Minnesota Distilleries Making the Best in Local Liquor | Eater Twin Cities

"The Flying Dutchman take inspiration for spirited drinking from all over the globe. So, this is the local maker to dip in on some locally made agave spirits, in addition to rum and gin. This Eden Prairie-based still game all the way from Hagyo distilling in Miskolc, Hungary, just to drive home the global reach of this place. The cocktail room affords a view of this beauty, in a spare, modern drinking environment." - Joy Summers

Google
This is the place I go to if I want a very nice cocktail. The bartenders are friendly. I wouldn't necessary come here for the food but it's a great option to get a pizza after a few drinks. The espresso martini is top 5 that I've had in the twin cities area. They also make a great Bloody Mary. Cody, Grace, and Mike are the best bartenders. The vibe is great and they have live music. Follow up: the pizza is only good after a few cocktails but that was the thin crust; the normal was MUCH better

Google
Came once before when it first opened and had quite a few gripes about it. The QR code ordering, the service/attitude, the drink options, location, etc. Yet, when my friends said they loved it I had to give it another shot. I was happier the second time around. Great customer service interactions, drinks were good and atmosphere was nice. Still have some feelings about the QR code ordering and human interaction but I am pleased that the drinks came quick, they tasted great and ultimately I had a wonderful time with friends! So I would go again.

Good drinks ... The pretzel app was crap. It came out hot and was stale within minutes. Like microwaving frozen bread. But the drink was good.

What was once a five-star gem has sadly taken a sharp downturn under new ownership. The heart of this place was always its passionate staff and their commitment to crafting high-quality cocktails. That spirit is now gone. After a recent visit, it was clear the current team lacks the same skill, care, and ingredients that once set this bar apart. Several drinks were watered down, others were just flat-out incorrect—some remade multiple times, still poorly. We’d been coming here since they first opened, celebrating birthdays, anniversaries, and gathering with friends. It was our favorite cocktail bar in the Twin Cities—and right in our own neighborhood. It’s heartbreaking to see how far it’s fallen. If you never experienced the original Flying Dutchman, you might not realize what’s been lost. But for us, this visit was our last. The memories we made here are precious, which makes the current state all the more disappointing. Honestly, even their BOGO nights or coupons can’t make these drinks worth it anymore—they're just not good.

Google
I love Flying Dutchman Spirits! I have visited three times now, and I am always impressed with the high-level quality of their cocktails. I love gin drinks, so I tried the strawberry rhubarb gin fizz and a classic gin gimlet. They were so lovely! We ordered Pizza Luce to be delivered to us and enjoyed the evening playing cards. Such a chill, calming vibe. It was a perfect way to spend happy hour after a tiring work week.

Deliciously amazing cocktails. Espresso Martini, best I've ever had.

Google
Great vibes and amazing drinks. My new favorite place in town. The Mexican Old Fashion is the best Old Fashion Ive had. The Quit Beatin Round the Bush was also very delicioso!

Google
What a hidden gem! Fun cocktails, great service and atmosphere. Our favorite drink was the piña colada. All spirits are made on-site and they stand behind all of their beverages. If you don’t love your drink, they will swap it out. Highly recommend. We hope to be back soon!

Yelp
This is our go to spot for cocktails! Nick the bartender is wonderful and the GM is amazing. My daughter loves the non alcoholic drinks. The Mexican old fashioned is my favorite. It's a fun and casual atmosphere.

Yelp
Some of the best drinks around, but have to dock for terrible service. Mexican Old Fashioned and Night in Bangkok are some of my all-time favorite cocktails. On the other hand, I have had two gin cocktails I haven't loved there, and I'm not really sure why. I think they just weren't what I expected based on the description they gave. I remember one was supposed to have spiced syrups, which I couldn't really taste. But the two I mentioned above, the Pina Colada and the Shut Up and Take My Money are all SO good. But the service has been awful (not a word I use often) both times we've been here which is why my review ends up at three stars.

Yelp
One of the best MN distilleries, IMO. Every spirit I've had is smooth and well balanced. Their blue agave tequila is one of my favorites and something I drink in the rocks. Tried their spiced rum today and it's just as good. Not overly sweet or cloying like a lot of rums can be. Nice notes of cinnamon, allspice, and anise. The taproom is really laid back but can get loud and hard to hear folks you're talking with. The service of amazing and ordering by QR core at the table makes everything really smooth. They've got some bar snacks and Heggies of you don't want to order in. Their cocktails are all well balanced, strong, and not overly sweet. It's one of my favorite places to grab a drink since it's not pretentious like a lot of other cities lounges or "rustic" like you get in the country. Just a lot of people looking to have a drink or two and get some good conversation.

