While on vacation, I stopped here four times between 11/3-11/14. What a great place with amazing vegan options. The Mother Earth bowl is soooooo delicious. Highly recommend the food as well as the pineapple kombucha on tap! So good. Wish this place was in the Midwest.

Very good service in getting us seated! Handled a crowd and a line well. I LOVED that there were so many Gluten Free options and that every item was so clearly marked as GF or Vegan, etc. My chicken enchiladas were so good and definitely worth their cost <3 Also enjoyed the GF mac n cheese. Overall could use some more kid-friendly options. I left happy and full, but we had to get Wendys for our kids afterwards. Big bummer when we spent $70 here already. Also ordered the Salmon with miso and cauliflower risotto- salmon was alright, risotto was good, miso brussel sprouts were suuper salty. Got The Rebel wrap and it had wayy too much horseradish on it. Good concept, but not good dish in the end because of the excess sauce. Didnt finish it. Wish the mens and womens bathrooms were separated. Bathrooms were very cute but dirty. The restaurant itself is very cute.

Always excellent. Easy to get a seat and food before closing time. Huge inside and large patio with 3 burners.

We ordered a to go order and this is how it came. It was so awful. How do you mess up tofu? Since the company was bought out, flower child hasn’t been the same. Gross!

The vibes here are super peaceful and calm. Food is great I had an Avocado Cesar I got it with Salmon as my protein and got a mango green tea unsweetened ( by the way their green tea and black tea is both unsweetened and they offer sweetener options like truvia….. AMAZING) then I grabbed the passion fruit black tea. Both options were really good and restrooms are really clean.

I love this place! I'm gluten free and always can find something delicious to eat including a sweet treat. Staff was very friendly also.

Went there 3 times the week of 9/9/2024 and the only thing that was consistent with the food that we ordered was the inconsistency of the flavors, proportion and quality. We do like it but frustrating when you pay the price for quality and are given an inconsistent product. Also, line goes way out the door towards the patio dining area and they only have one person taking orders and never add another. Definitely needs a manager that has an attention to detail.

My family is currently visiting Arizona and we stopped by Flower Child last night. The food was amazing, but I have a serious complaint. I noticed that the Store Manager, I think her name was Kelly, had her baby attached to her. She was in the front of house, back of house, and serving other guests. We were appalled and distraught for the baby. It must be extremely dangerous to have a baby in the back of house with hot and sharp equipment. This is not a good look for Flower Child. She should be removed from this location for child neglect. We won’t be eating here again… I’ve never seen anything like this in my 53 years of living. Though, the chicken enchiladas and yakisoba noodles were delicious.

The waiter was excellent about making sure I had what I needed. The Mother Earth Bowl and the Flying Avocado wrap were delicious.

I keep trying to come back and I'm most often disappointed. On September 30, I waited at the restaurant for my food (not a big deal, I waited outside since it was busy) and when I got home after about an hour or more, I was finally able to sit and eat as I'm currently still moving by myself. I found that I had mashed potatoes instead of mac & cheese so I called to let them know and they said they would refund me. They said it would be in my bank account by 3 to 5 business days and it's still not there. As I just checked. What a scam. I literally waited 20+ minutes for my food, it was "checked by Jared," but was obviously incorrect, and was told that I would receive a refund and did not. As of now, I have zero incentive to go back. The amount of times they've messed up is ridiculous. The food is good but it's not worth it if they're going to consistently mess up on your order, say they will make a positive resolution happen, and then not follow through - that's bad business ethics, especially when it's expensive.

I was looking for a new lunch spot to try and catch up with a friend and Flower Child did not disappoint! The restaurant is very pretty and aesthetic looking, perfect for a girls lunch (my favorite!). Not only was it pretty, but the food was delicious! I was craving something fresh and lemony so I decided to try their black bean falafel wrap- not something I would typically get but it has now become one of my favorite wraps! I usually crave a meat source of protein but the black bean falafel was perfect! The service was great, the line was a bit long but the cashiers kept it moving quickly! I had a few questions and the young girl who took my order was very nice and helpful. Once we sat down, the waiter brought out our food and came back a few other times to make sure we weren't missing anything or if we needed anything. We decided to sit outside since the inside was pretty full. They have great misters that kept us cool for the long time we were there in the middle of the summer day. I'll definitely be back here :)

This place sells "clean and whole" food especially for people with dietary needs and restrictions. The flavors are great, the ingredients are fresh, but the portions are average. Actually, their average-sized portions are what we Americans need to slim down if you know what I mean! Service is great here too! The entire restaurant is so clean and inviting inside. I was just passing through this town and will definitely remember to revisit this place if I'm ever close by again, Deo Volente!

