Overall it was a solid experience. The ambiance was great, the salad bar had plenty of fresh options, and the staff was friendly and professional. My only real issue was with the doneness of the meats. Most of the main cuts like the picanha, ribeye, and sirloin were being served medium well to well done, which made them less juicy than expected. I asked specifically for medium rare cuts, and while they did bring them out, it took about 20 minutes for them to arrive. I appreciated that they honored the request, but the delay made the flow of the experience feel a bit off. On the bright side, I also ordered a lobster tail and it was really good, tender and flavorful. And to top it all off, the cheesecake brûlée for dessert was fantastic. Creamy, rich, with a perfect caramelized top, definitely a highlight of the night.

My servers were Yasmin and Jasmin and they were an absolute delight. me and my partner dined for the first time together recently and we will be coming back for all celebrations. every person who was on shift is working hard and so seamlessly with one another. you can easily tell how much they are about the customer experience. the food was also absolutely amazing as well. I've been to a handful of fine dining restaurants and even worked in them myself. this one is the best.

Staff was spectacular! I arranged an engagement and they were on point. Service was amazing! They were very attentive. Food was phenomenal. From the chicken to the lamb chops to the steaks. All juicy and full of flavor! Will most definitely be going back soon!

I need to preface this review by commending the staff for tireless and attentive service. The location itself is rather long in tooth with an odd parking setup which resides behind the building. The tables for four are rather cramped, but include hidden mechanics for extension, which considering the number of plates involved is prudent. My main point of contention, if you can even call it that, is really the quality of proteins and wares. While I don't have smoking gun evidence , there were certain items that did not exactly match their naming convention. For example, the filet, what I had might have been a tenderloin butt roast, but was certainly not what falls under the classical definition of a filet. The same could be said of the alleged "ribeye" that was served, I'm not quite sure what it was, but in my estimation it was not as expected. The best thing I tasted was probably the lamb, and even as such it was not really spectacular. Some of this critique would be situational, as buffets in general are not particularly appealing to me. I like them conceptually, but in practice the results are usually just mass quantities of mediocre food. The experience is probably best suited for those will glutinous indiscriminate tastes, who would prefer kilograms of food versus thoughtfully prepared and arranged plates that showcase the restaurants ability to purvey. This review is not indicative of something being bad, or perhaps inedible, but just rather a questioning of the logic conceptually. Considering the price ($65 for dinner at the time of writing), I can think of even steakhouses which would provide adequate portions that achieve higher quality and aesthetics for the same cost. As such, I hardly think a return visit is in my future.

We went to celebrate 4 of the 6 guest's birthdays at Fogo. We were sat next to another very large party (12 top) and it took a while to even have someone come over to give us water and menus, let alone drink orders. Even then, the drinks didn't arrive until after we started eating. The side plates for the meats arrived half way through the meal. I ordered the Sea Bass from the menu and that arrived halfway into everyone's meal. I actually questioned whether our server even remembered that I ordered off the menu and wasn't getting the meats on a stick. When it did arrive, it was mildly warm, but overcooked, like it had been sitting under the heat lamps for a while. Regarding the meat selections, when they came by, no one could hear or understand what the meats were, and the high end meats (other than the chicken and sausage) only came by once.We even had asked a manager to see if we could get some of the filet and lamb, he acknowledged it, but we waited 10 minutes with no meat. We had to flag down any server to get more drinks, which was just soft drinks and water...and a glass of wine. The service was just bad...and we were going to get some dessert but got so frustrated with no one coming by that we just decided to get the check and have dessert somewhere else. The most frustrating thing is 4 of the 6 of us had birthdays and not one single acknowledgement from the restaurant staff. We made reservations and I put in the notes that there were 4 birthdays but nothing from the restaurant. Huge disappointment and I don't think we'll be returning to Fogo any time soon.

We found the prefect hack. Market table for $18 and just add your favorite protein for about $10. We usually only come for the picanha anyway. The other cuts are great, but the preparation of the picanha is hard to replicate at home. The salad bar is pretty good. Smoked salmon was nice. The veggies didn't really have much seasoning to them. The service was amazing as always. It's a very classy place. We will be back now that we know we don't have to get the full rodizio experience just to get picanha.

