Service was above and beyond, multiple wait staff checked us and got us what we needed. All the meat was fresh and juicy. Decent selection from the salad bar. (Loved the baby pickles and candied bacon). The creme brulee was the best one I've ever had! Wonderful time and wonderful service!

Fogo de Chao is a Brazilian steakhouse AYCE experience that has a casual but also classy atmosphere, perfect for business dinners, date nights, celebrations, and more. We came for Christmas, and the place was packed full. However, the service was still exceptional. The staff came by multiple times to ensure any sides or our drinks were filled, and also explained things in a way that my non-English speaking members could understand. The food was pretty good as well. They had multiple different cuts available, though some cuts we did not see, however staff were willing to bring them out when asked. The cuts were tasty, not too much fat and not too salty, but still containing a lot of tenderness and juicy. Overall, a great experience for the price and perfect place to experience Brazilian BBQ.

Let’s start with the holiday decor. It’s so festive and not too much that it looks over done. Next the servers are so friendly and the food is amazingly fresh! We had a WONDERFUL time. Just when you think it cannot get any better the dessert is divine. I had the cheese cake and it had a crust that was crunchy and delightful.

Came here for a bday - meat was delicious. I recommend the top sirloin and flank steak are my favorite. Sharmine made our experience great and brought out a cake for the birthday girl which was so nice and was the perfect end to our dinner

This is my family’s first time trying the Burlington location, and Sharmaine and Miracin treated us with absolute joy and warmth. They went above and beyond to provide us with anything that we needed. She also makes amazing mock-tails! Everything was fresh, from the fruit to the salads, meat, and dessert.

I had the pleasure of being served by Waitress’s Rachel during my recent visit, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. She was incredibly attentive, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed without being overbearing. Her recommendations were spot on, and she had such a warm, welcoming attitude that made our meal even more enjoyable. Went to Fogo de Chao last evening for a group Christmas dinner with around 20 people. Just want to say what a great time last night. Overall, the food, atmosphere, and service was excellent. The food was non stop. There was a large selection of sides from the buffet. The meats were cooked to perfection. The service was top notch. Our servers Elaine and Sharmine were excellent filling the requests of such a large group. They were very nice , professional and attentive. The group was impressed. Can’t wait to go back again soon. My wife and I chose this restaurant for the first time to celebrate our third anniversary, and we had an amazing time there. It was, without a doubt, the best restaurant we have experienced in Massachusetts. The staff was incredibly nice and respectful, making us feel very welcome. The restaurant itself is beautifully decorated, very clean, and has a cozy atmosphere. The food was absolutely delicious. We appreciated the relaxed and pleasant environment, which added to our overall enjoyment. All in all, our experience was fantastic, and we highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a great dining experience.

went to the Burlington Ma. Restaurant recently and had a good crime. food was very good. the disappointing part was after paying the bill with my credit card and leaving a cash tip. the next day I noticed someone from the restaurant added 18% extra to my card. so just be careful!!

I've been here so many times so this is me finally getting around to reviewing the spot. I've only been to the location in Burlington which is great for the parking accessibility. I know there's the spot in Copley that's been around forever too. Also I can compare this to Alma Gaucha in Seaport. Upon arriving they have a small paper disc with Yes and No to flip to let the servers know when they come around with the meat whether you want any more or you're all set for the time being. They have fixed prices if you are partaking in the meats. There's also a more premium tier as well. The drinks I've tried were solid but they're not the stars for the dining experience. They have a large space to accommodate larger groups. I've gone here with co-workers with a group of ~25, and they were able to arrange a very long table. I've also gone with friends. They have a great salad bar with a lot of other fresh options to complement the overwhelming amount of meat you will be offered. Some of my favorites are the sweet mini peppers, cheese, fresh fruits, and smoked salmon. I don't know how anyone can come here and leave here not moderately full but more likely stuffed. The main downside was the rotation of meats. We saw a lot of repeats and you probably need to inquire if you're looking for something specific that hasn't come by yet. We had to ask several times about the Filet Mignon. Plus given how the meat cooks on the skewers there is some variability to the rare or well-doneness of the cut they give you. One of my colleagues was grossed out by the bloodiness about some of the cuts of meat. Overall great for the quantity, but if you want to enjoy just your typical steaks, I'd recommend still going to your high end steakhouse of choice.

