Great atmosphere, incredible music, decent prices. The live music on Tuesday is fantastic and there are line dancing lessons.

Big country band, big dance floor experience. Every seat taken and what a place to people watch. Staff are fast, courteous and attentive. Always a good time here. We just can't come to Havasu and not go to Flying X.

ALWAYS a fun place to drop in for a drink and hear Great Music🎶‼️. Swamp Donkey was playing and the rocked it! Erin was our bartender and was EXCEPTIONAL! Could not ask for more…🙂

This bar is big! Got the jukebox, so download the app. Order your drink as you please, the bartender will it hook it up then place it down on a ice coaster (best way i can describe it lol). Sounds crazy, I know but it's perfect for the hot summer days in AZ. Be prepared to show your ID, don't give a fuss, they don't care or just leave..be for real and just show the ID and get ya drink on. I will be back during the summer to check out the crowd. Oh the town don't cook on Mondays😩😤😭 lmao well wait some bars with kitchens, don't cook on Mondays.

female bartender took 2 other people orders infront of us on purpose and then overcharged us at $40 for 2 double shots and when my husband and i asked about it she got VERY rude. they are WAY over capacity inside, everyone is drunk and over served inside. you have to fight your way to the counter just to be disrespected by the staff. expensive and ridiculous. will not come back.

I just moved from Eugene Oregon and I've been down there twice and it is outstanding great quality people I've been meeting all the staff is super friendly. I lost my wallet and they promptly returned it to me which would have been Devastation.

Great place for bands and line dancing! Lively and fun with excellent people watching! Tap beer was icy cold. Pizza was typical bar pizza but hit the spot. Service was fantastic because of our awesome server Brittany!

Maybe we're easily entertained but they have a drink cooler with little cars where you can play with the makeshift snow 10/10 recommend. Also our drinks and quesadilla were great too! Service at the bar was great and it had the chill vibe early in the night that we were looking for!

If I could leave zero stars I would. Band was fantastic. Bartenders were great. Bouncers and staff have a god complex and are hands down the worst people I've ever met. Treated myself and my friends like garbage. If you're into being treated bad go here.

When I am looking for a bar that fits my lifestyle, I generally try to find the place where once I walk in, I instantly am getting a divorce, dropped to a 400 credit score, and have a restraining order. Well this place was more upscale than that but still really cool. Friendly service, clean, and just a good atmosphere. Definitely need to get away from London out here for a decent bar!

Good music but the cocktail server (heavy set brunette) is so rude. Obviously she is unhappy working. She really brings down the great music vibe. Avoid her at all cost when I come into Flying X.

We've been to the Flying X multiple times. The bartenders and serving staff are always happy and quick to serve drinks. The live music is always on point. We go with our kids and friends and a good time is had by all.

Very fun atmosphere and people watching, but really more for singles or if you want to line dance. Very good live band. Great drinks with good prices.

So much fun! Great crowd, great live music, fun atmosphere. Had a blast there. Drinks were perfect. Highly recommend for a night out, we will be back when we are in the area.

Yes! Space dust on draft, cool bar and nice bartenders. Country music version of all the other restaurants and bars by this owner ( shgrues, barley brothers, legendz, etc) great beer selection and live music. Definitely a great switch up for the regular places we go to drink.

Very few options for country music and dancing in Havasu, but the Flying X Saloon has that covered for you (most of the time - occasionally management forgets it's a "Saloon" and books in rock bands). Tuesday line dance lessons followed by the great Steve Wayman. Live country music most nights. Weekends get crowded with tourists and can get rowdy, but the security staff are on point. Regular bar fare food with a limited menu, but well prepared. Decent draft and bottle beer selection and good pour mixed drinks at reasonable prices. Wait and bar staff are excellent and very friendly. It's where the locals go through the week and a hopping touristy place on Friday and Saturday nights.

