My husband purchased a bouquet for $50+ here recently for me. When I looked at the bouquet, the hydrangea leaves and the green leaf filler had many dried out brown edges and brown spots, a couple of the mums were shedding petals, and a piece of stock was broken completely in half below the blossoms. I cut off the dead stuff, trimmed the stems, filled the vase with fresh water, and kept the bouquet out of direct sunlight. Three days later this bouquet is mostly dead (see photos).
Very disappointed in the quality, and not even sure why the employee who made up the bouquet would even sell a customer flowers that were clearly past their prime. My husband didn't get a chance to view the final product as he had to feed his meter, and the flowers were all wrapped up when he came back. Guess they thought we wouldn't notice the condition of them til he got home.
Note: did try to text or email the shop but they don't have either function set up. I would encourage people not to waste your money. Use Montclair Florist instead. Superb quality and very responsive, helpful customer service,