The food was super good everything was made to perfection and the lamb and cheese honey sooooo good. They don't have cheese honey in Cali so it was a shock. Inside was super fancy and nice. This was such a delightful experience, our first time to visit to celebrate my brothers birthday! We enjoyed the amazing salad bar, butternut squash soup, a huge variety of sliced meats, mashed potatoes drenched in butter and their Brazilian cheese bread was warm and very good, excellent and attentive service. My mom loved the salad bar with one meat choice. The guys said their beer was nice and cold. Desserts are fantastic as well!

I've eaten at this chain many times in other cities. I expected the same but was disappointed in this location. First, the smell was old, wet carpets. Don't know if they flooded during the recent storms, but it smelled terrible. The place just appeared old and worn out, management needs to update bad. Food was the same menu so we had the full meal which even at $69 per plate was a good price. Two of our group split the seafood tower, a $135 behemoth that was quite the statement coming to the table. Salad bar was excellent as usual, best hearts of palm I've ever seen in a business. The meat was the usual cuts with most being excellently cooked and tasty. However, we thought about five of the 16 offerings were tough and lacked seasoning. Top marks went to the Filet, Picahna, ribeye, coated pork (excellent), and the sausage were all great. The seafood tower was loved except for the crab claws, the ladies said they tasted "dry" so they may have been overcooked. This rating in no way reflects on the service; from the receptionist, to the server to the management, service was excellent and the Gauchos serving the meat did a fantastic job. One star off for the state of the restaurant, including the smelly bathrooms and one star off for the tough meats. We'll be back after they do some updating to the dining room.

Went here a few years ago and decided to do The FOGO Churrasco Experience. It came with continuous tableside service of signature cuts of fire-roasted meat and it also included the Market Table & Feijoada Bar and Brazilian side dishes. For dessert, got the Tres Leches Cake and it was SO good - hands down the best one I've ever had. Food was pretty good for the most part, but service was slow. It's pretty spacious inside which is nice. Even though this isn't my favorite Brazilian Steakhouse, still had a good experience overall.

Made a reservation and were told that they were busy and the wait after reservations could be 30-40 minites. We waited almost two hours without being seated. They kept saying that they're sorry for the wait and were trying their hardest to seat us. They weren't sorry. If they were trying, we would have been seated after 30 minutes after our reservation. We were trying to celebrate my son's birthday there, and this experience just ruined our night. Needless to say, we will never try this restaurant.

Amazing!!! My son and I went here just because and it was so delicious we asked the server to bring out Ribeye and OMG!!! That ribeye was right off the grill, it was so Hott we couldn't even eat it, so tender and seasoned. Oh and we had the tres leches for dessert, so friggin good I came back the next week and ordered one to go!!! 10/10

I've dined at Fogo de Chão a handful of times throughout the years. It had been at least 7 years or so since my last visit. Even though im not a meat eater (except for occasional sushi), Fogo has an amazing market option (it's like a non-meat buffet) that is phenomenal! We dined here on Thanksgiving since no one wanted to cook or clean. It was a party of 8, and we had made reservations several weeks in advance. The restaurant was incredibly busy, but we were promptly seated when we arrived. After our drink orders were taken, we all headed to the market bar to help ourselves to some delicious salads, charcuterie fare and spreads. I have to say- I love places like this because I can try a little bit of everything. It's all about variety, of which there is no shortage of. I loved pretty much everything I got on my plate. Standout items were the Caprese salad, the Miso Noodle Salad and a Sweet Fig Spread. All the flavors blended well. Included in the market option were also Brazilian sides like black beans and plantains. Everyone else at my table also got the meat option and really enjoyed it. Most beloved was the piccaña. To finish, I had the crème brûlée. Smooth, custardy and delicious! Fogo is always a home run. Even for someone like me who doesn't eat meat; there is so much variety on the market table spread that you don't feel like you are missing out in any way. The food here is always fresh and delicious. I would not be surprised if going forward Fogo is our new Thanksgiving tradition. It was so worth it and everyone left happy!

It was my son bday and his request was for some fogo. I was hesitating about going here, but decided to give it another chance. The service was ok, the meat was on the saltier side and the place was clean. I informed the server that it was my kid bday when we were seated and was thinking that the bday cake was coming but it Nvr came. I wasn't gonna beg for something that usually should be coming. This is prolly my last time coming here because there too many other Brazilian places out there to keep coming back here and getting disappointed.

