Flix Brewhouse

Wow, wow, wow! This is an actual brewery! The K bowl was AMAZING!!! I was blown away by how delicious and authentic this tasted. We tried so many things, not pictured was also a pretzel and potato bites and multiple other drinks. All the food was perfection, the service was great. It was clean, had spacious seating with reclining seats. I was very impressed with this place and I'll definitely be back !

Definitely an interesting place to go. I walked around for a little bit to try to find something to eat, as I have gone to many of the places around. I found this cinema that also has a restaurant inside of it. It is a brewery/movie/restaurant. However, there is really no service at all or table service. You must order everything through an app, and it will be delivered to your table; they drop it off, and no one checked in afterwards, as it was just a drop-off service. The food was okay. I had their breakfast sandwich with a side of fries. Their french fries were exceptional; however, they were crisp and perfectly cooked. I believe they were battered french fries, but I'm not 100% sure. I would come back to this place again to watch a movie or enjoy a beverage. I did not stay and watch a movie I only needed a quick bite for lunch.

06DEC25: On a whim, my son and I decided to go watch the new Jujutsu Kaisen: Execution movie. This was the closest theater w/ booze and food. Ordered the tickets w/ assigned seating a few hours before it was playing. Arrived a bit early, since this was the first time coming here. I asked an employee behind the ticket counter what the food/drink ordering process was and he explained it clearly. 100% service. We went to our seats...amazing lounges with lots of space to stretch out. Our server brought me a menu since I forgot my glasses. I got the Luna Rosa and my son got the Craft Root Beer and we each got a Loaded Fries. Drinks were good, food was good. Service was spot on. Theater pricing; but acceptable...cheaper than at the baseball game. It is a challenge to eat with no lights...haha. So order accordingly. There is 18% gratuity added that they tell you up front. Also, when you press the call button, make sure to push it all the way in where it clicks and the light stays on. It was a good experience, and we'll come here again. Thank you. Oh, forgot to mention, you can come here just for food and drinks. They have restaurant seating areas.

Nostalgic (olds school) previews prior to the movie previews, lounge seats, and tables make it a pleasurable experience. The menu selection was good! The wings were delicious. On Wednesday all day tickets are currently only $5.55 except for on holidays.

This is a really nice theater. There wasn't a long line. There was plenty of seating options. The seats recline and left your legs up. Super comfortable. Our waitress was friendly. We watched Roofman, witch is based on a true story played by Channing Tatum. It was a great movie. If you don't feel like watching a movie, you don't have to. There is a bar and plenty of seating inside and outside. There is a game room. I definitely recommend this entertainment establishment for your next outing.

absolutely love this place! The food is really good—the french fries, pizza, wings, and popcorn are all amazing. The bar is big and comfortable, and I often spend three, four, even five hours there before my movie, trying the different beers they offer (some even themed to the movies!). There’s plenty of space with booths, tables, and the bar area, so you can relax before the show. The service is always great, and the theater itself is clean, including the restrooms. This is my go-to movie spot—I don’t go anywhere else, even though I drive 30 minutes just to get here!

When my family and I started going here it was great. My kids loved the movie experience and the food was actually enjoyable. Prices inside a movie theater are always higher so that is never the issue. It is when I paid 18 percent gratuity on a food order that I waited for at the bar and walked myself into the theater with drink also. I was told before hand so I appreciate that and it was for my kids so I did not put up much of an argument but that should be changed. I understand if they were in their seat and it was being delivered to them while watching then ok. I am only one person but I would rather drive further to Santikos in Alamo Ranch. Can't wait until they open the one by HEB on 211.

I go to flix fairly often and I have NEVER had such a bad experience before. Before I am even sat in my theater, I bump into one of the managers in the bathroom. I was walking in as she was walking out and she gave me the DIRTIEST look and scoffed under her breath. I didn’t get a good look at her name tag but it looked something like sam or cam. Whatever, maybe she thought I was someone else. I sit in my theater and scan the QR code to browse the menu. As I’m browsing, my server comes up to greet me. She introduces herself as Skyler and gives me the run down of how the order system works. She takes my card info but seems to get distracted by some guy standing at the entrance of the theater. Her attitude changed instantly, She answered all my questions shortly, never looked at me once and had a sarcastic tone. I could not believe the switch up. The rest of my visit went fine, even if it didn’t I wanted to get out of there as soon as possible. I have never had an experience like this with any other employees.

