I was so excited riding past this fish market to see that they were named Flying Fish. The very next day, I contacted the establishment to ask if they really carried flying fish, to which they replied, yes. Went to the establishment, purchased the fish, only to learn that it is not real flying fish, imported from Barbados. The fish they sell is flying gurnards, which don't fly or even look like real flying fish, in comparison. Not to mention, while the fish is edible, the fins contain a mild poison. I threw them away. Would not recommend for anything other than your standard seafood.