Anytime I have the urge to eat something healthy but also satisfying when it comes to having somewhat of a sophisticated palate, Flower Child is definitely a go-to. I often dine here with my toddler as well as sometimes on my own on days where I don't feel like cooking. You can't go wrong with any of their bowls, salads and appetizers. When I wasn't pregnant, I also enjoyed their house-made sangria. Nowadays, a cup of their passion fruit black tea will do for me. Plenty of seating inside and out (even on super packed days like the weekends, their rotation is quite efficient and you shouldn't have to wait long to find a spot to sit). Customer service has always been quick and friendly as well.

I really like Flower Child! They have such a cute interior and sitting area, varied choices for salad and bowl, and more! I got miso crunchy salad with steak, veggies were so fresh, steak was good enough for salad place, and the dressing was soooo yum! And I got to try their gluten free brownie and chocolate chip cookie, I am obsessed with those. Brownie definitely has almond flour flavor, but I kinda liked it though! Can't wait to come back :D

Always a good time at Flower Child. The food is fresh and not heavy. The servers are always friendly and accommodating with dietary needs. The outside seating has misters going for those who want to sit in the Sun. The music inside isn't too loud so you can carry on conversations. Some menu items change like the new yellowtail poke or the French Dip like I had to get you to try something new while keeping classics like the Mother Earth.

Wow things have changed here. The food was burn and not edible and the queso was COLD and when asked about it they took it but never brought it back warm or gave any compensation or attention to the matter. What a shame! The staff are so very friendly just not focused on their actually job responsibilities. the must have had a rough night given they were out of so many signature items at it was only 7:30 pm

This is one of my go-to restaurants when I'm in town. Fresh ingredients, friendly staff and great atmosphere.

We stopped by Flower Child for a quick patio lunch, seeking a carb-friendly option, and were pleasantly surprised! We ordered the Steak with Brussels sprouts and carrots*, and it was both flavorful and satisfying--definitely exceeded our expectations. The service was very friendly, and the atmosphere offered a balance between chill vibes and a touch of hustle during busy moments. Took a friend out for a low-key birthday dinner, and she picked Flower Child. I'd never been, but it's one of those places that had been quietly hanging out on my food radar. I went with the steak wrap which was super fresh and surprisingly tasty (would 100% order again). The service was great, and we grabbed a spot outside, which made for a fun, breezy vibe. Solid spot all around.

Tried this restaurant for the very first time after passing by it numerous times when I would be in the area. I went with their taco salad and had steak as my protein. EXCELLENT salad! Very tasty and if anyone were to ask me for my lunch recommendation, I would suggest this salad! Plus, it's HEALTHY for you! Even when I ordered it, I was told that it's a very good item! I got mango iced tea to drink and wow was it good and refreshing! Another recommendation I would give! This restaurant is very nice and they offer seasonal items for desserts and baked goods. They have an outdoor eating area with umbrella tables for your dining pleasure and misters to keep you cool. I ate inside but maybe next time I will eat outside. The service is great here and very helpful wait staff.

A good vegetarian restaurant. A little light on Vegan, but good food and service in a pleasant environment.

I frequent this location as it's closest to us and can't believe I have not written a review yet! It's a go to on our list and the team there is always friendly and helpful. My favorites are: The avocado cesar The Forbidden rice bowl The Flying Avocado The Enchilada bowl (name escapes me at this momen) and the build your own entree...mac and cheese is delicious. The desserts are also good too.