Such a cool set up with tons of beers on tap to try! The theaters are super clean and the staff very friendly and helpful. It's definitely the kind of movie experience I would like to repeat. The food was so good and way better than expected. My fave is definitely the fried pickles though with Cayenne Can't wait to go back!

We had to come again for another movie. The 2nd experience was just a great as our 1st visit. We were greeted very nicely from the bartender. When we went to our seats or waiter was attentive and very nice. We ordered on the website this time and our food came out quick and hot. I love that they offer free tap water too.

The food was great the in movie dining experience was awesome and the popcorn is really good. Very comfortable seats.

Let me say, I stopped going to movie theaters over 10 years ago. It became too expensive, and the experience did not match the cost . . until NOW! Wow! Flix Brewhouse, look what you have started! Why can't all movie places be like this? This was a relaxing and fun experience. I will NEVER go to any other movie theater again. The drinks were nice, and the food was terrific. The big bowl of popcorn in the kitchen bowl was too cute. Our service was fast and friendly. This is my movie place for the foreseeable future.

We have been coming here for about a year now and we looove it!!! It's super close to the house and reasonably comfortable. Their craft beer is good, we are able to sample flavors if we don't want a full glass lol Food is 10/10 always!!! I will try to take more pictures of food & beer next time lol

This is a theater where you can get food served to you as well as beer made at their own brewhouse. It was neat to see all the beer stills on display outside and above the bar area. At your seat, you can either order through a QR code or with your server. They have free guest wifi too to help improve your ordering experience. I ordered a club soda and really liked that I could choose to have a lemon or lime with it on their ordering system. The seats recline but note they are a bit noisy when reclining and declining. I was able to sample a few of their own Hazy IPAs, Nebulas and Derezzed, and liked them both so much I took home crowlers of both to enjoy at home. On Fridays you can get 3 crowlers for just $20 and they have Happy Hour times Mon-Thurs (see photo for details). They had their space decorated for Halloween which I always like seeing. It's far from where we live but we had such a great time that we will definitely be back.

Friday night. Started strong with my partner in life over a plate of chicken wings that hit the spot like a roundhouse from Chuck Norris in a cowboy flick. After dinner, we looked at each other and said what any fun-loving couple would say--"Let's catch a flick." We landed a 10 PM showing of Bring Her Back. I'm a sucker for A24. They don't play it safe. No cookie-cutter garbage. They create stuff that sits with you, stews in your gut, and occasionally whispers to you when you're brushing your teeth three days later. But let's back up. We pulled in a whole hour early because, let's face it, where else should one be on a Friday night besides the bar top at Flix Brewhouse? Me? Two Nacho Libre's, no hesitation. The lady ordered the Lilo and Stitch Special--Experiment 626. Bartender took the liberty to remix it into an adult version, and you know what? Fair play. It was fantastic. Light, punchy, tropical. Just like her. Movie trailers rolled in before the feature, as always, perfectly tailored to the mood. Not your usual Hollywood noise. Flix curates. They get it. Halfway through the film, in the midst of cinematic madness, we locked eyes and had a moment of shared clarity. "Doughnut holes?" Doughnut holes, my friends. Came with strawberry and chocolate dipping sauce. What a closer. Sweet, rich, borderline sinful. Caught a proper buzz, soaked in a top-notch movie, and never once felt like the place dropped the ball. Clean theater, quick service, and vibes for days. This is how you do Friday.

This place is the best place to bring your family came to see Minecraft and the place is so comfortable food is hot and the service is top notch A1 definitely coming back even though I live 45 mins away I'm coming back for this experience again

Parking ample. Great food options. Many brews. Awesome customer experience for Beetlejuice screening event. Seating comfy. I believe they have $5/discounted movies on Wednesdays. Great date night idea.

Great ambience! If you like beers and ciders, this is your spot. Shout out to Mary the bartender for her awesome service and Yesenia the lady at the ticketing desk for being so welcoming today when I came to see Deadpool & Wolverine :-) I love this movie theater for the seats (leather recliners) and food options. Although they sell liquor, it's still kid-friendly. You can order through your phone or the waitstaff will come take your order. They will automatically add 18%+ gratuity to all of your tabs (at the bar or in the theater). The sound quality and screens are good too! Restrooms are usually clean. Here's my rating on the two ciders I tried: * Meridian Hive Blueberry Lemonade: 5/5 - so yummy & fruity! *Austin Eastciders Pineapple Cider: 5/5 - so refreshing!