Want to preface this by saying it would have been 3 stars if not for an amazing server at the end. We went Saturday night for my husbands birthday. There were multiple periods where we went 5+ minutes without any food coming to us and all 6 of us had empty plates. We only got 1 refill of water for the 2+ hours we were there. So service was definitely lacking. The meats we did get were very flavorful. We were extremely impressed by the lamb and the steak and chicken wrapped in bacon. When the manager came by (along with 4 separate servers) to ask if we wanted anything else, we said we wanted the honey cheese. Each person said it'd be right out. Only one server was honest and said he would bring it and it would come out in 5 minutes. It ended up being closer to 15 and most people had their plates taken away, but he made sure we got this special request and because we were celebrating a birthday he also gave us free desserts for the wait! Thank you Gabriel!! You HAVE to get the cheesecake. It was the best thing we have ever tasted

Always a great spot for delicious food and attentive service. The food is amazing and the servers pay attention to your needs to make sure you have a great dining experience. The salad bar has so much variety and it's so good that I could go for the salad bar alone. The meat is fresh and the different cuts come around often. I highly recommend taking anyone you want to impress ;) They also have a good selection of wine and cocktails if that's up your alley. Gabriel took care of us today and he was great!

Overall not the best experience. We were seated in the area next to the market table and feijoada bar. It was nice to see the variety of fresh fruits and vegetables offered. A person from my party ordered the mango habanero caipirinha and it was not what she expected. She said that it tasted exactly like the passionate caipirinha, which was a drink someone else in my party got. She brought it up to the attention of our server who took the drink and brought it back with no change. She was not satisfied so she tried to order some wine. There was some kind of wine event going on and she tried to order some to try but they were out of every option she wanted so she had to settle for one. We opted to do the full experience but for some reason we never got to try all of the meats included in the menu. We never saw chicken or ribs. We were only able to get the sausage once we asked for it around 3 times. Eventually after asking for the chicken numerous times, a server finally brought a piece over to us. I wish they were better at rotating their walking directions so everyone had a chance to try everything.

I recently celebrated a birthday at Fogo de Chão in Burlington, and overall, it was a positive experience. The restaurant is huge and clean. Parking was easy in the mall and the service was top-notch. As expected from a classic churrascaria, it's an all-you-can-eat meat feast for around $62ish. The meats were absolutely delicious--especially the lamb, which was my favorite. However, you can find similar deals at other Brazilian steakhouses for a bit less, so it's worth considering. The drinks were solid, and the caipirinha, in particular, was sweet but strong. For dessert, I requested a crème brûlée and asked if they could add any sort of birthday decorations. The server said they'd figure it out, and while I understand it's tricky to stick a candle in a crème brûlée, I was surprised when they sent out a cheesecake instead. They seemed to hope we wouldn't notice, but we definitely did!

Looks fancy on the outside. Nice lounge like waiting area. Lots of people dining and waiting on a Saturday evening. Located in the Burlington mall, there is plenty of parking but also lots of people. Came here with some friends celebrating a birthday. Heard lots of good and scary stories about this location. Several stories on Yelp claim of some shady business practices with surprise charges on the bill for speciality items. Thankfully we checked the bill and had it corrected. They did apologize for the mix up. So as others have noted, to check your charges. I was splitting the bill with someone. The helpful tip hint at the bottom of the check was not helpful. It contained the recommend for the full amount.. Even though we had split the bill, the tip hint was that of the whole. So if I was not paying attention, then we might have paid 40% of tip even though we may have intended for 20%. The servers were all nice. From the person cleaning up our dirty plates to the folks coming around with the skewered meats, everyone was kind. I think that goes a long way for a wonderful dining experience. Because of the large quantity of patrons, the food turns over quickly. The market table is filled constantly, keeping items fresh. The meat skewers are hot and fresh. I did not get any over cooked meats, items were juicy on the inside and flavorful on the outside. Certain items tend to be more salty than others. The garlic steak was less salty, nice quantity of garlic flavor and just right for me. While the flank steak or top sirloin was more salty but still good. The atmosphere is noisy, lots of people and as people get up for the market table, it can be overwhelming. The tables are spaced a part but there are a few spots that could be tough to squeeze through. While navigating the floor, you'll need to dodge the servers, meat skewers and other patrons. There was a mix of people on dates to large celebratory groups. So you can imagine some folks are dressed up and some dressed smart. I didn't see any overly casual or gym wear. I would go again but make sure I work up an appetite first.