Yelp
Great cocktails. Worth trying out. I loved the prices and their creativity. It is a very unique establishment.

Yelp
Take a drive off the highway and you will find this beautiful cocktail lounge ran by Flying Dutchman Distillery in Eden Prairie. I visited for a cocktail after a great game of bowling that I actually won (an oddity, I am terrible at bowling). They make spirits from vodka to blue agave and gin to spiced rum. And did I mention that their cocktail list is MASSIVE. It took me nearly 10 minutes just to decide what to order. THey had a section celebrating the flavors of the season through Rhubarb and Lavender - and with the sun shining I had to get on some rhubarb action. Strawberry Rhubarb Paloma: An Agave based cocktail made with fresh Lime Juice, Strawberry Puree, Agave Nectar, their house made Rhubarb Simple Syrup, and Grapefruit Soda. The glassware is astoundingly beautiful (where did they get it from!?!?), and the drink matched the beauty. A hint of tartness comes through some of the citrus flavors with sweetness from the syrups and strawberry. The Agave base helps meld all of the flavors together into a Summery cocktail that anybody can enjoy. _____

Yelp
We went for the pie themed flight special. It was key lime, pumpkin, apple, and chocolate. Very delicious. Their cocktails are unique and it's fun to try ones that you normally wouldn't have.

Yelp
I can not recommend this place enough. It is wonderful for date night, a girl's night, or a work party. There are many different types of seating, outdoor and indoor options. I've been there multiple times with live music playing. As for their drinks and every single one I have tried has been delicious! They have a very large drink menu maybe one day I will get through them all. They also make some nonalcoholic versions and they make it very clear when serving which I really respect. Our server was so welcoming, knowledgeable, and helpful that we thought he could be the owner. If he is I can really appreciate him being so well involved, if it's not that's some great training. But honestly, we have always gotten top-notch service here. The aviation map near the front actually shows Eden Prairie and the exact location of the Flying Dutchman on it.

Yelp
I've never heard of this distillery, but it was listed in a pamphlet book that I bought at the state fair last year. There was a BOGO offer. We stopped in here just after 9pm on a Saturday night. There was plenty of seats to choose from. They have scattered sections of seating that includes couches, chairs, rocking chairs and tables. There is a stage for live music, but the performer was packing up when we entered. They do not have a patio area. We were warmly greeted when we entered and they were very friendly and attentive the entire time. I ordered a Mexican Old Fashioned and was impressed with how smooth their drink was. It had a smoked orange peel and it was just right - not overly smoky. I'm a popcorn fanatic, so I ordered some to go. I tried the "double cheese" option, but unfortunately it wasn't very cheesey. I wouldn't purchase that again. In my opinion it was too dry. I purchased some coffee liqueur to go, but I haven't tried that yet. My friend enjoyed her grapefruit martini as well. I like that they don't over sweeten their drinks. My friend and I both agree that their customer service is refreshing. They checked in multiple times and gave us suggestions before we ordered. We didn't feel like a bother. When I paid ordered I realized I forgot to use my BOGO offer. The manager was super nice and voided the transaction and honored the voucher. We will be back again.

Yelp
My recent visit to Flying Dutchmen Spirits left me both intrigued and impressed by the creative mastery that went into crafting their cocktail menu. The word "thorough" hardly does justice to the meticulous range of options available. The concept behind Flying Dutchmen Spirits is undoubtedly high-end, and it's reflected not only in their selection of premium spirits but also in the imaginative concoctions they present. From the moment I read the menu, I was struck by the innovation that permeated. The drinks themselves were nothing short of exceptional. It's evident that the bartenders seek to elevate the drinking experience to an art form. I particularly appreciated the way they played with unexpected ingredients and infused classic cocktails with contemporary twists. Yet, while Flying Dutchmen Spirits excels in conceptualizing and delivering sophisticated libations, I couldn't help but notice a slight dissonance between the high-end concept and the atmosphere. The area exudes an industrial vibe that, while clean and well-maintained, leans a bit heavier rather than high-end ambiance. In spite of this, the experience at Flying Dutchmen Spirits remains one to remember. The cocktails are a testament to the passion and expertise of the mixologists, and the inventive spirit of the menu shines brightly.

