"Wrigleyville’s Flip Sigi serves casual Filipino fusion food with suggestive names that sound like poor attempts at flirting—asking for a “F.U.C. Me” is pretty forward for a first meeting. Like its NYC and Jersey City locations, this colorful BYOB spot takes Filipino flavors and packages them as tacos and burgers. Get the shredded chicken adobo tacos with a refreshing vinegar dipping sauce or the Plan B-rito. This collage of flavor defies the laws of physics and stuffs a single flour tortilla with sweet longanisa, spam, bacon, crispy hash browns, eggs, and avocado. Though the menu names might sound silly, Flip Sigi is a serious contender for a quick bite in the area." - John Ringor

Im happy to be able to try Flip Sigi again as my first experience in newyork was not the best! This time i was definitely enjoying my meal! Let me start off first that Parking can be a such a hassle here in the city buy luckily Bob’s parking is just across! There’s a little confusion about their front door when we came coz it doesnt let you in unless you know the code or when somebody comes out to open it for you. I think the best door to use is the one just by the counter, it wasnt obvious it was there at first though until we saw other people using it. Anyway on to the food! I finally got the chance to try their Cali Burrito which seems to be one of their best sellers there. The meat was good and I actually liked that some parts were charred. That burrito was filling! With chicken and pork, hashbrown and avocado! Whew! I dont usually put vinegar on my food but it was so good on the burrito I actually found it was better with it than without! Hubster got the adobo OG and i loved how tender the meat is. We also got their sinigang fries which was something new for me. Sinigang flavor was pretty mild though. The calamansi lemonade was good too and of course the ube ice cream was nice ending! The staff were awesome today too. There were only two of them but both were all smiles, very welcoming and friendly! That kind of personality would make you want to come back. So Salamat Flip Sigi for a fun meal!

YES YES YES!!! I DoorDashed this order and it was still warm when it arrived. The flavor for each dish was on point. Reasonably priced. I also love their customer service feature to text vs call. It’s the same number listed on the site. If you call, they have an automated message encouraging you to text, and someone messages you in minutes! I grew up with a lot of Filipino influence (neighbors, besties, husband) so I love when I come across authentic Filipino food, especially fusion style! Definitely going back (I’m hungry, I might order again now lol) - Salamat po!

We stopped by Flip Sigi ove the weekend. It’s a very unconventional spot, as it sits in the lobby space of a apartment building. Residents walk in and out while we dine at the restaurant. There’s also the laundry room at the front left side of the store. All these components make it slightly uncomfortable as diners are mot used to such environment. We got the chicken taco and pork bun bao. The bao had such tiny piece of pork, never seen a piece of meat take only half of a bao bun. But the tacos had lots chicken. It had hint of oiliness too. But tasted great with the spicy mayo. The person taking our order was very nice and kind. He went out of his way make a shaved ice for our daughter. Overall I think it will a good spot for good dine in place for that building’s occupants, but for others take out would be preferred.

First and foremost, super friendly staff that have been accommodating for every meal I have had here. Food is a great take on Filipino done West Coast style. Has become a weekly lunch staple. Monday/Tuesday specials for free burritos/tacos is my recommendation. Definitely worth a try.

Had a great experience here. Came on a Sunday around 2:00 and was able to easily park in the street parking across from the resturant. I can see how parking could be difficult during busy times of the day. My husband and I were immediately greeted upon entering. The staff was kind and helpful at helping us decide what to try. I asked if the Dan Dan Noods could be made without the spice and they said yes! My husband ordered the Cali burrito and we had the lemonade since they just ran out of bottled water. There was plenty of seating available and our food arrived to our table very quickly (within 10min). Everything was piping hot. The Dan Dan Noods were served in a cardboard takeout box with the Home Run sauce on the side. It was a pretty big portion and I loved the unique blend of flavors and textures. The sauce gave it an even better flavor. The Cali burrito was also pretty big and definitely a hearty portion of delicious meat. The French fries were good but nothing as special as the entrees. My husband and I both agreed the Dan Dan Noods was our favorite and most unique. The portions were big enough that between the both of us we still couldn't finish everything.

I was looking forward to trying this restaurant. It was very different and was excited. When I arrived I parked on the street nearby. The restaurant is attached to an apartment building. I walked into a cute restaurant. I went to the counter and ordered with a nice man. He started out by telling me all the things they did not have and there was quite a few. I couldn't even try the fries because there were none. I ended up ordering the adobo chicken burrito. As I waited more people came in and I overheard him tell customers more things they ran out of. Mind you it was only 12pm. When my burrito came out it looked good. I dug in and it wasn't bad. The chicken wasn't portioned evenly in the burrito. It was just ok. Overall I had an ok experience.

While the staff was great and the place was beautiful, I was greeted by a list of what they didn’t have. For example, I wasn’t feeling meat today, but they ran out of jackfruit and substituted it with eggplant. On a funny note, my wife asked for a substitution, but the manager said they “don’t do substitutions.” So, I guess substitutions are fine for them, but not others. My eggplant (should’ve been jackfruit) burrito was extremely bland, with cheap and minimal ingredients. A few slices of lettuce. That’s about it. I couldn’t finish it. I am putting half in the fridge and may forget it exists until I clean it out. They neighborhood is in the process of being transformed, and I know the location shouldn’t count against them, but heads up, it’s kind of sketchy, so don’t go after dusk. I’m not sure I’ll ever go back, and can’t recommend it.

Visited the og Flip Sigi in the city a few times, so I was excited to hear about this new JC location closer to home. It did not disappoint. Everything was freshly made from the kitchen. You can truly appreciate your traditional Filipino tastes but with a fun twist. Staff was friendly, and the setting is clean and inviting, definitely a place to eat and hang out. Will be back!
