16 Best Restaurants in Cambridgeport, West Cambridge, and Huron Village - Eater Boston

"This location of local bakery and cafe chain Flour boasts a fireplace and is the perfect spot for settling in with a tasty pastry and a warm beverage. There are daily specials, as at every Flour location, and of course the bakery’s signature sticky buns." - Dana Hatic

That ham and cheese croissant was ridiculous - in the best way possible. Vanilla latte was a vanilla latte. Smooth with a nice finish, but could've used an extra hit of something. Probably could add a shot next time, but overall nice. Strawberry mint lemonade? Bomb. But, that ham and cheese croissant... Straight-fire. Glad I'm not local, I'd eat that every morning and see a spike in my waistline. (Pro tip: Get it warmed up!)

Google
Similar to the other flour locations, this location offers excellent pastries and drink options. I did appreciate the larger seating area and parking lot right outside relative to the other locations I’ve visited. Worth checking out!

Google
I had an exceptional experience at Flour. Sara and Alexis helped me choose a drink and pastry. They were very knowledgeable about ingredients to help me choose what I liked. Service was excellent. I got the strawberry mint lemonade and the double chocolate chip cookie. I WILL be coming back and recommend Flour to anyone.

Google
This was such a random pick but boy it was a good experience! The service was good, ambience is pretty too but the best thing is their Butter chicken panini is to die for!! I would go there just to have that! Also, had their coffee cake which was not at all good. So i think it’s a hit or miss but worth a shot!

Google
Visited this location on my most recent trip. Loved the vast choices of pastries. I chose the brown butter blondie and it was so nutty and rich and delicious. I wasn’t in the mood for caffeine so I was delighted that they have house made spritzes and seltzers. The raspberry seltzer was bubbly, refreshing, and fruity—everything I wanted. The manager, Sara, and the team member who checked us out, Alexis, were so friendly and accommodating. We sat for a while and enjoyed the good vibes. Will definitely return next time I’m in town!

Not often do I feel compelled to review a business. Flour is so special, for the food and the relaxed modern look. I especially love the Cambridgeport location. For a busy place, the place is quite spotless. The staff are super helpful, efficient and friendly. They seem to take care of any issues swiftly and calmly even during busy times. Whoever runs this place, kudos. It’s become my go to cafe for lunch or breakfast. I wish they had better seats. The modernist wire chairs really suck. Also, they have two veg sandwich options, so maybe one more veg option would be nice.

Google
In my opinion, this is the best café for MIT students, especially when it comes to parking and location. It’s conveniently close to several MIT dorms, making it a perfect spot to study, meet friends, or just grab a great cup of coffee. The relaxed vibe and easy access make it a go-to place for both work and downtime.

Google
Chill vibe relaxing cafe with delicious eateries. Wonderful choices at bakery and coffee(I had cold brew) was above average taste. Staffs are nice and friendly and the tables were clean. They have some goods of their own brand. High ceilings provides comfort. It will be my 'to go-place' whenever I come to Boston.

Hilary F.

Yelp
I love their beautiful high ceilinged space which has ample and varied seating. The food is fresh including salads and of course their scones cupcakes cakes and muffins are devine. Yummy breakfast sandwiches.

Yelp
Cafe/Bakery with sandwich options. Great for breakfast, brunch or lunch! Would highly recommend trying a pastry because that's what they are known for. We got the sticky bun and it was pretty good! The portions are pretty big too. This cafe definitely feels very cozy and if I lived in boston, I'd definitely come here regularly.

Jen L.

Yelp
I give up. The new app is terrible. I've tried both on my phone and computer to order with no luck. Taking my business elsewhere.

Yelp
This is my favorite flour location! There's a ton of indoor seating (bar stools, long tables, comfy sofas) and outlets. The windows let in lots of natural light, and the light woods/Japandi decor give the place a clean, airy feel. The staff is super friendly, and the store is immaculately clean. I came here on a weekday afternoon, and even though the store was pretty full it was quiet enough to get work done. I got a small iced coffee and the chunky lola cookie, which came out to $7.20--pretty good for Boston. I love the brand of coffee Flour uses (strong, slightly bitter, and refreshing) and that they don't charge extra for oat milk. The cookie was great, too. The chocolate is super high quality, and the coconut flakes add a nice chewiness. Will definitely come back another day to get work done! Hoping that the outdoor seating area will be open soon.

