Miami’s Best Restaurants for Lunch | Eater Miami

"Fogo de Chão offers a unique “Gaucho Lunch” menu on weekdays. Instead of the traditional Brazilian steakhouse rodízio offering, guests can enjoy unlimited servings from the market table and feijoada bar for $18 and complement their meal with a grilled meat selection such as picanha or bone-in pork chop or order a choice of entree such as pan-seared salmon with grilled asparagus or roasted veggie power bowl, served with chimichurri spinach rice." - Juliana Accioly

Our server , Marcone was incredible — truly the best in the city! He made sure we had everything we needed and went above and beyond to take care of us. This Brazilian all-you-can-eat steakhouse is 100% worth trying. The food was top-tier, and the entire staff was fantastic. I’ve tried a lot of spots, and this one did not disappoint!

I recently visited Fogo De Chão for lunch on a Friday afternoon for the first time. We were seated immediately, with no waiting time. The entire experience exceeded our expectations. The food was incredibly flavorful, and there was a great selection of meats. Marconi made the experience even more memorable with his friendliness and attention to detail. He truly made our lunch special. I hope to see him again when we return.

My friends and family came to celebrate a birthday and we had the best experience. Alex was our sever and he was very attentive to our large party of 9 consistently throughout the dinner. The staff serving the meats and assisting Alex were wonderful as well. They had us enjoying every minute. We are really looking forward to coming back soon!

Chelsea was an absolute standout during our visit to Fogo de Chão. From the moment we sat down, she was attentive, friendly, and genuinely made us feel welcome. Her timing was perfect—always checking in without interrupting, and her knowledge of the menu helped us make great choices. It’s clear she takes pride in her work. Service like hers really elevates the whole dining experience. Thank you, Chelsea!

I’ve been a regular at this restaurant for some time, but unfortunately, the overall quality of service has been consistently declining. Over my last three visits, each experience has worsened, especially during evening hours. If you're a solo diner—particularly a single male—I'd advise caution when choosing to come here after 8:30 PM. The service tends to become dismissive, and it's hard not to feel overlooked. On my latest visit, I opted for the $49 Fogo Experience, and from the beginning, it was underwhelming. It took over 15 minutes just to receive water, and I had to remind the staff multiple times about the sides that are supposed to accompany the meal. Basic staples like the cheese bread never arrived. Despite servers walking past my table repeatedly, very few acknowledged me or offered any of the meats. Between 8:50 and 9:30 PM, only five servers approached my table, and most passed by as if I wasn’t there at all. It became clear that once the evening progresses, service significantly drops off. That said, I do want to acknowledge one staff member who recognized me from past visits and made a genuine effort to deliver the level of service I’ve come to expect. Without their initiative, the experience would have been even more disappointing. I sincerely hope management addresses these issues. This place has great potential and used to offer a much more enjoyable dining experience.

The salad bar was excellent—fresh, diverse, and definitely the highlight of the meal. The grilled cheese with honey was also fantastic and a pleasant surprise. However, I had higher expectations for the steak and beef dishes, which didn't quite meet the mark in terms of flavor. I wasn’t fully satisfied with those items.

I love going to Fogo de Chão, especially for their happy hours! The food is always delicious, the atmosphere is great, and the customer service is truly excellent. The staff is friendly, attentive, and they make sure you have a great experience every time. It’s one of my favorite spots, and I’ll definitely keep coming back. Highly recommended!

Google
I am fan of Fogo de Chao restaurant, tried them in all the cities active in USA. The steak is as always authentic and delicious, many options to choose from serving. We take always all included because is the best deal to try anything. Service was less than 4 stars, but he managers was on top. The spot is so big and spacious, very quiet and modern vibes.

Yelp
Excellent service by Marconi , the food is good also , the restaurant is really beautiful, I highly recommend. Five stars

Yelp
Delicious food, with phenomenal service and let me tell you the water never touched the bottom of my glass so you know the service was great!!! Haha. We ordered the $68/person Churrasco Experiance which brings all the cuts of meat (except the waygu that's a separate menu and price). The salad bar and hot bar is all included. Everything was fresh and was very delicious. Fogo de Chao is a bit on the pricer side but it's very nice for a night out and you will always receive 5-star service and quality. They do offer valet parking for $25 on the weekends. Ambience was very modern and large! Highly recommend to anyone! ^.^

Yelp
Great friendly dining experience that was so heart-felt and entertaining. Major KUDO's to Marcone and rest of staff for making our Sunday an EXTRA special experience

