Flying Horse Coffee - Golborne

A much loved local regulars spot. I buy my home beans here, which are ALL light roast (as far as I aware). Delicate flavours of cocoa, raspberry, and caramel. Relaxed environment where people welcome to work on a laptop, although space is intimate. Strangers may talk to you, or you may be drawn into their conversation by default. Before midday the outdoor bench is the most sun-soaked spot for miles. Even on a cold day, it affords enough protection that many perch happily lost in a book or magazine. A generous 50p off if you bring your own cup. Food staples are reliable and consistent. Music cool and vibesy.

Beautiful coffee shop on goldbourne road, bustling with people on a Saturday, good variety of foo. Staff were professional enough but could be more welcoming. Speedy however. The coffee, espresso, is very acidic, so not really the best coffee .

I come here everyday. Cutest neighbourhood place with great coffee. Great for a relaxed atmosphere and catching up with pals. always playing nice music. Because of the market, it does get quite busy on Saturday but perfect for picking Up a coffee to walk around the market.

Best coffee on Golborne rd by far. Properly good flat white and the staff are always so chill. Love the vibe in here even though it’s tiny, great music too. Definately worth stopping in if your around portobello.

!!!!!!!!!!! BEST CAF IN LONDON !!!!!!!!! I've been in London for the past week searching for somewhere to top this café, and I can say with my full chest, that this is the best spot in town. Selfishly, I want to gatekeep, but I love this work/space so much that I need this café to BLOW UP!!!! For coffee lovers, filter or espresso based drinks are both superb! For non-coffee/caffeine drinkers, their selection of pastries, toasties, and soft drinks are just as expertly curated and delicious. If you want a pretentious ex-barista's specific recs: for takeaway, get the almond croissant and a flat white. Once you're properly caffeinated, get the Counter Culture Against the Current Rhubarb + Hibiscus Organic Kombucha Soda and sausage roll (or spinach/feta if you're vegetarian!) People make a café, and Co-Managers Isaac and Kuba have curated an expert (and extremely kind(!)) team (s/o Hector!!!!).

Beautiful, cosy decor with thoughtful touches that make it feel welcoming; the coffee is rich and perfectly balanced, and the staff are friendly, attentive and clearly proud of what they serve. A lovely spot for a relaxed catch‑up or a focused work session.

awesome place, and amazing coffee. the team are always super welcoming and the music choice is glorious too (whoever is dj’ing needs to drop their playlist asap🤩! pastries and savoury snacks are fantastic as well

Great coffee, friendly staff, cosy and friendly atmosphere. Lovely to see Ruth Rogers having coffee with her friend and their dogs. Love the name! The translation into French & Spanish is somewhat alternative 😇.