Yelp
Got a birthday cake from Flour and it was such a pleasant surprise. I believe it was the 6" vanilla cake. Very moist, and love the decorations, however it is VERY sweet. I know most people have a sweeter tooth than I do, but I could only eat one slice (though still enjoyed it very much!). Overall, still love Flour and would love to try their other cakes as well :)

Yelp
Stumbled upon this place walking through the neighborhood near MIT. This place has some fantastic baked good and I wanted to eat them all! The home made pop tart was amazing! Strawberry filling and icing....you'll never eat the boxed ones again. My breakfast sandwich was amazing as well. Definitely would come back here for baked goods, pastries, and breakfast!
google avatar

Yelp
Great food. Pastries were all fluffy and not overly sweet. Bottoms of pastries a hair overcooked, the egg sandwich and curry was well cooked. but good food never makes up for bad service. We were at the counter and purchased our sticky buns, and as we were paying they said someone online ordered the last of our sticky buns. The ambience was nice and the waiters were reasonably nice. But very matter of the fact about the inconvenience. I won't ever come back.

Yelp
Came here every morning while in the area for work and wish we had Flour bakeries in NJ! Still daydreaming about their breakfast sandwiches. The sauce they use is like nothing else, and the souffléd egg had the best texture. Service is also very quick even when busy, much appreciated when you're rushing to a meeting first thing in the morning. Wonderful place and lovely servers, can't wait to go back when I'm in ever in the Cambridge area again.

Yelp
I was looking for a place to grab breakfast before heading home to Maine from Cambridge. As always, I consulted Yelp, and came across Flour Bakery + Cafe. I checked out some recent reviews and the menu and determined this would be a great place to check out. As a bonus, it was a 5 minute walk from our hotel (the Hyatt Regency). My husband grabbed a table outside in the shade while I ordered for us. I ordered a blueberry muffin for my hubby and the avocado toast and an Arnold Palmer - 1/2 black tea and 1/2 lemonade - for me. The service was amazing! Everyone I interacted with was super nice, helpful, and seemed to love working there. In fact Flour Bakery + Cafe was selected as one of the best places to work multiple years in a row. My husband thought the muffin was just OK (and he never complains about food). The muffin looked a bit dry, crumbling in his hands as he was trying to eat it, and he had to have some of my drink to help wash it down. I had better luck with the Avocado Toast. It was made with a poached egg, pickled Fresno chili, cotija cheese, salsa verde, and cilantro on multigrain toast. The egg was perfectly cooked, with plenty of runny yolk to melt into the concoction, the other toppings a flavorful combination with a hint of lemon, and the bread was that great combination of crunchy and soft. I would definitely order the avocado toast again, and would try other items off their menu the next time I'm in town. A 5 for service, 5 for avocado toast, seating and muffin 3, for an average of 4. Could easily be a 5 on another day and depending on what you order.

Yelp
WHEN: Thursday @ noon Im a huge fan of flour bakery in Boston. I was in the Boston area, so I checked out this cafe at a large location to wfh and grab a bit. Im loving the large natural lights in the cafe, it's definitely a lot bigger than the Harvard square n downtown locations. It had marble tables, wooden chairs, very spacious area to order food and wait. There are plenty of businesses around the cafe area, at noon lunch rush, you can bet there are so many people ordering and waiting for their food. SERVICE Friendly service as always. Each staff are very welcoming and friendly. They're so working so hard during lunch rush. WHAT I ORDERED Smoked turkey sandwich I'm not a fan of the sandwich, and I didn't know there are half sandwich options. I must of missed it on the overhead menu. The smoke turkey sandwich had a lot of flavors that are overwhelming for a simple turkey sandwich. The sauce was sour, sweet, spicy, a mixture of all, it was too much for me. I didn't expect a classic turkey sandwich to evolve so much. Definitely not a fan of it. I was looking for a classic version of the sandwich for a quick lunch bite. Im not sure what's been happening, the first time I visited flour in the downtown location, I liked the breakfast sandwich, this time I visited 2 flour locations, tried 2 different sandwiches. It just didn't hit the spot as it did in my first visit. I ordered more items, Banana bread Very soft, banana taste with pecans inside. It was so moist, textures was just right. Their pastries are delicious. London fog latte Delicious as well. The cafe got cold with the AC on blast, I ordered a hot latte to stay warm. Taste was on point and I wish I ordered the large. It was amazing!