This was my first time dining at the Gilbert location and it was just as good as any other Flower Child! I had not been in person in a little while, they accumulated a few new sides and entrees. I had the grilled chicken, cauliflower "risotto" and the kale salad and it was so tasty!! I actually have gone back to Flower Child 3 mores time since to order the exact same thing! Flower Child is super cute on the inside with lots of indoor and outdoor patio seating. During lunch time it can be super busy!!

Plant-based nutrition coach here.... I love this restaurant for healthier food and lots of diversity in the flavors. The dishes hit all the notes! Note to the management: Plant-based eaters eat a higher volume (not necessarily weight) of food to keep satiated. Recently I noticed a HUGE difference in the amount (volume) of food for a higher price. The first time I thought it was a fluke but last two times confirmed it. We left still hungry those three times. It was so disappointing to spend too much money in the first place only to still leave hungry. I usually get the Mother Earth Bowl which has phenomenal flavor but If you could add about 3 cups of greens to it, it would be perfect!

I've been to various flower child locations and this one was as good as the others. The service was fast and my food was so good. I had the vegetable chop salad with tofu and my companion had the forbidden rice with grilled chicken. Really good. The ginger miso dressing on my salad was really good. It was a busy Friday night but we found a place to sit quickly. Parking was not as quick. Lol. It was a good meal

What a great place. Friend and I were in Gilbert and she said "I've heard great things about that place" Huge line out the door. This is an order at the counter get a number sort of thing. If did go pretty fast so don't let that deter you. I ordered the Mediterranean Chicken kabob (fyi it doesn't come like a kabob) It was INSANELY DELISH! The flavors are so good! I wish I had the appetite to eat the whole thing My friend has a bbq chicken wrap. She said it was "so good" Wish we had one in the West Valley. I would be a regular! The staff is also super friendly

A perfect spot to meet friends. I feel like it's a more modern day wildflower with the ability to order and then sit. It's decorated so cute and has lots of seating. The service was also good as well ordered and were served. I got the steak with golden potatoes and broccoli. It was good but nothing insane or mind blowing. Honestly just a normal food place and there's nothing wrong with that!

Such a cute dietary restriction place! The entire ambiance of this location is stunning. They offer complimentary lemon/grapefruit water, service is exceptionally fast (even with a line out the door at lunchtime [you KNOW a place is good when the line is out the door!], the seating is comfortable, and the food is OUTSTANDING! We dined on the outdoor patio for lunch. We enjoyed the Italian Turkey Salami salad and the Green Chili Queso. Both were packed full of flavor w/generous portion sizes! Honestly, for lunch, my husband and I could have shared a salad they're that large. The queso platter could have had more chips as the majority of the queso went to waste as the queso to chip ration was not equally paired. We were visiting from out of state for our wedding anniversary so I'm glad to have found and experienced a gluten-free friendly option. The experience was incredibly enjoyable! You must check out one of their locations! Prices are a bit spendy so this would be a treat and not an every day experience. Forgot to snap a photo of our salads!

Loved this place. Just a heads up. The recipe for the risotto cauliflower has changed and it is nasty. Killed my tastebuds and couldn't finish my dinner.

We have only been here once, the line was long but thought we would try it out. We ordered several à la carte dishes. Everything was delicious. It's more of a fast food type of feel and always busy but it was good, we will return when the crowd dyes down a little :)

The food is okay, facility is clean. Unfortunately, the wait time is quite ridiculous. It took almost an hour to receive an order-ahead at 3 in the afternoon. The restaurant wasn't super busy which left further concern for the lack of urgency the workers seemed to have, along with what seemed to be careless attitudes for paying customers. The food isn't good enough to wait that long for and this isn't the first time I've had this experience. I unfortunately will not return and would not recommend.

This is our go to restaurant when we want a healthy hearty meal. There meats, sauces, vegetables, and flavor combinations are delicious. They have freshly made teas and lemonades with unique flavorings. They offer dairy free, gluten free, and vegetarian options. My daughter who has a severe shellfish allergy can eat there safely even though they serve shrimp. Always leave there feeling great and full in the best way. The service is always quick and very friendly. This place is great for large groups and family friendly. Love lunch or dinner here, they have an app and easy to go options for grab and gos. But we enjoy having a nice meal inside also. They offer outdoor seating with heaters.