Fun place and the ice bar is very cool to keep your beverages cold. Would recommend

Salon x This place was a hoot and Annie. We stopped in because we were downtown for the Winterfest, by the way, that was awesome.. We heard some live music so we wanted to go check it out. The place was pretty busy and the people that work there were fantastic. They have this ice real thing that goes down a long strip of the bar, and if you put your drink on it and it keeps your drink really cold. What a concept. We love the decorations, the music was great and the beer was really cold. I WOULD go back, sending a special shout out to; Erin Cassandra Jena

Paula was the best bartender I've ever had. Nothing but positive vibes and smiles. She took care of our whole 10 person party with ease and a smile. I will definitely be back hoping for nothing but to get her again because of how awesomely she took care of us!

1. A place to mingle, with fellow minglers, who sport cowboy hats, and pointy toe boots, that point upward, to the planets. 2. And those, who aren't but wannabe. 3. A Arizona version of Gilley's in Texas, I guess. 4. The sawdust on the floor, and gab from the heartland, type of patrons and staff. 5. A watering hole, for the discriminating and non discriminating hayseed, and wannabe's. Bring your own country garb. 6. If that scene, is your bag, than head over and hang with the others. 7. Country Music and Country Watering holes are subjective. Depends, which part of the rural United States you hail from. All are not 100% homogenous and alike.

Great service but $9 bucks for a bad pour Jack and Coke what a Joke. Head up the road to BJs.

Great country western bar with live music in Lake Havasu, AZ. My sister & I had alot of fun learning new line dances.

Fun bar with great service! Faith was behind the bar and literally every time my husband and I walked up we were immediately helped by her. She was very sweet. $4 cold beers?! Can't beat that price! They also have Coors Banquet on tap. They have pickle back shots, but the pickle juice was warm and gross. Wouldn't order them again. We did love the live band and dance floor. So glad we finally found a spot for when we visit Havasu. We will be back

This is one of the coolest bars I've been to anywhere. They have live music and the stage setup is so cool!! The vibe is always great and the staff is amazing! Check this place out and enjoy.

I'm not gonna lie this would never be a place I thought we would enjoy but boy did we ever! Strong drinks. Loud music. Icey bar top what! How fun is that! They made us scooby snacks which I know are a pain. But bartenders hooked it up!

We returned to the flying X saloon to watch so me football! Cassey our server was fantastic. She remembered us, what we drank. She brought xtra napkins, towelette's, xtra plates! Pretty much read our minds! We will definitely go back.

Jason was awesome. We drove in from chandler and enjoyed a few days here. Burger was so good!

Jesus this place is rancid.. Horrible service, rude even before I got a chance to say hello! Two HOURS before closing, bartender comes up to us and says we have ten seconds to finish our drink before we get kicked out. Proceeds to say finish the drink you b**** as she walks away haha. The miserable energy of those who work he will infect you. Do not come.

Absolutely unbelievable, the waiter didn't like my jokes and she disregarded me for 30 minutes while serving other guests. She then spat in my drink without me noticing until a guest told me. Unbelievable! Never go here!

Line Dancing was really fun, the teacher was great and the food was good as well. We are out of towners and we will be back.

This was my first experience in this bar and I have never been more disappointed in my life. Me and my good friend Reginald went for a couple drinks. The bartender was so disrespectful and rude, he called my friend a porch monkey and then proceeded to call my haircut fugly. The wings is so bad I might add, the food I had when I was a POW in Korea was better. I really was taken back to the 1960s. Also I saw a rat the size of Master Splinter, just kept running around, wouldnt be surprised of the turtles were around as well. This was the worst experience at a bar.

Came by yesterday for the country classic and it was a pretty cool bar, there was a decent amount of people there on a Tuesday evening at 7 pm lol. The singer was really good. And the bartender was really funny and had good customer service. I also love the decorations they have...and the toilets lol

My husband and I came to the Flying X Saloon for a high school reunion get together. It was not what I was expecting! The place was extremely crowded - not just from the folks attending the get together but from all sorts of people trying to have a fun Friday night. The inside was loud with music blaring from speakers and then a band got on stage and they were even louder. It was extremely hard to have a conversation with anyone and even ordering a drink you are lucky they can hear you. The theme is different (for Havasu) and very country. What really stood out were the patrons at the 'saloon'. From legal drinking age all the way to old-timers who should probably be in bed - all ages in Daisy Dukes and other revealing country themed clothing. Yes, it is Havasu. Yes, I do need to scrub my eyeballs. Overall, I liked the theme, the cute mason jar drinks, and the location isn't bad - but it definitely wasn't a place I'd like to visit again anytime soon. Maybe a bachelorette party would be fun here or if you just want to enjoy the music and drinks. Otherwise, it just wasn't my thing.