Yelp
This is an awesome spot for a date or getting together with a small group of friends! There's bar seating on one end and ample lounge/table style seating filling up the rest of the space. It's all set against a cool backdrop of the distilling equipment, which is separated from the seating area by a glass wall. When I was here on a Friday night they had live music and plenty of open spots! And of course the cocktails were tasty. Lots of fun names and unique flavor combos - it was hard to pick just one. Service in the lounge area was through a QR code on your table, which worked fine. Definitely a spot to check out!

Yelp
Last night we celebrated our friends 40th birthday at Flying Dutchman Spirits and were blown away by the service, drinks, and atmosphere! The cocktail list was long and everyone was able to find multiple drinks they enjoyed from the options. I tried the Just A Little Tingle cocktail that was one of my favorite cocktails that I've had in a long time! If you like spice but also a fruity flavor this drink is for you! The garnishes were perfect and well presented. I enjoyed that you could order using a QR code from your table and the server would bring the drinks to your table when ready. It was also an easy was to close out your tan when finished at the end of our stay. Last night they had a Mexican style food truck parked outside which was also delicious. There's a parking lot out front with plenty of spaces and the space is good for small or large parties. The owner said you can rent out the space for different events if you wish! The distillery tour we took was fun and also a cool inside look on how the spirits are made and what countries all the materials are gathered from. It was an overall great experience and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. We will be returning again soon!

Yelp
I have been meaning to stop here for a while. Quick ran in on a Friday night around 6:30. There was an awful one man band and a few people outside and not much going on inside. Three bartenders and a fourth guy manager or owner or whatever. I sat at the bar since there were 4 or five open spots. I sat right in front of one of the bartenders. I sat there for over 10 minutes trying to make eye contact. Watching her read the recipe for each drink she made and struggling to find the appropriate bottles was just painful. The other tender had equal issues. One waitress and the manager guy talked the whole time I was there. By the time she looked at me I had already decided I didn't want anything she was making, but I was going to look at the menu anyway for next time. She looked at me and said "did you want something?" Well she read me right. I (past tense) did want something but not anymore. I said what do you have? She threw me a dirty piece of cardboard with a dirty QR code on it. I had two different iPhones and neither phone would open the toasttab link. Thanks for nothing. I got up and left, I may never go back.

Yelp
As a place to visit and hang with friends, it's really good! It's got a very extensive drink menu, there are the standard Minnesota bar snacks of popcorn and Heggies pizza, and there's your choice of table or lounge. The bartenders are quite friendly, and to advise well on choices, and at least on the night I visited, very willing to pour you a little taste of something to help you decide. I would never turn down an invitation to drinks here. Not five stars because as a bar it's good, as a craft cocktail room or micro distillery, it's not so great. The drinks on the menu are mostly mixer+spirit, or straight spirit (Though their smoked old fashioned is outstanding). There are the same few juices recycled through most of the others. It was hard to find ingredients or recipes that were really distinctive and worthy of the "craft"concept. The spirits themselves are the standard white (agave, rum, vodka) and infusions, without strong Minnesota roots. I'll happily drink here, but I'm not hunting their bottles for my home bar.

Yelp
Who knew this newer distillery was so close to home?!? Stumbled upon it on social media and made a point to check it out after a day of shopping! Wasn't sure what to expect when we pulled up to a seemingly "office" building, but it was clearly marked! The tasting room was simple, welcoming, and quite busy. Fun couches, tables, and live music filled the space. Nothing to blow you away, but an unassuming tasting room. My only recommendation would be to work on the lighting in the space. They didn't have any lights on and relying on the natural light made it feel dark and dim inside. Service was top notch. Our server was extremely friendly, provided recommendations, and was very responsive. An extensive menu of agave, rum, vodka cocktails made it difficult to choose. I started with the Chupacabra, one of their Haberno Agave cocktails. A great take on the margarita, with a balance of spicy and sweet. And who doesn't love a Tajin rim. Also had the Mexican Old Fashioned, which swapped Agave for the traditional Whiskey or Bourbon. It was a good cocktail, but didn't hold up to it's traditional counterpart in my mind. In a land of hundreds of craft breweries, this is a great change of pace! I'd definitely see myself coming back to check out other items on the menu.