I wish I had a bigger stomach because everything tasted so good! I was a victim of the salad bar because they offer such a great variety of sides, salads, and more! The meat selection is huge, the meat servers come around so frequently and you are never left waiting for someone to come by. I really enjoy the lamb and beef selections, they are super flavorful and nicely seared. When going to buffets like this I don't recommend eating chicken. I made a mistake of getting chicken and the server gave me a whole chicken breast. Like girl this chicken breast is bigger than my hand! The chicken breast was dry and I just couldn't eat it. I don't recommend.. However for all the beef and lamb options they only give you a slice. I'm sure if you ask for extra slices they will give it to you but I'm sure its a tactic that they give you extra chicken portions over beef and lamb. The desserts are also amazing! The creme brulee and tres leches were sooo good! Definitely have to save room for dessert. Everything was so so so good. I ate too much but I don't regret it.

I don't have enough good things to say about this place. The ambiance, quality of food, drinks, and service were all wonderful. It was our first time here and won't be our last. Our hostess was so sweet and friendly and found us a table as we didn't have reservations and they were quite busy. We did the all out experience which included the salad bar and all the meats. Everything was fresh and tasty. The restaurant is clean and staff acted and dressed very professionally. We can't wait to go back.

Best Brazilian eatery experience Ever: Service by Claudy, Richard and Alejanaro was attentive, polite and responsive. We had our christmas function at Fogo del chao and we highly recommend if you want the best food and service!

We went for a special occasion as we thought it would be a fun experience for the kids. For the food, 2 stars. At $63/pp, you might as well go to a nicer steak house. The meats were hit or miss. Sometimes they serve you meat that was well done and tough, other times the meat was rare. Some of the meats were bland. But some were tasty. Just very inconsistent quality. To make things worse, they overcharged our bill by about $65. They charged us for my toddler (supposed to be free), charged us for bottle water that we didn't order, and for the Cachaco cocktails that they passed around. Usually when restaurants pass around mini drinks like that, it's on the house. They didn't mention that and charged us $12 x 2. The drink was maybe 2-3oz , served in a mini wine glass. That was very shady. Luckily, I spotted these mistakes and were removed. I bet most people don't even look at the bill and get charged these extra careless charges. For this reason, I will not be coming back here, nor would I recommend it to anyone else. One positive thing was that they gave us a complimentary dessert because we came for a special occasion. One of the servers also noticed that we liked the Brazilian cheese bread and gave more for the kids to take home. Therefore the extra star.

Myself and 5 others visited for my birthday last night. We've all been before and this was my far the worst experience any of us have had. It was very, very busy which played a part in poor service. It was loud, crowded and honestly probably way past the fire code for maximum guests allowed. Our server took a drink order and disappeared. We often had to flag down other staff to get what we needed (drinks, spoons, bread, refills, water) with several reminders and follow up's. It took 30 minutes for them to bring my husband a beer. Speaking of beer, they completely ran out of everything other than 2 selections?! One of the servers serving steak dropped a whole piece of steak onto my sister in law, didn't offer anything to help clean it up never mind an apology. The steak sat on the floor for our entire meal. I don't believe we got offered every option as we were on the back of the restaurant crammed into the forehead corner away as possible. Oh but don't worry, they promptly dropped a bowl of shrimp cocktail onto our table that we didn't order but still charged us for, and tried to get us to take other "complimentary" offerings. The food we did get to try was good, however, I don't think we will be back.

Delicious as usual. Honestly prefer it over the Boston location. The meat staff rotate faster and come to your table more frequently, though the cheese could be cooked longer, it was still a bit cold I recommend the 39$ Brazillian selection

Having been to Fogo de Chão in Brazil, I can say that the Burlington location or Boston don't come close to the experience in Brazil. The polenta frita and banana they bring to the table were nice, and the polenta was particularly good. However, they really lacked a variety of meats, including chicken hearts, which are a staple in Brazil. Also, the cheese is served with honey, but it would be much better with goiabada. On top of that, they don't offer pasta, which is something you can find in Brazil. The waitstaff were very attentive and friendly, but the people serving the meat could have been more engaging and polite, something that places like Brazilian Grill in Hyannis do much better. The ambiance was great, but the key lime pie was just okay, and the salad bar was disappointing. If you've been to Fogo de Chão in Brazil, you know the salad bar is huge with a wide variety of options. Here, it felt very limited and average. Overall, while it was decent for the Boston area, the Burlington location just doesn't compare to the Fogo de Chão experience in Brazil. I wouldn't return.