Every single Flower Child we've been to has been marvelous. It's so good to have a place that isn't truly fast-casual, but isn't as slow as a full-fledged sit-down restaurant. We like the main dish platters here: the chicken and steak are nicely seasoned, but the stars of this show are the veggie sides! Every single side is utterly delicious. Their maple syrup sweet potato, the cauliflower "risotto," the mashed potatoes, all of it totally mouth watering. I highly recommend their Asian salad too - the dressing is wonderful. We loved our visit here so much that wherever we go in the mood for a quick but healthy, hearty, and wholesome meal, we look for a Flower Child!

The food here is healthy and there are several options for those that are vegetarians or vegans. For the food that is offered, the prices are a little on the higher end of things. The service here is quick and the staff are friendly and helpful. There is adequate outdoor and indoor seating.

The service is great if you eat at the restaurant but DO NOT EVER do a to go order. They are always at least 10-15 min over the quoted time with no care in the world or rush to get people their orders.

This place is always rock solid and consistent. The quality and portions are on point. I ordered the protein and two sides. I had the chicken and double broccoli. I'm obsessed with the broccoli. Don't knock it until you've tried it! My friend got the mashed potatoes and seasonal Brussels sprouts salad with a pesto sauce! DELICIOUS! If you're looking for a high quality and healthy meal, this is an excellent lunch spot!!

Flower Child is such a gem of healthful food that it is always hard to decide on what to order because everything is so delicious. I love coming here to enjoy health conscious meals with like minded friends in a super cute environment with vibrant colors and decor, hipster vibe. Their menu is amazing and includes many vegan options as well. So everyone can enjoy something based on their personal lifestyle but one thing everyone will have in common is the clean ingredients regardless of dietary preferences. I semi-customized my smaller bowl (my choice) with sweet potato, quinoa and corn and chicken due to my own macro preferences but friends had avocado toast with an egg on it and looked amazing as well. Another had a beautiful salad! All in all, we were pretty satisfied with our choices. I also had their green tea and I thought it was a perfect addition to my meal, super refreshing. The service was lovely as well. The lady in the counter let me know I could customize my meal if I preferred when I mentioned the items I didn't want hence why I was undecided. She was super helpful. It was raining when we came so we sat inside and appreciated the boho lighting, vibrant colors, decor, in their hip chic atmosphere but on another occasion I have sat outside (the patio) and it was an equally great experience. In short, I feel like anyone seeking a health conscious, tasteful, delicious meal, should try this place. In my opinion, you will leave feeling satisfied/nourished and inspired.

I have been to this location many times (before covid and after), I am surprised that I have not written a review before. The ordering line was out of the door but surprisingly it move very quickly and they opened up another station (to-go area) to take orders too. I love their simple hummus, but today I felt like something more. I got the pick a protein + 2 sides: chicken with double mac and cheese. I got a green ice tea too. Thank goodness our group (6), the other 3 got there before us and got a table already. Sometimes it can be hard to get a table when they are super busy. I was treating the birthday girl and they offered her a lemon muffin. That was so sweet.

This is one of my favorite places. Flavors are well put together, food feels clean and satisfying. Staff is friendly, mobile order is easy. Recommend

I ordered the enchiladas and the tortillas were cold food was disgusting the chicken breast was very dry I definitely do not!! recommend the Enchiladas.

What a great 'fresh' dining experience - food and open atmosphere, including outside areas. I was primed for a vegan experience when we visited with our vegan friends but, alas, they had sold out of tofu so I 'had to' choose shrimp (which were excellent btw) on the Ginger Miso Crunch. Others in our group had the Mother Earth and the Forbidden Rice (because his usual Black Bean Falafel was unavailable. Simple and sumptuous is the theme here.