Yelp
Normally I'd have given a fantastic review because the food was very good, the "serving" part of the service was tremendous (you'll see what I mean by this later), and the atmosphere was terrific. $25 for valet parking pre-tip, very convenient. However, we had several problems which offset the positives. #1, we had a reservation, were there well before time, and they kept telling us it would be a long wait, more than 30-40 minutes. We can see a table right there in front of us, fully set and open. They claimed it was reserved for another party. What? That other party is not even here and we are, plus WE have reservations too. We weren't the only ones. Two other parties had reservations and were not seated either. And they were before us. It was chaos, not knowing who to talk to, getting the run-around. People raising their voices trying to get served. And just when you think you find someone to help you, they say they need to talk to the host. So where's the host? Nowhere to be found. Finally saw him and chased him down in the back and followed him everywhere till he eventually gave us the aforementioned table. Once seated it vastly improved, although it was a bit confusing because we had two waiters and they asked the same thing at different times. I told the 2nd guy we ordered wine from the 1st guy but he said he didn't see it in the system. But then the wine came. Finally they explained they are a team and we can talk to either waiter. Kind of a smug, condescending 'tude. Okaaaay. Once the food started flowing it was all good. Meats came fast; food was great. I highly recommend the garlic picanha. So good. Regular picanha also good. Same with most of the other steaks. Other meats were a litle overdone for me, like bacon-wrapped steak. And the salad bar was good. The meat servers really serve you well. Also asked for some grilled pineapple beacuse it never came to us and they gave an entire plateful. Very nice. And then came the bill. It was as expected but when they brought the check to sign, my credit card wasn't with it. I asked them for it and we looked all over the table and the waiter stand. Minutes later the 2nd waiter tells me his boss had it in his pocket and brings it to me. Huh? Anyway, I'm willing to bet this place is normally better than this. I'll chalk it up to a busy, busy Friday night. Unfortunately, my mind was on all the other stuff and I didn't take any food pics.

Yelp
This is my second time at this restaurant and oh my god it was terrible. The food wasn't good at all. The meats were very chewy and super salty. The quality of the food here has definitely gone down. The service wasn't good either we had like 4 different waiters and none of them were available when needed. I will definitely not be going back here.

José L.

Yelp
First and last time, total disappointment. I'm still here at the table, and I have time to wait to be served. I've called more than 3 times to be served. I had to order the meats. I've invited family and friends, and it's been a total waste of time. I was more concerned about being served than enjoying the dinner, so as not to embarrass my guests, and it was for nothing. I'm leaving disappointed. I DID NOT ENJOY ANYTHING. Looking forward to eating, enjoying the moment, and the empty plates, waiting and waiting, and no one serves me. I'm paying, and embarrassment is what I feel having to call to be served. I came to enjoy myself with my family, and it was a failure. After 30 minutes of ordering, the ribs arrived, just a thin cut. They wouldn't let me have another one when I was supposed to order the meat option, and the plate was empty. This is a total scam. I'm so disappointed... The tables were completely close together. More than a high-end restaurant for family enjoyment, it looked more like a student cafeteria. The chairs were so tight, it was impossible even to walk. Please, please check what you're publishing. Nothing I saw in the ads and photos corresponds to the reality I saw. I can't understand why this service has a 4.7 rating on Google. The only reason I didn't get up from the table and leave was because I had already consumed "water and a slice of papaya and another of pineapple." God, what a disappointment! What a hopelessness to go out and have a "nice time" and leave disappointed.

Yelp
This is our second time coming to Fogo De Chao in Coral Gables. We loved it so much that we had to come back for my birthday. We visited around 5pm which was the perfect time as the restaurant was quieter. The food was delicious and the service was wonderful. Marconi and Sergei went above and beyond to cater to our every need. They were professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and kind. We would recommend this Fogo to all of our friends and family!

Yelp
Such a fun experience! Make a reservation for sure! We had excellent service that was extremely attentive. This is not a relaxing experience but the food is worth every moment. We both ordered the Churassco experience which includes a salad bar and all of the premium meats one can consume. Don't fill up on those beautiful sides from the salad bar though if you want to enjoy all of the meats. Picanha and filet were our absolute favorites! I was not able to consume as much meat as my husband but I'm glad I tried. Next time I will indulge in the salad bar and maybe a small filet. Oh and the bread that comes to the table is to die for! I absolutely enjoyed the grilled plantains and the mashed potatoes that also just appear on your table. And the wine of course was on point! Basically, if you leave hungry...you're just weird or a vegan lol.

Jesined C.