Yelp
We're a fan of Flour Bakery having been to the Mass Ave location a couple of times. First time at this location and we like this location much better. Maybe because of the pandemic or because MIT is on summer break, but it was maybe 1/2 full so plenty of tables available. Compared tot he Mass Ave location, the Elm St one is very relaxed, open and airy. There's an informal seating area with couches and big chairs as well as the usual 2 and 4 tops. Also, some tables outside and a small parking area. Just a very, nice relaxed vibe to enjoy your treats. Today we had ham breakfast sandwiches and the daughter has a chicken panini. Coconut cake for dessert. Everything was very good, as usual. Coconut cake was a little on the rich side but oh so good. Breakfast sandwiches were super tasty and really hit the spot. Nice chunk of scrambled egg with lots of thinly sliced ham and some greens. We just hung out for a little while and planned our day. Definitely will come back. Great play to grab a bite and chill.

Yelp
The place was pretty busy. We order off the machine to the side to avoid the line. We got the Sticky Sticky Bun and got it warm. It took like 5 minutes. It was super sticky and sweet. The bun was soft and tasty. Definitely worth the $4 something for it. Service was fast and friendly

Yelp
Good food, lots of creative creations and a broad variety of choices. Nice staff and prompt service.

Yelp
This is my first time coming to Flour Bakery and cafe. The food was good. I ordered a slice of baked French toast and freshly squeezed orange juice. I enjoyed both of them. I recommend this place for a quick breakfast.

Yelp
After crossing the Longfellow Bridge in Cambridge, all I thought about was Hot Chocolate and Sticky Sticky Buns. Turns out, by the time we got to this location (Joanne Chang has several others), Sticky Buns were sold out. I went from 10 to 0. One of the young ladies noticed I was out of it and called other locations to see if they had any. Negative. Instead, I picked out a Raspberry Square for hubs and 2 Sm. Hot Chocolates. Since I didn't get a chance to savor Chang's well-known baby, let's just say, my Hot Chocolate outshined that moment. I totally get this is a Bakery AND a Café- but bacon smells horribly took over this BAKERY! Even worse, by the time we walked out, I smelled just like that. Perhaps having a better ventilation system in place is key. In any case, the young ladies here are PHENOMENAL. Thank you for giving me the heads up to pre-order Sticky Sticky Buns.

Joyce S.

Yelp
Usually I enjoy the food at Flour Bakery. Yesterday a friend and I got the turkey sandwich for lunch and I was sick to my stomach for the rest of the day and most of the night. I won't get that again. She felt queasy but less so.

Brian D.

Yelp
Absolutely one of my favorite places to go for breakfast in the city. All the food is amazing. The coffee is delicious! And I am usually walking no parking issues for me. Will go every time I am in town!
google avatar

Guli K.

Yelp
My favorite thing about Flour is that I can go to any location and be guatanteed that I am getting the same amazing service, quality and delicious food/baked goods. Summer brings back my favorite sandwich - the curried tuna with carrots, raisins and apples. Joanne Chang is a genius when it comes to playing with textures and flavors. Recently also tried their salmon cobb - bit pricey at 15 for a salad, but by the 3rd bite I knew I would be getting it again - really fresh ingredients and delicious. I can't rave enough about their baked goods - you really can't go wrong with anything you pick. Some favorites include: almond croissaint, chunky lola cookie, apple spiced cake.. I can pretty much list all items on their bakery display.

Yelp
Such a great location in that it's clean, open space, modern and cute, with an environment to have breakfast, meet with others, or do solo silent working. The food that I got was okay.

Joe C.

Yelp
The bread on the chicken salad was really dry. I lived in Germany for 10 years so I know what great bread is and that wasn't it. The chicken salad was fine but the bread was a huge miss. I do like the spot and the vibe so that's why it gets a 3.

Kat K.