Love going to flix! Their seats are comfy and trays are conveniently adjustable. Highly recommend and who didn't love since popcorn.

We love Flix!! It's one of our favorite date night spots. I remember when I first moved to San Antonio it was right before the pandemic. I would see the progress on Flix being built and I was so sad for them whenever everything shut down and it just sat there not being able to open. Fast forward years later! They brew their own beers and they are great! Lucha Libre is my favorite. The seats inside the theaters are so plush and comfy! It is always clean and the service has always been phenomenal. The food is delicious too. I love the spicy fried pickles and the steak and avocado wrap.

Watching the breakfast club at breakfast!!!! Never saw this movie in the 80's but I am so happy to finally see it!

Whenever I go to the movies, I would typically go to Alamo drafthouse until my friends recommended Flix! It's the same concept in which you order food during the movie! Food was decent & when I tell you they had so options I mean it! Loaded fries were yummy but the queso was drenched on, a little too much for my personal taste. Overall - this theater is smaller than its competitors but the seats are much comfier if that matters to you!

I want to thank Christian, the manager for listening to our compliments to Elijah, a staff member who assisted us superbly with diligence and a smile; also kudos go to Omar D, for his kindness as a server who goes the extra mile. In these dark times, it is an amazing to still find the light of joy in our human exchanges. Continue doing the best you can!!!!

This place is so much better than any other theatre. The food is actually good, the servers are so nice, and the sound and picture quality is consistent. They have specials on Wednesday, a reward program you can earn points on, plus happy hour discounts. Shout out to Nicolas G. for helping me figure out how the ordering works. It's kind of like Alamo Drafthouse back in the day , except it doesn't smell like beer lol

Clean space, easy to order food. Lots of variety. Had the pizza my first time. It had plenty of seating with nice big screens.

Breakfast pizza is awesome! Steak and avocado wraps awesome. Micro brew with great selections. 10 day Scottish ale is awesome

First time and will not be the last time here. Thought we'd try out a new place. Friendly staff walking in. Very cool vibe Very clean and the seats were comfortable. Our food was out in a timely manner. They were very organized. The theatre had the perfect temp. It wasn't too hot or cold.

We had a great time here seeing puss and boots! The food was on point and so was the service. I had a chocolate shake that was delicious and we tried the loaded fries that was great! The chairs recline and you have enough space for everything! We definitely will be back!

Overall, I really like the location of the movie theater as it's pretty close to where I live and it's clean every time I've gone. Popcorn is good. I have not tried any food items or anything like that and I have not drank any beer here so I have no recommendations on that but overall, I would definitely come back and watch some great movies.

We love Flix Brewhouse! We usually come a little early to sit at the bar and have one of their brewed in-house beers! We love the Lucha Libre! They also have a few other common beers on drafts as well. Every time we have come, they have some special cocktails that usually are pretty good as well. Seating is approx. 30 minutes before the movies actually starts which is nice because it gives you enough light and time to order your food with a server before they dim the lights. The main reason we love Flix Brewhouse is because of their menu. The food is AWESOME! Literally everything is so good. Made fresh, great flavor. The seats are also electric reclining. Super spacious and comfy.

Flix Brewhouse is the perfect combination of a cinema and a brewery, offering a truly unique entertainment experience. Watching a movie here is a treat, with comfortable seating and excellent screen and sound quality. The in-house brewed beer is top-notch, with a variety of options to suit every taste. The food menu is surprisingly extensive for a theater, featuring everything from classic snacks to full meals, all delivered straight to your seat. To my surprise they actually have food better than MOST restaurants in San Antonio. Wife and I go at least once a month for date night. With great service and an unbeatable atmosphere, Flix Brewhouse makes for an unforgettable night out!

ok, i'm here to edit forget this place being great! this place is the GOAT of movie theaters. first date? they got you covered! girls night? duh! i actually love this place. i won't go to any other movie theaters! their food is very yummy! ( get the margarita pizza ) seats go ALL the way down (or at least to a comfy position) everyone is so helpful and nice. just beware! they do try to charge for the drinks if you get the kids meals so make sure to stay till they bring your check and make sure that you pay the correct price! but the comforts in this place is amazing and the manager is so nice! it's really not like any other movie theater because of the atmosphere and comfort! thank you so much for continuous hospitality!

