Top restaurant near Brugge. Deserves a star for me and would definitely recommend. Food, interior and service top class. Wine may come a bit more generously.

The passionate and highly skilled team behind Floris create an amazing dining experience, not to be missed. Professional and efficient service without the pretentious attitude. Lovely, stylish interior. Stunning food. Very well excecuted. Clean and distinct flavours with each dish maintaining the integrity of every ingredient. It’s hard to pick a favourite out of the 4 course Summer Menu but if I had to it would be the Mackerel. An excellent way to begin a meal. Not to mention the amuse bouche were great too! The mussels and the plaice were cooked to perfection. The vegetables that accompanied the beef were one of the most interesting garnish combinations I’ve ever had the pleasure of eating. A well thought out menu with lots of hard work and dedication. Well done to the staff and owners of Floris, I can’t praise you enough!

Top notch food. Friendly staff and great taste combinations. Perfect sized dishes served. The mise en place is also great.

Chose this because saw the good comment on the website.The service is good , environment is great .Buuuuut it is kinda expensive :one main dish is about 30 euro (very little amount), the drinks are doubled than other restaurants.The dish Ichose was not that tasty for me (fish)but mashed potatoes are very delicious.Maybe other dishes are better.

Vandaag eens de regio Brugge bezocht. En terecht gekomen in Sint Andries. Meer bepaald in restaurant Floris. Gezellige sfeer, moderne inrichting en vooral lekker eten. Van Wit Rood tartaar met kaviaar over een open ravioli en overheerlijke eend... En dan vergeet ik nog het een en ander, kwestie van niet alles mee te geven. Spring hier zeker eens binnen als je in de buurt bent.
