Outstanding experience here! Some Boston residents might tell you Flour is a tourist trap, but trust me, it's a must stop for anyone visiting or living here. Although it might be somewhat pricey, compared to other chain bakeries in the area, it's really not that bad, especially for the quality that you're getting.
Starting off, the atmosphere in the cafe was cute, energetic, and bright thanks to a variety of seating and the large windows surrounding the building. The service only added to the experience: the cashier was friendly and joyful. She even helped me decide what to order!
But let's talk about the food: everything I tried was delicious! You could tell it was high quality and made with fresh ingredients. The matcha latte was incredibly creamy with a nice grassy flavor. The yogurt was soft and packed with a fresh level of sweetness. The quiche was a velvety smooth texture accompanied nicely by the crunchy salad and the flavors were exactly what you'd want in a warm dish to start your day! Finally, the rice crispy was amazing with a subtle sweetness and a comforting buttery aftertaste. Overall, I'd highly recommend everything we tried, but anything on the menu is sure to impress!
