Flora House Denver

This was my second stay at Flora House and I'll never stay anywhere else in Denver. The rooms are large, comfortable, quiet and charmingly decorated. The beds are Tvery comfortable, the bathrooms are good sized with plentiful hot water and blackout curtains, yoga mats and humidifiers are much appreciated. The two suites I've now stayed in had separate sitting areas and an additional twin bed (perfect for kids) as well as small kitchen counters where you can brew a real pot of coffee for yourself. The continental breakfast is excellent. Most of all, the hosts, Jen, Nic and Dusty are so warm and relaxed you immediately feel as though you're staying with friends though you could easily maintain as much privacy as you might like. Flora House is the perfect antidote to a sterile chain hotel experience!

We stay for 3 nights at The Flora House. The place is incredibly charming, the staff and owners very friendly and helpful and the location is so convenient! Plus our room was clean spacious and nicely decorated. We enjoyed hanging out in the front room by the fireplace. They have a wonderful assortment of games and the garden area is a nice bonus. Looking forward to more trips to Denver.

Flora House Denver was a lovely Bed and Breakfast that my husband and I stayed at for an anniversary overnight getaway. The hosts were very kind and personable, making sure we were taken care of, but also giving us the space to just enjoy our stay. The breakfast was a nice variety of foods that easily accommodated my need to not eat gluten (not celiac). The place was clean, and rooms were nicely set up. Noise from the street was not an issue and we felt safe in the neighborhood. |We had a lovely stay, and I would come back to Flora House again.

I can’t really imagine why anyone would choose a hotel when you have options like this. It’s like staying in a friends house, but, like a rich friend with good taste in furniture. We stayed in Wildflower room for our anniversary and the inn managers have the place in top shape. Not a thing you could need is missing. Gave us towels for hot tub, robes, plenty of snacks and perfect breakfast arrangement. I asked them to leave me a handwritten note and they did and it absolutely warmed my little heart. If I lived in Denver I would just book a room when I was sad and it would help. Home was booked, but very quiet the entire time, surprisingly. The ONLY thing that would make it better is house pets. Inn keepers are lovely, can’t recommend this place enough. The location isn’t awesome, but no one harassed me. You can walk a few miles to downtown area and there’s a good place called Pete’s Thats open on the corner 24 hours and they have good diner food and a good handful of shops in the area (like gas stations).

We visited Denver on a quick trip from the east coast to see a show at Red Rocks. Flora House came as a recommendation from the shuttle service we booked to get to the show and back. Our stay at this beautiful Victorian bed and breakfast was nothing short of magical. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed into an atmosphere that felt both elegant and cozy. Every corner of the mansion is thoughtfully decorated with a floral theme - it felt like stepping into a storybook. The gardens themselves are perfect for a quiet morning coffee or an evening beverage in the hot tub. Inside, the rooms are immaculate and charming, with every little detail carefully considered for comfort. It’s clear the hosts have truly thought of everything to make guests feel cared for and at home. Beyond the beauty of the house and grounds, what made the stay so memorable was the warmth and attentiveness of the hosts. Their hospitality made us feel less like visitors and more like cherished guests. This was one of the most peaceful and memorable getaways we’ve ever had—we can’t wait to return. Highly recommended for anyone looking for charm, comfort, and a touch of magic.

We picked Flora House because it was recommended for location and convenience to a concert. However our stay was so much more. It was relaxing with the outdoor garden and beautifully furnished so you could read, work or chat. The staff (Nik and Dusty) were friendly, welcoming and so helpful in recommending what to do. The food was amazing and the rooms had all the essentials you could think of during your stay. Flora House was affordable, convenient for travel and so much nicer than a regular hotel stay. It felt like a home away from home; but without the noise.

Delightful host! Flora House is elegant but not pretentious, tastefully furnished, and surprisingly quiet for being in the middle of Denver. There is a great outdoor space as well. The continental breakfast was substantial and very enjoyable. We will definitely return!