Consumption TRAPS WARNING!! I'm giving an extra two stars because the manager waived additional charges for certain items without prior explanation. My girlfriend and I visit this restaurant every month， the All you can eat is the main reason we love here. Just Sharing my Today's experience ： We've been noticing couples times that if you don't explain to the waiter you are exactly looking for tap water then the smarter waiter will automatically giving you Mineral water, sometimes they do sometimes they don't. depending on the waiter. It's just $8 I never care about this if they offered I'll just take them. However, today's experience was different. We were unexpectedly offered shots and asked if we wanted cocktail shrimp without being informed of any extra charges. You will never getting any explaining that there would be additional charges from them, since they also handed meats if you are for all you can eat. And this will confusing you thought that was the "today's Special". Then when you got the bill it's the surprise. While I've always enjoyed the food here, this is an area where management needs improvement. Customers should be informed of any additional costs upfront. I'd be more than happy to try these items if they interest me, but transparency is key. I understand the management's perspective on maximizing profits, but there are better ways to achieve this."

This place is incredible. The food is pricey but it does not disappoint. Solid cocktail menu also. I love Brazilian style steakhouses and this one is top notch all around. If you're going to eat at the mall, this is the spot! Try the Lamb Picanha!

Having been to other fogo de chaos, this was good but not as great as the others I've been to. The food was very tasty, but it seemed like the staff couldn't wait to get us out the door so they could have more people come in. I don't think it was worth the price for this location in a mall and I was definitely surprised. This was disappointing. The buffet was gross too

The meat was fantastic. I would say to stick to the beef and lamb instead of filling up on other cuts. Don't be afraid to say no to anything brought over if you don't want it. What impressed me most was the fantastic service by both the wait staff and the gauchos who bring the meat around. We asked for some more filet and they brought it right over nice and sizzling. The wait staff also handled my nut allergy with attention and care. I want to shout out our server, Jose Reyes, who made us feel welcome and taken care of. They charged us $7.50 for the water they brought to the table without informing us of the charge. So make sure to ask for tap water at no charge. If you want a steakhouse experience, come here over other places like ruth's chris. There is a larger variety of meat, free sides, and a better ambiance. Excited to come back in the future!

I don't really go for all you can eat food which is the main reason people go to Fogo. But if you head to the bar you can get a smaller, more reasonably sized meal. I enjoyed the grilled tenderloin skewers and the plate of sausage and pork belly, which was loaded with pickled onions. The chicken sliders which were recommended by the bartender, was not as good. I'd avoid it in the future. The space is really nice and the service is friendly. I think the bar is a solid choice for a drink and a smaller bite.

Finding Fogo in a moderately priced mall is a treat. This is a genuine Fogo de Chao for those familiar with the chain. It has an amazing salad bar and the meats are delicious. Most of the menu is gluten free, including nearly everything on the salad/"market" bar. The environment is a bit noisy and service for served items was a bit slower than expected. If you like meat, enjoy! If you love meat, then indulge! If you like salad bars, go nuts! If you are a vegan, this probably isn't a good choice with meat everywhere (go to Twist instead). Hint: if you plan ahead, check out getting a gift card and you might be able to get a bonus card to offset some of the cost of your meal.

My husband and I really love dining here! The food, of course, is amazing. Such a variety, an amazing value. It is such a fun place to celebrate, the vibes are fun but also elegant. Our most recent visit we were helped by Elaine, who was just delightful and so attentive. She was assisted by Richard and Maite who were also great. We will keep coming back any time we have reason to celebrated don't miss the grilled cheese with honey!!

The amazing ambiance created a perfect backdrop for a truly special evening. The food was exceptional, the service from the team-- Adriano Consoli, Anna Carolina, Rachel Santos, Matheus Tomaz and the others - was spectacular. Their attentiveness and warm attitude made us feel not just welcomed, but truly special. Their knowledge and enthusiasm for the cuisine added so much to the overall experience. It was a remarkable night!

They got rid of the unlimited lemonade!!! Service was good, vibes were great and the meats were delicious! This place gets super busy as we came right before peek dinner time on a Saturday evening and it was buzzing with people. We did spend a few hours, mainly chatting, but the waiters made sure we had everything we needed and of course were attentive. I do get they can be a bit much at a churrascaria, but it's expected.

It is a great franchise Brazilian BBQ, but service and quality aren't always up to my expectations. It doesn't give that personal feeling.

I have gone to Fogo de Chao multiple times and each time I go it is better each time! I love the whole experience of the meats coming back and forth on swords. They also have these Brazilian cheese puffs that are AMAZING!