Was my go to for movies. it used to have great food and customer service Which made it better than Alamo Drafthouse. But things have change. The food quality is still pretty good, but the Prices are too high for the amount of food given. For example, $17 dollars for a child sized bowl of Mac and cheese. The floors need to be cleaned as they're sticky a lot of the times as workers are seen standing around. I'll return to The Alamo Drafthouse.

First time here Experience was ok Ordered food for family everybody got there order except for me. My whole isle got there order and finally I said something to waitress hadn't even gotten my drink and movie had started. So was kinda frustrated with that bit other than that it was ok

Excellent, excellent theatre!!! ALL of the chairs are comfy and reclining. They snug you up and help your stress just melt away. The food is great. Good selection. The drinks are plentiful and the beer is local. My favorite is the Luna Rosa! Soooo yummy and not too wheaty. The servers inside the theaters are super friendly and they do add an 18% gratuity that is shared with all servers, but it is worth it. You can opt out (I think that without reason that would be rude, but just my opinion) or add extra like I do if you feel the service was spectacular, which seems to always be my experience. Def recommend this spot!

My family and I love Flix Brewhouse! We've been coming to this location since they opened. The staff is always great to deal with and the food always tasty! My last visit I ordered my tickets online and headed to the theater. We found out seats and were greeted by our waiter. We placed our order and waited for the movie to start. The great thing about this place is they show movie clips or fun clips prior to your movie starting that keeps you entertained. Our drinks and popcorn arrived before the lights went down. Soon after my food showed. My only complaint about this location is the way the order of food is delivered. This time and previous times, the appetizers are delivered after your entree is delivered. I've also had my drinks completely missed before. They are normally quick to correct their errors, which continues bringing me back for more.

Our go to movie theater. The food is delicious and they are constantly adding to the menu. They will also have speciality items for feature films. Seating begins 30 minutes before showtime. They have a full bar and booth seating in the lobby but you can order everything from your seat with the servers. You can also order more items throughout the movie by writing down your order. They do add 15% gratuity but if you have any service issues you can ask for it to be removed. I have never had any issues though. You can pre select your seat which reclines and has a food tray. We will continue to return.

I was visiting family from MN. We decided to see the last installment of the Ghostbusters franchise. The staff/customer service there was excellent. We Got there a little bit late about 10 minutes after showtime started they have a seemingly strict late policy, the desk clerk was very sweet and she made a call to management and allowed us in, she allowed us to purchase tickets and get to our seats. It was a 4:00 showing and the theater was virtually empty so we had pretty good seats. I had never experienced a theater setting like this before so I was in awe. You could scan a QR code with your phone in beautifully reclining seats You could order from a menu of fresh brewed beer i.e from their brew house You could also order a variety of appetizers and of course delicious popcorn or staff came in quietly and often to take your order and would bring it to you direct to your seats throughout the show. Not only did I have a fun time watching Ghostbusters with my parents again, 40 years after the original version, We shared a cold brew together, buttery popcorn some of the best and most savory spinach artichoke dip I've had in quite some time and We did it all while lounging in some of the most comfy reclining lounge chairs I've ever sat in, in a movie theater. What an experience!!

Love this place!! It's a place that was really well-planned, and the lovely people who work there are always so happy to help! It was nice to get there 30 minutes early so we could settle down and order before they dimmed the lights for the movie. Their popcorn was so good and we enjoyed the burger! The convenience and efficiency of their dining process was impressive. Their chairs are comfy and reclining, but we just absolutely love how you can adjust the tables easily and to your liking. The only thing that bothered me was the restroom location. It can be far, depending on which cinema your movie is playing. It's not THAT far of a walk, but it's one thing to consider if you have to use the restroom in the middle of the movie! Overall, we had a great movie experience and we can't wait to try more items from the menu! We will definitely be back for more movies!

Loving my experience here- we used to go to the original one in Round Rock before we moved to SA. Let me say, they have come up in cleanliness, the seats recline and they are ALL OVER their food service in a great way. -Bacon burger 4/5- fantastic soft bun- meat could have been better quality -White queso/chips 3/5-good but not out of this world -Steak wrap 5/5-sub onion rings- yes do it -Cheese curds 6/5 - get it with a side of marinara- -Skittles- well you know- other than the green ones -Vodka drink of the week,(biochem?)-a little too sweet 4/5 -Bourbon type of sweet tea- still a little too sweet as well 4/5 -They build in the tip which is a disappointment as I usually tip above 20% for good service. However, understandable with what some folks do Steps above Palladium for food and service. We will be back!

