Best flower shop in the area hands-down, and the only place I shop for weekly flowers for my business a few blocks down. Amanda knows that I like the weird, tall, and unique flowers and always has great suggestions! She is happy to offer guidance, assemble arrangements, or let me fend for myself depending on what my vibe is that day, and she always does a great job of reading me even when I can't read myself LOL. We consistently get praise from our customers for our in-store arrangments, and every time I send them up the street by name. Flowerkraut is one of my favorite businesses in town and deserving of your love and support whether you are visiting, or a local.

My husband has surprised me with flowers from here twice now. On the second occasion, he arrived as someone was locking up, and instead of turning him away, they reopened so he could purchase a bouquet. Unfortunately we don’t know who, but to go that far for someone is rare. The flowers are also so beautiful and last for ages. I love their shop and the products they carry. I can always find a card or a small gift for someone, and plants for myself.

We love Flowerkraut! The owner is lovely, and has created a pleasant and inviting space that has become our go-to for flowers, cards, and other thoughtfully and tastefully curated gifts.

Amanda has an incredible eye for design and color. She is very kind and great to chat with and will translate any requests into a beautiful bouquet. You can tell her what you can pay and she can whip up a gorgeous arrangement at any price. I highly recommend Flowerkraut for your flowers for any and all occasions!

My favorite place to buy a special birthday gift of few stems of beautiful ranunculus and sweet peas, some incense, biodynamic bath salts, maybe a fun little temporary tattoo and some candles. Always friendly and helpful and if you’re lucky there is sometimes there is the sweetest doggo to pet💫

My flowers arrive the day before Mother's Day with wilted and browning blooms and bashed leaves, one dropped off on Mothers Day. There was no card. My daughter ordered them from CA and said there was supposed to be a card. While I admire how quickly they responded with a call, when I sent photos they said they would refund my daughter. I said I preferred to just get another bouquet and not bother my daughter who would then feel bad. The response two days later after multiple emails asking what happened and they answered they had already refunded the money. I would not recommend them for quality or attention to requests from customers.

FlowerKraut, FlowerKraut, how great thou art! I needed an emergency Anniversary bouquet and headed hopefully over late on a Sunday. I was so impressed! Better yet, so was my husband! The flowers that were put together were divine and I really appreciated the personal attention to detail, the artistry and the willingness to put so much time and attention into my order, when the owner was clearly working on a much larger and grander work of floral art. The card selection is both excellent and unique, which yes, I also needed!

We own a restaurant in Hudson called Via Cassia and maintain a weekly account with Flowerkraut. Amanda (the owner) has an incredible selection of locally sourced flowers that range from beautiful and delicate to earthy and an uncommon. It's not so surprising to learn that Amanda in a previous NYC life was a commercial photographer because her selection of flowers and sense of style in arrangements clearly threads a line to her conceptual eye and composition in extraordinary photography. This is an 'of the moment seasonal flower boutique' where you're guaranteed to find what is blooming in the surrounding landscape of the Hudson Valley, layered in with other local artisan items / perfect gifts for entertaining. Their customer service is always present with a lot of heart, they care a lot about how the flowers work for our restaurant space. We're grateful!

Flowerkraut is an amazing little shop in the tiny yet bustling town of Hudson, NY. Stop in for everything from gorgeous flower arrangements to yoga crystals, unique candles, and even housemade sauerkrauts! (Get it? Flower-kraut? *sad trombone noise*) Anyway! I got my mom a Firewood candle and a yoga crystal keychain for her birthday, and the shopkeeper was generous enough to wrap the gift in an adorable custom bag. The woman who was working was also very knowledgeable about the different crystals, and helped me select the perfect one for the gift. I will definitely be coming back here next time I am in town! I can't wait to try the sauerkrauts next time!

Lovely experience, excellent service and gorgeous bouquet! I called today with a last minute request, asking Flowerkraut to deliver a bouquet locally. They were extremely accommodative, delivered the bouquet well ahead of expected time, sent me a text to show me the arrangement and the result was stunning.

Beautiful, original artistic and unique flowers -- bouquets and arrangements. And Seth's sauerkraut! Very accommodating, such as a spur-of-the moment need for flowers to bring to friend laid up in hospital around the corner.

I had an arrangement done of flowers for my wife who is allergic to a good number of floral scents and Flowerkraut did a great job of making a beautiful bouquet of hypoallergenic flowers. Thanks!

Beautiful bouquet and really cool flowers. My husband ordered me a bouquet, but the flowers didn't look the best when we picked it up, and by the second day the flowers were visibly dying. For $75, I was expecting higher quality flowers, or at least flowers that were fresher and better cared for. I won't be ordering from them again, even though I love the aesthetic and ambiance of the store. The quality does not meet the cost.

We worked with Flowerkraut for our wedding and could not have been happier. Nicole and Amanda were super responsive right from the start and had exactly the vision we were looking for - natural, local, in-season flowers. We had to majorly scale back our wedding because of COVID shutdowns, and again they were super kind and accommodating. Once we finally got the arrangements, I was blown away. They were absolutely exquisite - so much movement in the bouquets, such beautiful flower pairings. Exactly what I wanted and more. I would recommend Flowerkraut to anyone!

I'm very pleased with my experience with Flowerkraut. Exceptional arrangement, and they were able to accommodate my last minute request. This will be my go-to florist in Hudson.

Ordered flowers for a hurt friend here and even though it was their day that they are closed the owner was very communicative and helpful with my purchase. She really made sure that my order was coordinated correctly and will be delivered tomorrow. Great customer service and good vibes.

I never actually got to reap the benefits of the services Flowerkraut offers as Ms Travins refused to work with me because my order wasn't large enough. After communicating with her for over a month and receiving sporadic and late replies by her via email she ultimately told me she wasn't willing to work with me because i didn't need more than 13 boutonnieres (at a whopping $22 each). So if you're planning a wedding and time is a factor---seek assistance elsewhere. There are hundreds of other shops to choose from who can essentially do the thing!

Nice little flower shop at the top of Warren Street. Friendly staff and a nice selection. A lot of nice little gifts too.

Eh - ordered flowers to be delivered. Girl on phone was nice enough but not very helpful. The price was high for the product delivered. I may use them again but they won't be my go to.

Recently got flower's from my significant other from this shop. So beautiful!!!! I cant even begin to describe how pretty the arrangement was. So unique and wonderful.