This place is AWESOME! The hosts were super kind and responsive. The house couldn’t be more charming and our room was very spacious. The breakfast was generous and included fresh berries. It feels like you’re in Europe. I only wish we could have stayed longer!!

The Flora House is an absolute gem. The Inn Keeper Ashley was extremely welcoming! The house itself is beautiful and the small personal touches were nice! The back patio area is a heavenly escape with a gorgeous garden, fire pit, and hot tub. It is a perfect place to relax. We had the pleasure of staying here over the Thanksgiving holiday, and it was truly a wonderful experience! Our room was so comfortable, clean, and spacious, with plenty of great amenities. I especially loved the little special touches that made the room feel so homey. The house itself was beautiful, and the staff were warm, welcoming, and friendly. Breakfast was delicious--just the right amount! We'd definitely love to return and will be recommending this place to our family and friends

This is a lovely bed and breakfast in the heart of Denver. It was a special birthday surprise for me and it was just lovely. Beautiful, convenient, clean...would love to stay agsin.

The Flora House was above and beyond! Every single thing about our stay was amazing! We had the opportunity to stay in the stargazer room. Just from stepping into the front door, you feel all of the comfort and coziness. The Flora House team thought of it all. From self check in, cozy music in the entrance, beautiful plants and Christmas decorations, snacks, drinks, and so much more. They also have a private outdoor space for guests that also has a sizable hot tub! We got lucky and had it all to ourselves! After the hot tub, we returned back inside to finish our wine and enjoy some movies in our nice huge bed! After a great night of rest, and right before we headed out, we took advantage of their breakfast. They were sooo amazing and went above and beyond once again. They took down our dietary restrictions and accommodated perfectly! From start to finish, our stay at Flora House was beyond perfect! I highly, highly, recommend staying here for anyone and everyone! Whether you're visiting from out of town, or just enjoying a nice and cozy staycation in Denver, then look no further as Flora House will blow you away and more!

When I found myself on a last minute business trip to Denver in need of a comfortable place to rest and comfortably get some work done in between meetings, I stumbled upon the Flora House. I happen to be the first official guest and was blown away but the attention to detail. The owner, Jenn, and her InnKeeper are lovely, the home is restored to chic, modern antique glory and I could easily spend days discovering new details of the home. The beds are extremely comfortable, the water pressure is fabulous, the amenities are plenty and no details is spared. I will return. If you are looking for a little oasis in the heart of Denver, Flora House is the place to be. I'd like to return and rent the whole top floor with my family, and this would be the perfect place to rent for a wedding party stay, family reunion or company retreat. Best of luck and bravo on a restoration beautifully done, I look forward to returning.

What a gorgeous place to stay in Denver! My friend invited me to the opening event and it was a blast! What warm and welcoming staff! Every bedroom has been renovated and it's beautiful and comfortable! This would be a great spot for a wedding party to stay together. If you are looking for a great location and truly tasting Colorado culture, this is your place.

Outstanding service and very cozy rooms. The hostess was very fun to talk to, and the work that her and her husband have put into making this hotel feel like home is astounding. Very convenient to downtown Denver, 15-20 minute bicycle ride to restaurants and shopping. I definitely recommend staying here!

The amenities and staff were fabulous!! We came with our 16 month old and the staff was so sweet to him! We stayed in the Stargazer room and loved it! This B&B is a must if you're in Denver!

Wow! What a magical place to stay in the heart of Denver. This B&B has recently been renovated and is absolutely stunning. Every room has it's own unique decor with so many details that go above and beyond. They even supply robes for the hot tub and yoga mats! We stayed in the Zinnia room which was perfect for a romantic getaway in the city - prime location within walking distance to so many restaurants and local attractions. The outdoor area is equipped with all you need. Lovely garden, BBQ grills, hot tub, fire pit, and outdoor games - couldn't have asked for a more inviting place!
