The space, which took over the former Prelude Bakery (and continues an address that has housed bakeries since the 1940s), will offer breads like sourdough, seven-grain, and gluten-free brioche, as well as torta rolls, vegan English muffins, everything bagel dinner rolls, lemon curd cruffins, kouign-amann, cookies, and more.