Yelp
love love LOVE their cauliflower sandwich, i get it everytime & dream about it between visits (i live several hours away, this the "in-between visits dreams). loads of baked goods to choose from. recommend online pre-order to avoid the long lines

Yelp
Frustrating and slow. Plus they've been adding some weird orange spread to the BLT which I cannot convince them not to use. If I say "no aioli" with the checkbox they take off the mayo even though that's a separate checkbox. If I write in notes they ignore them. Why add tge spread at all? It wasn't there like a month ago and. Now they're acting like the bread comes with it pre-spread. Additionally, the doors are absolute death traps. It takes a LOT of muscle to get those doors open, the mechanics behind it actively fight you. If there were an emergency and the power was out, these doors would cause serious problems. This has been an issue months. Apparently "the labdlord won't fix it." The food is good, I would love this place if it wasn't so difficult and slow to get a sandwich.
google avatar

Yelp
Must try!!! Egg breakfast sandwich was delicious and the Rice Krispie treat was the best I've ever had.
google avatar

Yelp
Found this nice little breakfast spot visiting friends in nearby school. It's surprisingly delicious ( it was hidden in bunch of warehouse like buildings) I guess the quality and services exceeded my expectations.
google avatar

Jack W.

Yelp
So atmosphere is great, a tad loud, tables are very close together in one part of the store and the other is open and bare; altogether making for an odd somewhat uncomfortable café experience. Chair cushions and spacing could be added for more covid conscious approach and comfortable environment. Very sleek and modern though. Food- Avocado Toast - best I've ever had and I don't say that lightly. It was perfectly paired with cheese avocado egg and greens. Cant recommend it enough this toast alone brought a star to the review. It was really well portioned and put together. Iced mocha - not great. For $5 I expect some good coffee beans and a really great coffee altogether. What I got was rather poor beans with a huge amount of dark chocolate and milk as well as likely a lot of sugar syrup in the drink to coverup the poor beans taste. Really poor and unfortunate. Grilled cheese - the toast was great however a bit soggy and bland could use better cheese and perhaps some shallots or onions just to add but overall just very meh. Probably wouldn't order again. Would I come again? Hmmm.... Maybe I guess? If it were hyper convenient and right there but nothing to go out of the way for.
google avatar

Tinah H.

Yelp
Their spinach quiche was extremely rich and flavorful. Would highly recommend. The chicken and brocolli rabe panini was also very tasty. Our servers were prompt and welcoming. The outdoor tables have signs to ensure that tables are wiped down between different parties siting. Overall the menu has a variety of options and the ambiance is homely.

Yelp
Stumbled on this place today, I realized that I have not done a review of it yet. Flour was opened by Joanne Chang a few years ago to give a touch of East Asian cuisine to the bakery, and has multiple locations around Boston area. I used to come here once a while for lunch and usually liked the food. The outside seating area and the grass field are perfect for having lunch. In terms of the pastry and bread, personally I would prefer some of the traditional bakeries, e.g. in one of the alleys of North End.

Luis M.

Yelp
The food is typically very good, but for pickup orders apparently one has to check that everything is made correctly before leaving the store. I ordered a sandwich without cheese (vegan here) and of course blue cheese is slathered over it. When you work in a place with no lunch options around, that's the worst possible outcome. Even a refund doesn't help. Staff really needs to pay attention to orders, because their inattention can completely ruin someone's day.
google avatar

Cheryl H.

Yelp
So disappointing! The coffee was a bitter roast, and the croissant was thick and heavy. Not the flaky, buttery pastry I was hoping for/expecting.
google avatar

Luke S.

Yelp
All the good sandwiches and soups are gone from the menu. The selection of sweets and baked stuff is about half or even less than what it used to be not that long ago. At 1 p.m. everything is sold out. The guy behind the counter is clueless and can't answer a basic question. But when it comes to a tip he is 100% alert... Not the Flour Bakery I am used to. Very dissapointing.
google avatar

Mindy T.

Yelp
Get their breakfast sandwich or their chicken sandwich with jicama and avo. The breakfast sandwich has a really great egg soufflé. The bread is good but I was disappointed in the fact that it's not toasted! Their chicken sandwich was amazing. I ate it on the plane about 5 hours after ordering it so the fact that I found it to be delicious is crazy. For those with a sweet tooth, I think the raspberry square with crumbles was the only thing worth trying. Their famous sticky buns weren't anything special so don't have high expectations on this.
google avatar

Gab G.

Yelp
Not sure how this place escaped my radar on my last few trips to Boston, but better late than never. My boyfriend and I visited this location a few times on our most recent trip, and just about everything was great. I tried the tuna and citrus salad, sour cream coffee cake, iced coffee, breakfast egg sandwich, one of the scones, and the kouign amann (which was a little too buttery for me, but I loved the rest).
google avatar

Nur E.

