To start with I'm not an American, I'm a Brit, so I'm used to poor service. But this is really taking the piss. Firstly the online ordering was broken, no problem. They told me to sit down at an unreserved table, I did so, and it was behind a large party so the waiters didn't necessarily see me. But as a brit, this is fine and expected, so I went to the bar to order. But I couldn't order at the bar. I then went and found the waiter they pointed me towards (at the complete opposite end of the boat I might add), but she looked busy so I found a different one only to find out she wasn't actually a waiter - I guess she was a cleaner or something as she was in uniform. I then went back to the original waiter, but sure enough she was indeed busy and told me to wait. I waited another 10 mins - over 30 mins from first arrival in total - and then gave up, so I phoned reception and pleaded with them to take my order, and eventually, about 40 minutes after I first arrived, someone finally turned up to take my order. And then told me I'd pick my drink up at the bar. Just what is this nonsense. Let me order at the bloody bar and save me 40 minutes!