This is our favorite Fogo de Chao location! The food and service is always amazing! Jason is the best bartender! He remembers his customers and is so friendly. My favorite drink is the Jorge Sour and he makes it perfectly!! All the staff goes out of their way to be sure you have a great experience!

This place is a main stay of the metroplex. You really can't go wrong. They have great private rooms for larger groups that are nice and quiet. The wine list is fabulous and even has a decent happy hour! $8 wine and $10 cocktails. You get seated and once you are waited on the fun begins. You first head to the salad bar which is so large! They have soups and just about every veggie you can imagine. Then sit down and turn your card over to green and it's time! The nice servers constantly bring all types of meat around that you can get a sampling of. So yummy so be ready and don't eat much that day prior! lol also, I can not say enough how good the chocolate mousse cake was. So light and just perfect!

We came out for the first time in about 10 years. You can't go wrong here if you are a carnivore. Pant eaters should stay away. Love that you smell awesome meat cooking when you walk in. Bruce is the most amazing server! We were not an easy table of 6, plus a birthday. We had the best time, with lots of special requests, wine, changes to our orders, and Brice handled everything perfectly. Hoa is the very best restaurant manager in Dallas, helping us with many special requests. We love Fogo de Chao on Beltline!

I have always seen Fogo De Chao and thought uuggh another steak restaurant. Let me tell you, this restaurant is all that and more!!! The workers are professional, so uniformed and in sync with each other. The buffet spread was beautiful, everything on it was DELICIOUS! The food is so tasty!!!! The meats are well, seasoned, marinated and packed with flavor, I can still taste it. Service 100 %. Food 100 %. The staffs 100 % I am literally counting down the days I get to visit again.

Delicious and fastidious, sparkling clean dining! Service is second-to-none: gracious Manager Mr. Wah welcomed us as honored guests and entire crew is prompt, considerate and most professional. Lunch buffet is exceptional in selection and costs. Our favorites are their creative, fresh salads and dressings all made from scratch. Traditional Brazilian dishes and flavors must be experienced. Greatest value in Addison for lunch. They honor discounts for Veterans! We attended a 3-hour Birthday luncheon there and always look forward to the next visit. HINT: With Thanksgiving coming up, it's a great option to experience Fogo de Chão's delicious variations!

Save your money. Very disappointing. Saw our waitress when we ordered and never saw her again. Asked the manager for a second round of drinks and received them after table was cleared. They slow played the meat service so we ate the salad bar mostly. We were there for an hour and a half. Won't be back.

We celebrated my birthday luncheon here again this year as usual, and it was another exceptional lunch experience. There is nothing about this restaurant that I don't like. The soup bar always has an ever-changing variety of soups and hot side dishes, and of course crackers, bread, and condiments. The salad bar's diversity, to me, is over the top phenomenal for veggie lovers. You have appetizer selections of everything from specialty meats, cheeses, fresh fruits, roasted fruits and vegetables, to other delicious types of salads with their homemade dressings coupled with too many others to mention. If you select the full meal which includes the salad bar and the meats, your selections of meats are diverse, and are superbly prepared to your liking - precisely. There is a never-ending option of meats you can continually select from during meal. Oh, the desserts are to die for - you won't be disappointed in anything you choose. If you like mixed drinks, the bar serves exquisite drinks from plain to yummy specialties. From the management to wait staff to ambiance, and care for you and your dining experience, to me, is 5-star from the time you enter the front door to being equally matched with a gracious gratitude for your visit as you leave. I am very hard person to please, however from palate - to service - to ambiance I have to rate all of our dining experiences, over the past 8 years or so, as a 5- star dining experiences for us. FYI - NO, I am not related to, or associated with, anyone at Fogo De Chao. I'm a genuine customer who calls Fogo De Chao my, hands down, #1 go to favorite place to eat.

Of all the Fogos, this place is the best. The food and service here is always stellar. I personally like how the meats are cooked here as it's not overly salty compared to the other places. If you come for lunch and can't eat much, get the salad bar and order of your favorite meats on the side. Do NOT leave this restaurant on the side facing Nate's restaurant. The road construction will really mess up your car and it's difficult to exit.