This was the best food I've eaten in a long time. The steak was juicy, tender and delicious. The service was amazing and the entire staff was kind and funny. It was my birthday and they gave me a cake for free and even offered to sing. Trust me you won't regret coming here. 1000/10

There was a nice variety of meats to choose from and the food was delicious. The service was great but I definitely needed to take a break. The ambiance was ok. The night I went it appeared to had been a slower night and so they corralled everyone into a smaller section to avoid people from being too spread apart for service. It's good enough for a return visit just to try the things I missed

Food was delicious. Lamb, beef ribs, pork belly, sirloin and chicken all cooked to perfection. Salad/sides bar was plentiful and everything was delicious. You could make a meal from the sides/salad bar and be satisfied. But why would you with all that incredible meat coming around? This is a place you need to go to ready to eat. Our server was Jose. He was very personable, professional and made sure every carnivorous option was presented to us. We left full and just shy of stuffed. For what we had and what was available our bill was very reasonable. Good quality food. Nice ambience despite being part of the mall. We will be back.

The service, the atmosphere, and everything else is great. Our drinks at the bar were incredible, Aldolf made the experience top-tier, we had been here a multitude of times, but I had never thought to ask people's names until tonight, because the service was so above par There was no lack of selections of meat, the market pantry was full, managers, and servers call came over to make sure we were enjoying our meal. They even were able to make us some of the sweet and spicy bacon! 10 out of 10 I would come back again. It's surprised you because it's in the mall, but skip cheesecake factory and come right over.

We drove from Worcester to Burlington to get a bite to eat. There was a bad accident on the highway so we got delayed. Get there and it's too late to eat but we said let's just get takeout. Order what we thought was enough food for three people and wait over 45 minutes. We could've eaten there in that much time. Waiting and waiting nothing yet. Our food was sitting there getting cold. No one even checked to see if our order was ready. Give us the bag walk to our vehicle check the bag only a half order in the bag. Now I'm p......d off. Go back and try to get a manager that took another 20 minutes. Finally without our knowledge we see someone talking at the bar. I go over and ask what's going on. They never even addressed us. Supposedly trying to figure it out. Then the manger says we can get something out of the freezer to prepare for you. Mind you after the cooks have cleaned up and not cooking any meat. What are they getting out of the freezer? Leftovers? Don't get how this place is so busy. Service is sketchy. They care about a tip but you know what tips stands for. To insure proper service. Three of us sharing a small container of mashed potato and cold asparagus and an aluminum foil wrapped dried out and cold meat. Wish they had their act together. Place could be good. Not great but good. Not crazy about a server walking around with skewers of meat in between patrons sneezing coughing yelling kids running around then I'm getting takeout and they can't figure that out. This isn't rocket science. It's simple food

The food was delicious. Grilled cheddar with honey drizzled on top is always a crowd pleaser! I wish they would not default with handing out bottled water when you ask them for water. Service is good! Would come back again.

This is my second time coming here and the food is excellent! The services is awesome too, Ian made sure we got the meat we were looking to try.

My absolute favorite place to go for any special occasion! Their service is pretty good for the most part they sometimes seem under staffed so that's not really their fault they absolutely try their best! Food is good I love their side buffet always stocked with fresh fruits and veggies smoked salmon hams cheeses love it very well prepared.

Super disappointed with dinner today. We got there at 7pm and it was crowded as usual for a Friday night. The restaurant seemed to be unprepared for the number of people there. The buffet had several empty spots and for the whole restaurant, we saw 2 people circulating with meat. I felt I wasted money today. I should have just paid for the buffet as all we got for meat was some flank steak; some top sirloin, and a never ending offering of chicken. I didnt come here to eat chicken or flank steak!! We also didn't get a follow up by our server for over 45 minutes. No refills on the bread or mashed potatoes and we were given a $7 bottle of water (that was opened and poured while we were at the buffet) when we requested waters for the table. We've been here many times as my children love the buffet, but I'll be thinking again of coming here for dinner. For the price for 2 adults, I could have gotten very nice steaks to have at home rather than some buffet sides that had been sitting out a little too long and a piece of flank steak.

Great place to eat at the bar, but today the sliders or super will done and so was the Brazilian empanadas and be aware if you they come around with a tray with small drinks, it make you think it's a sample, complimentary, but they will charge you $14, which I would be happy to pay if they told me. My husband travels a lot for work and has never seen this. I really like this place and I wish it was consistent, food and service.