Yelp
QR ordering is lazy. I ordered two drinks on one tab and each drink came out separate. The two girls that were with us ordered each their own drinks one got hers at the same time we got our last drink and one drink I had to ask for and then go up to the bar and retrieve it after 10 minutes. The water tasted like bleach or sanitizer. Almost as if the glasses had not been rinse after sanitizing. The waitress kept disappearing to the back room leaving the second bartender to do waitressing. I will never be back you have great bottles but your service has gone downhill. I was so disappointed. And after taking one sip of that water My throat feels like it was burnt. My husband brews so I know what that sanitizer smells like and tastes like if it's not rinsed off. You could have hurt somebody with that water. I'll never be back you lost a customer.

Yelp
Great vibe. Feel at home listening to cool music and enjoying a drink. What more do you want

Yelp
This is my new favorite distillery right now! The atmosphere is very cozy and they have live music on the weekends. The staff are very helpful and accommodating. I'm currently obsessed with their white Russian. They have a huge list of cocktails. Anyone could find at least one cocktail that they enjoy. I'm definitely coming back and would highly recommend. I will say it's in a bit of an odd location so if you feel like you're headed in the wrong direction you're probably right where you need to be.

Yelp
absolutely some of the best service most unique flavor combinations, eclectic spaces to hang out with friends, and patio for the adventurous

Yelp
It's been awhile since I was at the Flying Dutchman and I love the changes. The decor is much more cozy and relaxing. There is outdoor seating if you prefer that. The menu is extensive and they mix fantastic drinks! FYI these are all craft so be patient while they work their magic! There was live music and they have a great line up the rest of the month. We are forsure going back on the 30th. Jane is a wonderful host and greets the customers. The staff is great and very helpful with the drinks. We sampled a few drinks and they were outstanding. They tasted clean and refreshing. There is a drink for everyone. We brought home a couple of bottles too. I can't wait for the Spicy Thai vodka in a Bloody Mary! This place is a bookmark for me! See you next time!

Yelp
I discovered this distillery during the Pandemic and heard they had several cocktail kits avail. Boy, do they ever! It is easy to order your kits online and can order as many kits as you want without spirits, but only 1 kit with spirits. The kits include the mix ( enough for 6 cocktails), the spirits (if ordered) and the garnishes in a beautiful package. There is such a variety of choices it will be easy to go back many times. I ordered the 2 tickets to Paradise (excellent!!!) And the Pineapple Upside down cake that even has a little umbrella with a cherry and piece of poundcake (also fantastic). I highly recommend Flying Dutchman and can't wait to check it out again.

Yelp
What a gem! Came here for date night on a whim since we were down in the area and the place is included in the MN State Fair distillery pass. This place is so cool! The people here really know their stuff and they're so pleasant to talk with! I highly recommend visiting!
google avatar

Yelp
We stopped by here for a work event and were overall pleased with our experience! I got the Blue Agave Margarita and my friend got the PainKiller (Pineapple Rum Drink). My maragarita was fabulous and I liked the option of having a sugar rim instead of the traditional salt rim. I was told that they are one of the few places in the States that are able to make the Blue Agave tequila. The drink was well mixed and only had a small initial bite. The Painkiller was also delicious and was strongly pineapple flavored. They do use fresh pineapple for this drink, so if you don't like the fruit, do not order this drink. This was well mixed and as my friend said "extremely dangerous" because of how good it tasted and how masked the alcohol was. We were given a small tour and background story of their business - which is worth listening to if you have the time. Worth noting that they do offer events such as yoga, dancing, and live music (weekly on Friday's and Saturday's I think). Prices were your typical distillery prices ranging from $12-14 per drink. They also offer non-alcoholic beverages as well.
google avatar

Yelp
Hidden in the office district of Eden Prairie, this place offers a very nice selection of spirits distilled on site. The vodka was very nice - smooth and mellow - able to be sipped at room temperature comfortably. The rum - very potent - would be best on ice. The gin was for the select few, for those who really like the strong scent. I am a gin fan, but it was a little too much for me to drink it on its own. The best of all was the tequila, outstanding! The tequila was high quality and should be sipped on rather then taken as a shot.

Yelp
Good music. Very glad they're open and have set up around 15 tables outside. Don't go inside as they will give you a weird look. Also book reservations online. They don't take call reservations. Drinks are good however served in a small dixi cup. So expensive for what you get. Can we upgrade the size of the cups?

Erin B.

