If I could rate this place zero stars, I would. The customer service is abysmal, with staff conversing in their own languages and ignoring customers. The pancakes seem to be made with disdain, and I wouldn't consider returning. Spending $17 USD for three pancakes is completely unjustifiable. Additionally, I've posted about the disrespectful and unmannerly employees, particularly the two ladies who seem disinterested in their work in the picture!

As others have said, if I could give this place a zero, I would. My 14-year old daughter stood at the "Please Order Here" sign for almost 10 minutes while the worker ignored her. She made eye contact with her a few times but would look away. My 16-year old daughter stood in front of the same sign at the connected Crepery for the same length of time (doesn't have its own Google profile, so I assume its the same restaurant - the same worker from Flip Flop made her crepe). My husband was at Eggy Weggy a few windows down and didn't realize they hadn't been helped until after he got his food. Another customer came up behind the 16-year old, waited a few minutes, then scanned a sign that said "Skip the Line" and ordered. My daughter did the same and ordered her Nutella crepes. The same worker from Flip Flop who had been blatantly ignoring my 14-year old made them and put almost ZERO Nutella on them and 2 halves of a banana UNSLICED. What a freaking joke. Especially for $14. While the 16-year old waited for her food, she tried to help my 14-year old order on the kiosk because at that point, my husband had realized she had not ordered and told them that's how they had to do it. They thought the order went through and waited. After probably another 10 minutes, my husband asked the worker about the order. She said she didn't have one. I checked the credit card app, and sure enough, no transaction, so the order didn't go through. This lovely lady who had watched my daughter stand there for 10 minutes, ignoring her, then made my other daughter a ridiculously insufficient crepe that we spent $14 on, watched my daughter place an order on the kiosk and continued to pretend like she didn't have jack squat to do. So by the time my husband and I realized the order didn't go through and asked her to make the order after a minimum of TWENTY minutes of this lazy woman watching my daughter stand there, she has the NERVE to tell us the menu had just changed over and they were no longer serving breakfast. I looked at my phone. It was 10:30 on the dot. The pancake batter was still sitting out and she wasn't doing anything. Nothing. No other customers were around. She wasn't putting things up. Nothing. So to whoever is paying her paycheck, you are WASTING your money. Who knows how many paying customers she has turned away because she's too dang lazy to lift a finger. If you need a date/time to figure out which staff member it was, today is March 22, 2025, and we were there around 10:10-10:30 a.m. PS. My husband's food and service at Eggy Weggy was excellent. Large food portions. Tasted great.

This is not worth $19.76. The menu display mentioned two pigs in a blanket but only received one. So I ask the manager to get a refund.

Do NOT come to this location. For $17.00 you would expect a proper stack of pancakes… Not only did we only receive 3 small pancakes, we received 3 paper thin pancakes… for $17.00! To top it off, there was NO line, yet the employee moved at the pace of a large disabled sloth. I could’ve made pancake batter from scratch and finished cooking the whole batch before this woman could lift her spatula. After waiting nearly 20 minutes we started to realize why nobody was going to this breakfast spot… DO NOT make the mistake we made… you have been forewarned!

My experience is hopefully not too common, but it seemed like the employees didn't care about completing my order, which was just some blueberry pancakes and bacon. It looked like the girl started my order ended her shift and the guy who took over wasn't really prepared. The pancakes came out oily and flat. One had more blue berry than pancake batter. The berries were at least fresh and ripe. I never did get my bacon and dumped half the pancake in the trash.

Avoid this place at all costs. Employees could not possibly be less interested in doing their job or completing orders. After placing my order I had to ask a worker at a neighboring restaurant if anyone was even working here, as no one was present at the counter. When someone finally sauntered over, they proceeded to start my order then walk away for extended periods of time, overcooking my food and leaving other items cold. Worker also ignored me and walked away when I asked for syrup. Threw my order directly in the trash.

Terrible service. Peirre could not be less interested in her job and had a 20-minute conversation while our food burned. We were the only ones there and it took over half an hour to get our food, which was pedestrian cafe food at best. Avoid at all costs.

Overpriced paper thin pancakes that tasted like the griddle wasn’t cleaned from the lunch/dinner food cooked there. Extremely slow service.
