The Best Way to Après Ski at Whistler Blackcomb

"Opened in Whistler Village by a former ski racer, this natural wine shop and cheese bar channels Alpine après-ski with shared wine flights, cheese and charcuterie boards served on the patio, and Alpine-inspired dishes such as tartiflette and Berthoud Savoyard fondue." - Jen Murphy

Amazing spot for a quick and easy bite, very limited patio seating but we got lucky. Ordered a large charcuterie and cheese plate which was awesome. The whipped feta was great but should have been served with pita instead of kettle chips. Wish there was a larger wine selection also, but service and food was great!

Best new spot in Whistler! Adorable patio where you can lounge and people watch. Amazing assortment of wines, cheese and meats. Although we did try the other menu items some of the other tables had some delicious looking plates! We were a bit overwhelmed with the options to build a charcuterie board but the girls thoughtfully listened to what we usually like and built a board for us based on our preferences!

Some of the best cheeses I’ve ever tried! Presentation was top notch and the cheese board did not disappoint. We also had the tartiflette and that was also delicious. It was a cold, rainy day but they had the umbrella set up, a heater to keep us warm and blankets to keep us cozy. Sadly, the restaurant next door was blasting music that contradicts the vibe they’re trying to set at Flute & Fromage. Will come back again and again.

I highly encourage visiting this establishment. I went on two separate days. The first I enjoyed crostinis, an anchovy salad, and their wine and cheese flight. The second day I tried their grilled cheeses, snack box for one, and crostinis. They do an excellent job pairing their cheeses with beverages and accompaniments. This is a true place to indulge in a variety of cheeses at excellent prices.

AMAZING!!! We absolutely love it here. Should be on a got to try in Whistler list. We did the wine and cheese pairing. Amazing cheese and beautiful local BC wines. We had one that tasted like a natural jolly rancher, incredible. Our server, and all the staff, are amazing. I’d also recommend the hot olives, never had anything like it and we’re constantly chasing that high. 100% recommended!

What a lovely addition to the village, complete with a small outdoor area. The shop has a wonderful selection of cheeses, including options beyond cow's milk, which is a huge plus for lactose-intolerant folks. Their variety of goat and sheep cheeses is delicious. The wine flight is also a great deal, offering a chance to try three BC wines at a reasonable price. The staff is friendly, though not very familiar with the wines and cheeses, so they weren't able to tell us much. Instead, they provided a list of what was on the flight, and we ended up looking up more information ourselves. All in all, it was a good experience, and we hope they open a similar concept in North Vancouver. We'll definitely be back to enjoy a glass of wine and a cheese board outside again."

Its a cheese and wine shop - but there is a great variety of produce from local and international areas. We popped in on a rainy day for a tasting flight of BC wine and a sharing cheese board. It was great, everything was incredibly well presented, and the staff were enthusiastic and knowledgeable.

Fresh from a 5 cheese 4 meat shared charcuterie board with my partner...wow, it was just fabulous. Had the wine float as well and another glass of the gorgeous red that came with it. What a lovely way to relax, winding down from a 25km morning run and walk. Chilled as you like. Sit out on the patio, watching the world go by. Just perfect 😁
