful, we had the breakfast polish boy 9/10, and lamb chops, eggs, potatoes and grits 9/10. The food was hot when it came out and there were no issues with what we requested everything was done right the first time. The service was good, there was one item miscommunicated, one person said they did have it the other said they didn't. Not sure which it was. Not that big of a deal. The ambiance is nice and clean, a little tight but good overall. The day we went there was a live band, a very classy touch and created a soothing vibe. We will definitely be back!!!

I was really excited about this place. It's a really cool concept and I couldn't wait to try it. I was seated 30 minutes late for my reservation. And then they tried to see me away from the entertainment. Why would I come to a place that has live music make a reservation to be by the live music and then not sit by the live music? The service was terrible. Everybody was super rude to me, including the manager the people that sent me my server everything. And for the price of the food, it was very OK. Nothing exciting about it. Unless they make some major changes, I will not be back and I'm really sad because the entertainment was awesome.

Food is very overpriced. Service is slow. Restaurant automatically includes 18% gratuity on all bills for parties of 2 or more. When we ordered a martini, we were asked what kind of vodka we wanted. We ordered Tito's and were not told there was an upcharge for a brand name vodka. The manager did take the upcharge off. Overall a very poor experience.

First, let me say this: The concept of this establishment is spot on. To be honest, I was going to give it four stars because of the singer (She rocked), and the wait staff was extremely friendly and nice. However, the manager killed it for me. As a former bar manager and currently in the service and hospitality industry, managers must assess the establishment and make decisions accordingly. It was my birthday weekend, and we made two separate reservations. They have two shows, so we made one reservation for us at the 7 pm show and another reservation for a larger party at the 9 pm show. When we arrived at 7 pm, there were 6 or 8 people in the establishment, so we made 10. All was well; we ordered drinks and calamari. We enjoyed the music and really enjoyed ourselves. Fast forward to about 8:30 pm, and some of our guests started to arrive. We were sitting at a small table for two, so we asked if we could move to the larger area. There was some hesitation, but they agreed to move us after we explained the situation with the two reservations. So here is where things got really awkward... the manager got on the microphone after the set was over and was basically like, y'all have to leave. I understand there are two shows. Still, the establishment was practically empty, my larger party made the place look packed, and how are you going to kick someone out of an establishment when, for one, it's not like we purchased tickets to see the singer; that happens to be a benefit of patronizing the establishment, two if that is the policy, as a manager I would have expected you to observe that your establishment was nowhere near capacity. I even asked the hostess if they were expecting additional patrons for the evening, and she replied, "Maybe some walk-ins," which tells me the reservations were probably done for the night since the 9 pm show had already started. After he made the announcement on the mic, he had the audacity to approach my larger party to ask them to leave when they had just arrived for the 9 pm show. This further tells me he wasn't paying attention to the room, nor did he understand what was going on. I get it: managers can't be in multiple places at one time, but that's why you rely on the staff to paint the picture for you. The manager appeared to have just wanted to clear the establishment, not knowing that my party of 10 was the largest group in the building. He blew a perfect opportunity to ensure my guests were comfortable and capitalized on a potential profit from my guests. However, because of the treatment, we left and patronized another establishment. MAJOR FAILURE on the manager.

The food at Flight Social is absolutely amazing! Chef Juice is phenomenal with the preparation of all the different flavor combinations.

The steaks were so small, they don't even give you a knife or fork to eat it. It's quite literally the size of a McNugget. Atmosphere and service is amazing, we just weren't a fan of the food or the highway robbery prices of the food.

Flight social is a vibe! Not only did I enjoy the music , but the food was amazing. very chill laid back spot where you can just relax . watch the game , listen to great music and just enjoy yourself. I highly recommend people to come check out the spot. I definitely will be returning.

I love this place! The ambiance is warm and inviting. The food is outstanding. The cocktails are delicious. The service is second to none! But what sets this place apart from other venues, is that Chef Juice, the owners and staff will make you feel special. Other places may also make you feel special, but at Flight Social, you'll feel loved! Seriously! Our bartender and host extraordinaire, Jameson, treated us like royalty. If you're in the mood for a phenomenal chocolate martini or other specialty cocktail, look no further, have Jameson whip one up for you .... DELICIOUS! What I love about this place, is they're open for lunch, so if you're having a bad day at the office, and you require some well-deserved therapy, get to Flight Social. You'll feel like you just took a mini-vacay. Run! Don't walk!

Our Flight Attendant was nice and professional and the restaurant vibe was great. While the food may have e come out a little slow the food was great. The band and the Singer helped to set the tone. They sounded great. Management came around to check on us which was great and we will come again

Ordered a takeout for lunch to try them for the first time today. Wonderful fish and chips lunch special available from their online ordering option. Employee who got my food was very nice. The inside of the establishment appeared clean and neat.

The food was very good! I highly recommend the Alaskan Salmon Bites & the Wings Around The World!

Flight is definitely a vibe, from the music to the food, to the general atmosphere. I had a chance to visit during their grand opening and I was not disappointed. My favorite dish was the wings, which were cooked to perfection - meaning they were well done and tasty! I also had the fish & chips which was delicious as well. The outside had a seasoned crispy coating, while the inside was delicate and flakey. It came with fresh cut fries and a house made tartar sauce. During my meal, there was live music. The singer and band were really good and had the crowd singing along with them. I think the name of the singer is B Landrum. I will be returning!

Waited over 45 minutes for water. I finished my meal before getting anything to drink at all. We ordered a flight of lemon drops at $40. I'm sitting here and still haven't gotten it. I think this may be a One and done for me. Food was good though and the drinks were good when I finally got them.