Yelp
Tried this place for the first time - found them through the distillery passport. And I have to say, SO GOOD. So many drink options, it makes it hard to choose. Personally would recommend something with the spicy vodka. The staff was all so friendly and welcoming. They told us if we didn't like whatever we order they have a policy of making you something new, so get outside your comfort zone you won't regret it!

Colleen N.

Yelp
Went in on a Saturday evening and had live music. The staff was amazing! Super helpful answering questions and recommendations. Drinks were fun and flavorful. Decor is a fun mix of comfy chairs and cool lounging spots.

Yelp
Located about 20 minute from Minneapolis is this alcohol distillery in a business park area off the freeway. One would not know it existed without ever looking it up. I found this distillery with no issue. I came in middle later evening and found a slot at the bar. I was helped by one of the staff, provided a menu, some bar snacks, and a glass of water. The bar staff was nice to answer questions I had about the offerings and what I can do. I could do a mixed drink with the alcohol made on site. I could try a glass of something directly. I could try a flight of four their gin, vodka, not tequila -agave, and rum. I elected for a flight to try before got to a drink. Staff poured two ounce offering. I proceeded to try each as it's own. Not tequila was smooth and clean. Reminded me of a blanco based on color and aging. They can't call it tequila because it is not made in Jalisco Mexico with all the other tequilas. Gin is not usually my go to. Light and simple. Easy tastes of juniper berry. Rum has a mix sweetness. Not complex. Not aged. Presented like a gold made in the Caribbean with sugar cane. Vodka was one of the sweetest. No burn and what appeared to be distilled for impurities. After trying each I elected for a Black Russian. The drink hit all the notes. Enough alcohol to mixed of coffee liquor and cream. My bill was settled fairly prompt. Overall staff was friendly and attentive. Patient and helpful. I enjoyed the drinks.

Yelp
Tucked away in an industrial/office complex, Flying Dutchman is a hidden gem for folks in the Southwest Metro. There's plenty of parking and lots of options to choose from on their menu. Waitstaff is friendly, but expect slower service when they're busy, which is often. Another plus is they often have live music on the weekends!
google avatar

Brad S.

Yelp
Great place, spirits are some of the best I've tasted, well, at least the vodka in the Spiced Apple was... Great music by Ash St.John. Perfect out of the way distillery for the trip home.

Yelp
Such a fun spot! Had some of the best cocktails we have ever had here. Great atmosphere and drinks. Check it out!

Yelp
My husband and I stopped in for the first time last night and will be back! We were warmly welcomed and given great detail about the menu and recommendations. She was incredibly personable and nice. I got a mai tai and my husband got a gin martini. Both were delicious. They also gave us nuts to eat which was a nice bonus. We sat at the bar, but there were plenty of tables and they shared they plan to open a patio in the future.
google avatar

Lisa L.

Yelp
Just learned about this place last week and was beyond excited to try it out as I only live about 2 miles away. The husband and I went here tonight and sat at the bar. Looking over the menu I was torn about what to order as everything looked delicious. A woman and 2 men (one of whom may be one of the owners) were working behind the bar. After sitting there for approximately 3 minutes and neither of us being acknowledged in any way I picked up my purse and we left. The staff went by us several times chatting with other guests and cleaning up used glasses. What a huge disappointment. If you want to feel completely ignored and spend $9 - $11 per drink, feel free to check them out. I would prefer to drink home alone with my dog. Which I will now do. This experience does not even deserve 1 star in my eyes. Thanks for a disappointing Saturday night, Flying Dutchman.

Yelp
Really, really, really want to give a good review. I love local breweries, and would love to and want to support a local distillery that is so close to home. However I cannot recommend their product, as I have not tried it! Recently stopped by on a Saturday evening around 6. Sat down at a small table to read the menu, many different options, ranging from 8-12 dollars, not bad for a craft distillery. Couple people left the bar counter, so the two of us sat down at the bar. It was at this point that that two separate bartenders totally ignored both of us. The bartenders rang out two customers, cleared a few empty glasses, but never even acknowledged us. No "I'll be right with you", no "what can I get for you", nothing! I felt like we were invisible, or undesirable customers that they did not want to deal with. The situation became even worse when a third person arrived behind the bar and did not address us. Turns out that the third person to pay no attention to their customers was one of the owners/founders. We made a statement by leaving. We may try again as it is so close to home and I really want to support local establishments, but right now I really cannot recommend.