Yelp
This is a cute bakery and the pastries are delish! We ordered the breakfast sandwich with turkey instead of bacon ($10.20), sticky buns, banana bread, sour cream coffee cake and two coffees. The total was around $29 for the order. The hot coffees were okay - it was lukewarm and flavor was a bit bland. The cashier was a bit short when taking the order - perhaps given the volume of order? Other than that, an overall good experience and we were happy that we chose this spot for our breakfast run. If I am in Boston again, I will definitely stop in for sure.

Yelp
I love this place so much; it's a great breakfast/lunch place with a very interesting selection of sandwiches. The aesthetic here is great -- especially when it's freezing in the winter. It feels cozy, yet spacious. The color scheme is very uplifting and bright, and has a great atmosphere in general. It's not so loud that you can't hear anything, yet not dead silent. It's always the perfect balance where the place feels alive, yet you can easily have a conversation with others. Staff has always been nice and cheerful -- even when I ask something stupid they've always been perfectly willing to help. And finally, the food here is god damn amazing. I usually alternate between the lamb sandwich (which they don't offer at this location, but you can just go to the other one like 5 minutes away) and the chicken sandwich. The avocado mash mix is amazing, and I have no idea what they use for their spread but it's insane how good it tastes. Their unique choices in what they put in to fill their sandwiches is something I've never seen anywhere else, and it's always delivered. Also, this is one of the few places where the food is filling, yet light. I always feel very full afterwards, but never feel bad about it. I always look forward to eating here when I visit the area.

Yelp
Its Flour where quality is the absolute highest, the selection is hefty and the service is excellent. Nutritious, damn tasty and quite affordable. Plus there is enough parking here not to worry about looking for a spot!
google avatar

Michelle P.

Yelp
My sandwich was delicious and the service was great. I have an annoying food allergy and they had a variety of choices for me. They were really accommodating about looking up ingredients to be sure I could enjoy my meal safely. I also love their casual use of they/them pronouns. #normalizeit AND THEY HAVE PARKING! Check them out. You'll be glad you did.

Lana S.

Yelp
Best latte I've had in so long! Smooth and delish! I ordered the chicken masala naan. It was very tasty, not spicy at all. Large sandwich very filling. My husband ordered the Cuban sandwich. He loved his sandwich. It was also a large sandwich. Both very filling. We are outside where there were some tables for outdoor eating. They served us the food to our table. The weather is simply incredible at this time of year. We will be going back!
google avatar

J B.

Yelp
It's ok. I've been to Tatte so I was expecting something similar. Selection is decent, but limited if you don't want something vegan or gluten free. I had the biscuit and it was good. Had to wait 10 minutes for the matcha latte which they told me up front which is fine, but when I got it, it wasn't very hot. Overall an ok experience, but it didn't live up to the reviews.
google avatar

Dennis Y.

Yelp
If you combined Starbucks with Panera and made it even more hipster and expensive you'd get Flour Bakery. For all the hype this chain gets I expected higher quality food. It does have a clean and modern atmosphere.

Yelp
Rating is for this location and not Flour in general. I've frequented the location up the road on Mass Ave many a times and as a resident of Cambridgeport, I was stoked to hear that Flour got about 0.5mi closer to home. The first thing to note is that this location is both limited in menu and hours, in order to tailor to the needs of those working in the immediate area. Monday-Friday ONLY 7am-6pm. So if you live in the area and want to grab some delish muffin tops outside of those hours or on the weekend, get your walking shoes on. The menu is also a stripped down version of the other locations. Salads are limited to just two and there are only about half a dozen sandwiches. This was disappointing as a vegetarian looking for some lunch, as I was pretty much pigeon holed into the Hummus Sandwich if I wanted something substantial. For $9 the sandwich was pretty good, but there are much better options at the other locations, which left me disappointed. Next time I'll likely go for my go-to breakfast sandwich (amazing!) but I'm not sure if they make this all day. The ambiance is amazing, with pleeeenty of seating, from large tables for group work, individual tables for those stealing wifi and couches/loungers for small/medium groups looking to catch-up or even conduct a first round interview. The gas fireplace was perfect for the frigid December day that I was there, giving off just enough heat to warm you up slightly. Half the wall space is windows, so on nice days you'll get plenty of daylight. At the end of the day, would I come back again...no because they close early :-)...but seriously I anticipate myself spending a lot of time here when I'm working from home. Great job Joanne Chang (owner/chef), the only complaint I have is that I want more!