My favorite movie theater to watch movies in while in San Antonio. The theatre is smaller so the screen is smaller but I enjoy that it's not too many people and feels more private. The seats are also all recliner seats and are extremely comfortable. Flix has an extensive menu as well and you can order food and drinks before and during the movie. I recommend getting there a little earlier so you can browse the menu and decide what to order before the lights go down during trailers since it's hard to see once they are down (and you don't want to be that person on your phone looking at the menu) We ordered the popcorn and soft drinks and for 2 one bowl was more than enough popcorn for the movie. We look forward to coming back to watch more movies soon.

This was my first visit to Flix Brewhouse so we arrived early to figure it all out. The employees and servers were very attentive from the bartenders to the servers in our movie and helped us navigate how it all works. The servers were attentive and efficient. I was so impressed with the extensive list of drinks along with the wonderful variety of great quality fresh food served at Flix Brewhouse. Other theaters tend to have a limited menu with food that is not always the freshest but that was not the case at Flix. To top off the experience, a clean theater and comfortable seats with plenty of passing room for servers made it a wonderful experience.

2025 update. Still can't recommend this theater chain more. Hands down best in SA. Great service. Friendly staff, comfy recliner seats & clean theaters. The in house beers are awesome too. There's a lot to try on the menu!!

Welcome to the future kids! This is the gold standard for a great movie experience! Amazing seats delicious foodfriendly staff ice cold refreshing beer the days in waiting in long concession lines are dead! Make this your next stop for your date night, or if you need an evening away!

Flix Brewhouse is honestly one of the best dine-in movie theaters I've ever been too. Only one star deducted for their items being slightly pricier and an automatic gratuity charge. The seats themselves are comfy and are adjustable, but on the smaller side. My favorite part of the theater experience is that there is a call button you can press at any time during the movie to call over your server. The food itself is great, and there is a wide selection of entrees, appetizers, and snacks to choose from. The pull out table area is also always dimly lit, so that you're not eating in complete pitch black darkness. I'd highly recommend coming here for your next feature film! The theater itself is relatively new, so everything inside is really clean and up-to-date.

DO NOT GO HERE, AT ALL !!!!!!! We visit this location quiet often, but Thursday changed all that. Thursday night our vehicle was broken into, along with 5 others and 1 vehicle being STOLEN, but guess what, this location does NOT have security cameras, nor will get them according to management. After speaking with a very condescending Corporate Employee, Zach Porter, in a shorter version, he stated that Flix Brewhouse will not compensate or give reimbursement due to this happening on their private parking lot. Even giggled a little bit saying that "many have tried to bring legal action, but all fail." Just an FYI, as a business owner who actually cares for his customers, for this large of a company to basically tell you to kick rocks, pretty sad. Again, we were avid Flix Brewhouse movie goers, but now will be taking our business to Santikos.

Well it's a good time going there. Me and my girls like that this is right on our side of town. This place is good for families that want to bring a lot of kids and don't want to deal with the over crowded bigger theaters. We like that the seats recline back but wish they reclined back further. The food was pretty ok. One had the chicken tenders and fries she said it was ok. She wanted more seasoning on the fries. My other daughter had a pizza. She thought it was pretty good. They both love the vanilla cream soda. I had the fish and chips with brisket fries. Ok the fish was over cooked and burned. And gave me an upset stomach. I only had a little of the fries but what I was able to eat it was pretty good. On the bill I hate that they put gratuity. It bothers me they I am forced to tip a certain amount. I'm a generous tipper but I hate to be forced. I have been to high end movie theaters and this was never an issue. I can't say I fully recommend this place.

Service was terrible. The waitress did not bring our drinks to the table, she motioned for us to get up and go get them at the bar. When the food was delivered, no utensils or napkins were provided. We had to get and go back to the bar and request them. Food was mediocre and overpriced. Not worth going just for lunch or dinner. Save your money and go someplace where the waitresses are nice and the food is good.

This is a great theater. It's clean and modern. The seats are comfortable. The staff is attentive. The beer is good. The food is okay.

Staff were rude and the food was terrible. Auto gratuity and a tip on top of that is extremely excessive. Will definitely not be returning to this movie theatre. Casa Blanca is better anyways

We were delighted by this place. The seating was so comfortable and the service was great. We had their dark craft beers and potato bites and we were surprised by how good everything was. The prices were not too bad either compared to other theaters. We are definitely going back!

Great service and confortable setting in movie theater. I recently bought the lemon pepper wings and chips with queso. Great food.