We went on a Thursday evening and had an amazing time. We just wanted a drink and bite to eat so we weren't looking for anything special but was blown away by the kind and considerate service and fresh food. Specifically the salmon bites. The food came out well prepared and timely. And to our surprise they had a date night paint and sip live display. Although we didn't indulge it was still nice to enjoy the ambiance and music. Highly recommend!

Flight Social is a whole vibe! From the flight attendant uniforms to food and drink flights, the travel theme is on point. Great service, delicious food, and the themed nights--especially Baggage Claim Wednesdays--make it a fun spot every time. Cleveland needed this!

Nice atmosphere, food was delicious , The Chef and the Owner came over to introduce their selves to myself and Husband , live band was good We will definitely be back.

I had the flight drinks which were $40 they were ok. Hot honey wings & fries were $25. They call them wings but they were wing dings. They were ok not enough sauce on them. My total came up to $83 and they add the gratuity. Services was good the place was clean. I will not be going back for $83 I should've been full I had to stop and get something else to eat.

Terrible!!! There are added costs for more than two people, added cost for a horrible band. Added cost for "premium service, yet they are short staffed and cannot get water to the table. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!

Where should I start... we waited for somebody to take our order for about 20min. The cocktail came very diluted. Waiting for another 30mins for food and totally wrong. First, my bf ordered was lemon and pepper wings but it wasn't, looked like thai chili. Second, my order was haddock. The batter was under cooked. Lastly, the fries were undercooked for me for some. The fries were like when you order take home fries. It was soggy which is not supposed to happen at restaurants. I don't know how they will survive.. Ketchup was great.

I went to this establishment after seeing a few videos on tik tok. When i arrived (only a party of 2) there was one other couple dining in the entire restaurant. We were immediately asked if we had a reservation as the restaurant was almost empty. I said no and our waitress then took 10 minutes to come back and then take us to our table. One thing I would like to note is that our waitress was extremely nice. we ordered an appetizer and our entrees at the same time. all the food then came at one time as well. i asked for no spinach but there was spinach. it also took around 45 minutes for our food to arrive but we were the only 2 people in the place. At the end of dinner i cried when i saw the bill. it was over $90 for alfredo with catfish, a catfish dinner, and an appetizer of 4 egg rolls that tasted like taco bell. i was so beyond disappointing because of the 18% gratuity that was added. i never saw anywhere on the menu about this. apparently for tables of TWO or more there is an 18% gratuity added. our server showed us the menu on the last page on a page by itself in the same color as the page is printed on and in tiny print it says this fact. i was already going to tip. but was so disappointed that i had to spend $90 for food that WAS NOT worth this price. when we also addressed our server about this she said "well i already took off the band fee" but there was no live band playing at all!! so i don't understand why we would be paying for that anyways! (the live band fee is $10) our waitress then talked to the manager and the manager asked if we could pay for the meal in cash he would forget about the gratuity.

The appetizers were good, the main dishes were all mediocre. The drinks are overpriced for what we received. The waitress came to give us our bill but instead read off what each of us ordered and then went to a pay screen (could not see itemized bill), after paying I asked to see an itemized bill because it seemed to be much higher than I had expected. Come to find out there was an 18% gratuity added. This would have been fine if it would have been stated, or an itemized bill would have been presented. Instead each person in my party paid 18% gratuity then paid 20% tip on top of that. Our waitress collected over $120 in tips which would have been fine IF we were to offer that willingly. We felt played. We will not be returning or recommending this establishment.

I had a table of 5 and the experience was night and day. If this review was based purely on my personal experience it was a 10/10. As a group... it failed HARD. The food was fire I will say that. Everyone at the tables food was delicious. My food and my husbands came out and one other guest. Devoured. We split a polish boy and each ordered the salmon bites with fries. It took FOREVER to get hot sauce but the food was so good I didn't complain. After we've been here 90 minutes and again 3 of us have already eaten we tap the light for service. They say how can we help you? Ummm 2 people never got their food!! We then had to tell 3 different people over the course of another HOUR. They ended up finally getting their food to go. We then had to wait another 30 minutes to pay. The hostess came and took our card and instead of bringing it back they started SLAP BOXING. I cannot make this up. Food was delicious service was ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE. How do you forget half the tables food then not even realize??? Then the table next to us said the exact same thing happened to them. How sway???

If no stars was an option just take a gander at what I'd select.... This place requires an 18% gratuity on any party of TWO OR MORE. I've heard of a required gratuity for large parties but since when is 2 people a large enough party to require a gratuity? We paid for one flight including 3 margaritas, small drinks at that, and we were charged $62 after tax and gratuity... for large groups they will only split the check two ways. No one was allowed to order their own drinks at the bar either they had to order them at the table, and those few drinks took 25 minutes to come out. I understand needing to make it easier but to be clear we are the only party here. Our entire party ordered half an hour after sitting because they had to service a smaller table before us in order to give us their menus... from our reservation time it has been over an hour to get our food. The servers absolutely rely on the gratuity being a guarantee as they make little to no effort to go above and beyond. One of them literally spilled one of our drinks... they at least brought a replacement free of charge. The food itself was mostly good, after waiting a total of an hour and a half from the time we sat down for everyone to receive it... oh and one salad was missing its chicken! The wings were dry. No one's dishes were brought out together either. Sides came well after main dishes. Or well before. Depended on whose food it was! I've honestly never had such a disappointing dining experience with a large group before. Considering our group was made up of half servers/bar tenders the whole experience was a joke.

These have got to be fake or paid positive reviews on Google because my experience here was everything BUT what these people are saying. All the 1-3 star reviews are the REAL reviews of what you'll experience at this dump. I experienced the same things from the random band fees, service fees, and automatic gratuity, to the poor management. I get it, your business is not off to a good start so you tell your family friends to leave a positive review, but I guarantee people read the lowest reviews FIRST! Which are the authentic ones! STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!