I don't know what is in the Cajun dry rub but whatever it is - DON'T CHANGE A THANG! I tend to get my wings with sauce on the side because I like to keep it simple and give myself some dippin options. I got the Cajun dry rub and oh man... salty, spicy, perfectly cooked well done and crispy. No dip needed on these! Can you see those bones?! That's the sign of a damn good wing right? I cook at home a ton and when we go out, I tend to go for the dairy free, gluten free, lower carb/sugar type meals on the menu. Doesn't happen all the time though! Any negative review on this place is horse shit!! Probably liberal pu____$. My wife & I have been to many bars all over the country. The staff, the management, the kitchen are ALL PHENOMENAL!! We love this place!! Good people, GREAT STAFF, and awesome food!! The bands are always a blast! By far, our favorite bar!! Love you guys!! Thank you!!

We stayed in havasu for vacation and we're greeted with terrible customer service. Straight away they were rude and even though it advertises 2am closing we were kicked out and pressured to finish our drinks by 12am. They said "10 seconds to finish your drink or you're getting kicked out." We proceeded to finish our drinks as we were rudely pushed out the door 2 hours early. Overall terrible place to go, terrible customer service, and terrible place if you're looking for a relaxing place to hangout on your trip!

I go to this place every time I take a trip to the lake and my experience just keeps getting worse and worse. The bartenders have just turned into assholes it's not worth even checking it out anymore.

Street parking, great music, the service is decent. My ONLY complaint is that I ordered very specifically a "cauliflower pizza" BECAUSE I am gluten and wheat intolerant and the waitress brought me a regular pizza. I was unaware until I ate almost an entire piece. I was So sick for almost a week. Flying X NEEDS to train their wait staff and kitchen to take FOOD ALLERGIES VERY SERIOUSLY. It's part of good customer service to keep your customers safe. UPDATE- I really appreciate the Mangers response. I have been back since and ordered the Cauliflower pizza. This was my first time visiting lake Havasu. My family and I decided to go out for some drinks. This particular bar was a short walk from our AirBnb so we decided to check it out. As always with new bars and restaurants I visit, I come in with an open mind. The service was mid until I had a rather disappointing conversation with one of the men employed here. The bathroom toilet seat was covered in feces and when I mentioned it to the staff member and asked if the toilet could be cleaned, he told me to "wipe it off". EXCUSE ME?! We immediately left and will not be returning.

It was last night Halloween and it was before 6pm and we went in to get a drink and sat at the bar...it was not too busy yet either and we sat there right in front of two bartenders for 10 minutes neither looked up to welcome us, or say they would be right with us nor even looked at us...!!! So we went to Leglendz and got served right away with a very pleasant person! As a local i certainly will not recommend the Flying X to any winter visitors!!! Bad customer service to say the least!!!!

Talk about sticking out like a sore thumb! Not that I mind making others uncomfortable, of course, particularly when I'd been drinking elsewhere before. All of that aside, I am a paying customer. I'll take the looks from the rednecks boot-scootin' to whatever those crazy kids are listening to these days, but I can go without being hollered at for approaching the back door with my drink. I just wanted to smoke. And smoke I did, by holding the drink just inside the door. Ha! It's good for one drink and some good ol' fashioned "people" watching.

Local place with authentic, rustic decore. If you sit at the bar, there is a frozen slab all the way the length of the bar. This is great for keeping your drink cold on a hot Havasu day. Highly influenced by country music and country fans. If you're not a local and don't like country music, you will stick out like a sore thumb. My wife is a huge country fan so by association I was welcome. Regardless, it's still a fun stop. Drinks are priced reasonably the staff seems to be aiming to please

I went to the flying x saloon on my vacation and the whole experience was terrible. The waiter served me the wrong drink and when I brought it up to him he beat the shit out of me in front of my wife and then slammed my drink. The wings were pretty good but it was not worth the black eye.