We have visited this location several times and it has never failed to impress. Our visit on July 31,2024 was especially memorable mainly thanks to the manager Erik. The food was delicious and the service was outstanding. The ambiance is always welcoming and comfortable. Sometimes the server would miss our green placard but Erik would always see us looking at the server and he would redirect the server to our table. He went out of his way to make us feel special and appreciated. I can't remember ever having such an attentive manager, not just for us but every table in the dining room.

Made reservations from the special they had advertised of 39. per person. Due to the fact that the notes were not made in the reservation for the special, we were served the full price. The manager acknowledged that there was a special but wouldn't honor the special price because it wasn't in the notes at the time the reservation was made (even though there were no instructions to note it). That's the most bait and switch con I've ever experienced. I will never eat there again.

The best service i have ever experienced. Our server was Eduardo and he was very attentive, professional, and took care of us to a T. A drink was never low, plates never empty. And every sever that came by checked on us, but not too much where it felt overwhelming. All staff was very professional and were enthusiastic about their jobs. Refreshing to see as i also work in the service industry and know how things can be. Atmosphere was exquisite. Food was outstanding. Salad bar alone is worth the trip and price. And the proteins are juicy, flavorful, just amazing. Highly recommend getting the Experience. Will be visiting again very soon.

I had better expectations for this place however once seated, we had to go find a server after about 15 minutes of sitting there to get acknowledged and to order off the menu. The desserts came out frozen (we got tres leches). We couldn't even get the spoon all the way thru. I understand if you don't make desserts fresh, but to hand out something frozen is absurd. In addition, the chocolate dessert was cold, not warm like it should have been. Service was not on point. Neither was their dessert. The meats coming around to the table were decently good. Not sure if I'd spend so much money for such a meal again though. It was full of disappointment.

We are at this Fogo De Chao location to celebrate my daughter's birthday and had an amazing experience. We have eaten at a few Fogo De Chao locations, but this is the best location so far. The staff was extremely kind and on top of everything. A few other locations I felt like I had to wait on the speciality cuts of meat, but this location were very accommodating on the speciality cuts of meat and everything we requested. For my daughter's birthday that let her choose the dessert, the other location (in a different city) my son was given a dessert and wasn't asked his choice of dessert. Bottom line this is the best of 5 Fogo Locations I have visited and I highly recommend this location.

First time back in a few years. Used to go all the time five years ago. I'm disappointed they no longer have the grilled pineapple. It was so good! All the meat are still very good and sides are abundant! Don't fill up too much on the buffet items. Flip your card over to green when you're ready for meat. Flip it red when you're not or don't want anymore

Great service!! Very high-end atmosphere--almost felt under-dressed. The selection of sides from their extensive bar was impressive! The meats were ok, but didn't seem to have the same flavor I'm accustomed to--for example, the Picanha steak and filet wasn't as meaty, bold or robust as I've had at other AYCE Brazilian steakhouses.

First and last time at this particular location. Sticking with Legacy West location. Had a reservation for 6:30pm and seated at 7:17pm. There must have been 40 - 45 people inside the front door at host station area waiting to be seated. Ridiculous, unsafe, and unacceptable. Forgot their Brazilian authenticity roots - Serving tres leches (Mexican) cake but not Pudim (Brazilian custard like dessert made with condensed milk). Thank God, I'll be in Brazil this next weekend to make up for it at Fogo de Chão São Paulo. Super surprised that this location is as it is with the corporate office being just up DNT. CEO? COO?... check for yourself.

We paid $700 for 8 people to eat here. They literally refused to serve us ribeye and filet. I had to ask 7 times and after 45 min they finally brought some and gave us one thin tiny slice of each. They refused to serve us more and kept bringing the cheap meats like chicken. This place is a total ripoff and the food is sub par and kind of dirty inside. Go to Texas De Brazil

Good overall but this place has slipped. Sunday night. When we drove up there was no sign of anyone at the Valet... and no one showed up after waiting for a reasonable amount of time, so I parked the car myself. After walking back to the entrance from my car, still no sign of a valet. We had OpenTable reservations for 8pm but had to wait until almost 9pm to be seated. The receptionist podium was attended by aloof girls on their cell phones. We did get an acceptable table and a good waiter. In general, the meats were overcooked. Next time, we will be trying a different location in the suburbs where I suppose the stiffer competition keeps standards a bit higher.