Yelp
In the middle of a pandemic, I found myself craving Flour's pastries. I had taken my car to Good News Garage (nearby) for an oil change, and strolled over to Flour, surprised to see it open (their website indicated they were closed). I dealt with Nick, who was a very very polite person. It's people like Nick who makes me want to revisit Flour whenever I can. p.s. Flour's contactless pickup was painless. All of the items I purchased were carefully prepared and packaged.

Yelp
Flour Bakery + Cafe is serving up some tasty treats and beverages. I recently spent a morning doing work at Flour and found it to be a generally nice spot although slightly lacking in outlets. It's a rather noisy environment as the cafe is filled with people taking meetings and chatting, so keep that in mind, especially if you go during the morning or lunch rush. I really enjoyed the chai tea latte and the homemade blueberry pop tart. I'm not sure what I was expecting with the pop tart, but it was fluffy and flakey. Not dense at all like a traditional pop tart. I really enjoyed the blueberry filling! Overall this is a solid choice for a quick bite to eat and your daily caffeine fix.

Yelp
So I've been waiting to write this review but now that I've personally tried every location and or have delivered from every location I can confidently write this review. All I have to say is this is how it's done! Flour is a stunning example of what a local franchise should look like and is the definition of CONSISTENCY and it's is genuinely IMPRESSIVE! At every location the staff is so kind and considerate and making a huge effort to maintain healthy guidelines for food pickup & delivery. From breakfast options, to the best sandwiches I've ever had, to the pastries! This place really has it all, and I am their biggest fan. Again nothing but praise for this place, out of all my orders here I have never been disappointed and in a city like Boston I can't even begin to explain how impressed I am this whole company. Flour thank you for being consistent and kind especially with all this stuff going on. I'd recommend this place to anyone and I will be a customer here as long as I live in Boston. Flour you are truly essential :) thank you!
google avatar

Susannah C.

Yelp
This is my favorite Flour location based on the fact it has less foot traffic= less of a wait. Went during Covid and the contactless pickup service is great! My food was all packaged in a brown bag on the table with my name on it. I get the turkey sandwich and my bf always goes with the roast beef, which are both really good and filling! I also like the greek salad with chicken, which I buy to save later. I didn't see any sticky buns on the app or in store, which was disappointing since those are my favorite!
google avatar

Nathan L.

Yelp
This is a nice place to stop for a coffee and a pastry. They also have a nice seating area and friendly staff. I've enjoyed every time I have come in here. I haven't come in for lunch yet because I noticed the lunch menu prices seem just a little high. I think all the salads are over $10.
google avatar

calypso S.

Yelp
I like to stop here after work once a week for s treat, maybe a brownie or a couple chocolate chip cookies for the weekend. I purchase two or three baked goods, and it costs me at least $10. The staff are pleasant, but the wait time for even a small order during less busy times can take up to 15 minutes. Recently, the server gave me something I didn't order. If I'm going to be out $10, please give me what I ordered. Update: I sent a note through the shop website and received a warm response to my issue from the owner who was most concerned and promised to talk to the shop manager personally. Her rapid response speaks volumes for how she feels about the company's commitment to customer service.
google avatar

Allie S.

Yelp
Convenient location near several companies in the area. This location is very spacious and not as busy yet it does have a limited menu. You can still find their classic sticky buns and other goodies so you won't notice the reduced selection that much.
google avatar

Cappa T.

Yelp
This flour is amazing. There employee are always smiling and bringing warmth to this business. And there display of cookies brownies muffins and neatly played. And the seating arrangement is spot on. I like to sit by the fireplace to enjoy a breakfast tea. To all my Yelp friends come down and enjoy flour

Wilfred B.

Yelp
Did not know they did sandwiches until I saw the option on Yelp. Their sandwiches are as good as the pastries. Generous portions and very fresh. Delivery was quick.
google avatar

Jon G.

Yelp
This Flour outlet is very spacious, with lots of comfortable contemporary furniture. I would call it cozy if not for the large open fridge by the café counter which emits a constant buzzing noise. The coffee is all right - nothing special by snob standards, but a fine regular caffeine fix. May raise my rating after a few more return visits.