Gluten free eater. I've been to a few of these restaurants and never left a review. The restaurant was busy but the wait staff was quick to "seat" people and bring out foos. I never felt rushed. It was busy but I didn't think it was too noisy or crowds (even though it was) I'm excited to report they label all their meals on what is gluten free. It's nice not having to guess what I can eat or not. They do offer ciders for those looking for an alcoholic gf beverage. I like dry ciders and the Austin dry cider is good but I could go drier. It's a good balanced cider. I ordered the forbidden rice with chicken. Any protein would have been good. This was a an amazing dish. It was TERRIBLy flavorful. Everything went so well together. My husband got the goddess bowl with no protein and he was just as filled as I was. The tea was good. We mixed Arnold Palmer for the drive home. Although it's a bit more spendy, the ingredients are well curated and worth the price. The execution will have us coming back again.

I would highly recommend this restaurant. The portions are so generous and the freshness of the food is a five star. Their desserts are mostly gluten-free and are so delicious that you won't miss regular flour lol. Staff are pleasant and helpful and always smile! Just moved here and can't wait to visit again!

Loved this place! Amazing watermelon salad! I'm so excited to come back to this location!!! The service was great too, we were seated immediately. Loved the openness of the restaurant, it added a really refreshing vibe.

They seated us quickly, and the food came out pretty fast. We got the peruvian braised beef bowl and chicken yakisoba noodles. The beef bowl as a whole was good, especially the pickles and sauce, but the beef itself was chewy and lacked flavour. The chicken was good, but very very salty. I would come here again, just for the tea.

This place is very good,I was pleasantly surprised. I'm trying to eat healthier and figured , I would see what the hype is about. They had a nice IPA on tap, and I love that they carry poppi soda. We both had the salmon and two sides. My husbands broccoli was burnt , but he loved his salmon. The sweet potatoe fries are amazing . I had the same thing but with kale salad and it was amazing all of it. I really like this place and will be back

I wasn't sure what to expect when we decided to try Flower Child, but I'm so glad we did! I ordered the Mother Earth bowl with steak, and my husband had the Forbidden Rice bowl with chicken. Both dishes exceeded our expectations. When I think of healthy eating, I usually brace myself for something bland and unexciting. But Flower Child completely changed my perspective. The food was bursting with flavor, well-seasoned, and surprisingly filling. You can tell they put a lot of care into the ingredients and preparation. The casual yet inviting atmosphere made it a great spot for a relaxed meal, and the service was friendly and efficient. We're already planning our next visit to explore more of their menu. If you're skeptical about "healthy" food being satisfying, give Flower Child a try--you might just be pleasantly surprised like we were!

I haven't had anything I didn't like. Tons of gluten free or gf friendly options and always good vibes.

Sadly this place has went down the hill. Crappy cuts of meat and prep of the salad. $50 later um potatoes are good and the water??

I did a to-go order for two sides of Mac and Cheese. I called once I got to the curbside spot. To start off the woman on the phone was not very polite - stating that the order was only ordered 4 minutes ago and that it was going to take a while. I told her no worries and she reminded me again that the pickup time was about 25 minutes from when I placed the order. Following that I proceeded to wait in the curbside spot until the estimated pick-up time. I then walked inside only to be ignored by the to-go lady for over 10 minutes. It had now been 50 minutes since I ordered my meal. I also only ordered two side Mac's which in my head should never take that long on a Sunday afternoon. I waited a total of 55 minutes. 11 minutes after the estimated pick-up time. I'd like to think I could have been more patient had their staff been polite and courteous in their job.

Visiting from San Francisco. First time! Portions are small, and pricing is ehhh. The service was friendly and the ambiance is nice. Love the outside seating area. I ordered the chicken enchilada bowl, the flavor was good. Not too much seasoning or spice. I like my food spicy, so I added Tabasco to it.

I ordered pick up which was an easy process. But Look at that broccoli! Looked like it was old and moldy.

Super disappointed in this location. I've ordered take out twice and both times were a total miss. Tonight I ordered the salmon entree with cauliflower risotto and kale salad. $17. I received a child's size meal that looked totally unappetizing. The salmon was dry and couldn't have been more than 2oz in size and had no seasoning at all. The risotto and kale salad were just as small. I'm including pics. The kale salad was separate and didn't even cover 1/4 of my fork. Also, I was supposed to pick it up at 8:20pm but arrived an about 15 min early. They brought it out and when I got home 4 min away my food was ice cold. Not what I anticipated for dinner. Come on Flower Child, do better by your customers.