Yelp
Great servers, great drinks. They accept booty eaters. 8.66/10 would recommend to a friend

Yelp
Stopped by to checkout this place. The service by all the bartenders was phenomenal. The drinks choices were extensive and delicious. This is a great place to meet friends for drinks or listen to live music. Will definitely be back.

Yelp
Love this place! My husband and I stumbled upon it earlier this summer. The location is tucked away but a great atmosphere! The owners and bartenders are extremely friendly and accommodating. And let's not forget the tasty drinks!! Last weekend I was able to throw a surprise party for my husband there. The events coordinator & owner ensured there was enough staff coverage for the party and made the evening effortless for us. I would highly recommend this hidden gem!
google avatar

Stephanie F.

Yelp
Awesome vodka and gin. I highly recommend getting the gin and tonic with the "naturally light" tonic water - makes it a tad less sweet and really lets the gin flavor out! Everyone here has always been extremely friendly, you can usually grab a tour if Brandon (one of the owners) is around. The have some light snacks, or you can bring in picnic food/take out. This is just the place Eden Prairie needed! Stop by on Thursday- Saturday! :)
google avatar

Neecie R.

Yelp
I really love their spirits but the service tonight was absolutely horrible. If your ok waiting 20-25 minutes for drink then you'll be fine. The place only had 50 people in it but kids were running around, a band was playing and I think the staff just couldn't keep up for some reason. The acoustics are not the best for a live band. There is absolutely nothing to absorb sound. The band that was there was there sounded like crying cats. I knew the instrumental part of the music, but it was hard to hear the words. It would be nice if they'd have an outdoor patio to enjoy the few days of beautiful summer we get.

Lauren D.

Yelp
Ordered several cocktail kits from Flying Dutchman during the pandemic after it was recommended by a friend and every single time the cocktails are delicious and the customer service is unmatched. Highly recommend!
google avatar

Blake H.

Yelp
Great drinks, servers fill you in on all the details, and there was great music (+food truck). Super friendly place and kid friendly (we had a 2 year old). Easy parking. Got a few drinks... was told known for their gin so started with those and then moved to a White Russian.
google avatar

Gary D.

Yelp
Excellent spirits and cocktails. Service was a tad slow but drinking the best gin and tonic on the planet made up for it.
google avatar

Anna S.

Yelp
Great spirits! Fun Drinks! And an awesome theme. Its also in a spot that totally needed this type of thing
google avatar

Kara C.

Yelp
Great place and Lexie is a wonderful bartender! She picked a great drink based on my preferences, but there is something for everyone

Raymond O.

Yelp
Friendly bartenders, nice spirits. Great drinks. Was there on Friday night, live music and they do have some food.

Yelp
This is just like a brewery. I am a fan but this place is not for me. I like to have fun when I go drinking. I dont especially like sitting at a table and talking about random shit under a bright sterile light in a warehouse. There technically is a bar but this place is so out of the way around the back of a warehouse complex that youre probably not going to meet any distillery honeys here. It seemed like it is very much suburban middle class white families who come here after the kids have gone to bed. The alcohol is fine. Its whatever. The drinks are 9 or 10 dollars. And it closes at 10 even on weekends. Not my kind of bar. But it was busy so it is obviously someones kind of bar.
google avatar

Gianfilippo G.

Yelp
Great place and who knew it's located behind the business white board. Clean fun atmosphere. Great spirits and cocktails, no burn and really fun staff. The home made blue cheese stuffed olives are a nice touch.
google avatar

Ian C.

Yelp
Awesome. The Mai Tais were superb. Friendly wait staff - if a tad slow due to the busy night. Huge list of cocktails and selection (rum, gin, blue agave and vodka). Looks like they have fondue which will be sweet to try on the next go around.

Yelp
This place is really nice, it's sort of the hidden gem of Eden Prairie. It's nice to have something like this in the suburbs and that actually served really good drinks. Their ingredients they used in their drinks are freshly squeeze which makes it refreshing. I've only tried the gin and tequila but they are amazing! I'll for sure be back.

Yelp
Great spirits and mixed drinks. I had the Moscow Mule and the Gimlet and they were great. The Gin is not as piney tasting as other Gins. Friendly staff and lay back customers. Very welcoming!

Yelp
These guys are the real deal. I've tried all their spirits and they are spectacular. Excellent vibe, excellent service, and very knowledgeable staff. Ask for a tour! Highly recommended.
