Her energy makes the shop feel welcoming and professional at the same time. I’ve visited countless smoke shops, but none of them compare to Fog City. This is easily the best I’ve ever been to, and honestly, the only one I’ll be recommending from now on. Highly recommend — 10/10.

Bought a Raz vape 2 days ago, & digital screen has gone completely out like a broke tv screen can't see the juice or battery life on the vape either. Never dropped it or anything. Called the store and the girl told me there's nothing she can do, that it's just a "malfunction". And to just keep charging it. I'm not sitting with my vape on a charger all day because you refuse to keep your customer happy and replace it. She Said her boss said the same thing. Pretty sad you won't switch it out for something else considering I just purchased it. Gave this place a shot but never again.

This store sells fake zyns the caps aren’t sealed the colors are different from the real ones and the number word combination under the barcode is crystal clear where as on the real ones they are foggy; the size of the pouches are also wider than the real ones and the salt in them are garbage. Do better stop cutting corners and deal with making 1 dollar per tin just like every other store has too. You’re selling to minors as well as selling garbage.