Yelp
To start off...our reservation was for 8:15 pm and we didn't get sat until 8:50 pm. I think that is a bit late if you ask me. The food was good but it also took a while for the meat to come around. What bothered me was that at times we had to ask for some of the sides that are supposed to be brought to the table. For example; the cheese with honey (super yummy) and the plantains we had to request for them to be brought over. The reason behind not taking any pictures was because we waited an hour almost to be seated so I was starving by the time the food came around. Don't get me wrong, the food was good. I love the concept of being able to walk right over to the salad bar and pile up my plate with veggies, cheeses and salads. The service for bringing the meats around was great. They come around for the majority of the dining experience and you have to turn a card from green to red. Green signifies "yes, please" while red signifies "no thanks". The picahna was delicious! I truly enjoyed the fried polenta...it could've used a dipping sauce imo. The candied bacon from the salad bar was a huge hit! The espresso martini was a bit strong...could've used more espresso. I feel the experience was a bit rushed because they sat us down late and we were here close to closing. Maybe next time will be a bit better, less rushed.

Yelp
The food 10000/10 , the service was spectacular, and the ambiance was romantic. My partner and I did the all you can eat meats and it was worth it !!! I believe 60 + per person plus access to the buffet. The drinks were absolutely delicious and strong, I left extra happy haha. I will definitely come back. Great great greatttt overall

Yelp
This Churrasco experience is on FOGO The spot is cozy enough for you to take full advantage of the all-you-can-eat The salad bar has all the veggie options you could imagine for you to build it up to your own taste. From cherry tomatos, peppers , cucumbers , sweet onions, red beet hummus, or spring mix salad that can be splashed with the Basil green goddess, and as an extra compliment the sweet-savory eggplantcondimented with soy sauce, vinegar, pepper spread, and special house flavoring. Drum rolls to the exquisite selection of cold cuts like Parmesan cheese, prosciutto, maple salted bacon, pasta salad, and roasted garlic . All the condiments are there for you to stack up with your greens before indulging in the fierce bloody meat. These are the must ingredients you need to try from Fogo's Market Table: - Cold-smoked salmon with basil dressing, red onions, and capers. - Feijoada: A traditional black bean stew with sausage served over white rice. - Two kinds of prosciutto and chorizo, along with quality cheeses - I like the Grana Padano from a wheel. - the candied bacon is exceptional, it mixes sweet spices that enhance the flavor of the bacon as well as the crispy texture of it. - roasted oven honey sweet potato and apples , deliciously sweet and adds a twist to any of the salad options. - the seasoned eggplants could easily be my top pick for the market table, considering it is so uniquely flavored, delivering a new taste of it. - pan de queijo bread crumbs, a toasty complement to your salad of choice. The fresh warm pan de queijo they bring to your table will sneakily fill you up, so be careful because probably you would like to eat it all. (So if you are planning to eat meat, just beware) - finally, to keep you warm, the ginger butternut squash soup will frizzle you with its bittersweet taste, plus a crunchy sensation due to the pumpkin seeds Now let's get those fangs sharp ‍ and wet your teeth with the juicy red lineup of meats. - lamp shops and garlic-based meat are the crown of the order, very tender in texture, clean with no almost grease, and its spunky taste that distinguishes it from the other flesh. - Filet mignon, which is my favorite clean-cut, ita just as juicy and chewable if you order it raw. - churrasco, a greasy cut with nerves on its consistency, is a suggested option for those meat aficionados. - picanha, one of my favorite sides of the cow, is strongly recommended if you are looking for less greasy options and bigger meat portion sizes. It's the typical Brazilian slice. - entrañas is not one of my top picks, but considering they are serving it fresh to your table, why not try its more robust and strong taste. You won't believe that there is still space for dessert, but when the nice and charismatic server, Hugo, tempts you with a flamed custard Cheesecake you have to go all in for it if you are a cheesecake fan. The toasted burned top adds a twist to this classic berry-whipped recipe. Thank you, Miranda and Osiris, for hosting and introducing us to this culinary journey! Meat enthusiasts, Fogo yourself the Brazilian easting festive experience you don't want to miss.

Yelp
Long waits, terrible management, and overcooked meats just about sums up our trip to Fogo De Chao. After a long day of graduation celebrations we chose Fogo De Chao to cap the night off and had a reservation for 9PM for a party of 11 set. When you arrive be ready to fork some cash over to the valet because the parking situation there is terrible, although it is Coral Gables so you can't be too upset. We checked in at 8:45 and already overheard multiple people complaining about the wait time and saying they were not seated for their reservations despite a long wait. They notified us we could wait in the upstairs lounge until our table was ready. Unfortunately, we would be a part of the reservation fiasco. At 9PM we went up to the front with our party of 11 ready to go and were told they didn't have a table ready. We noticed that they had a long table capable of seating around 20 and asked if we could sit there and were told no as that sits too many people for us to use it. We waited a bit longer and received no word of when we would be seated. Other parties around us faced the same thing and there was a true frustration from all the patrons up front. 5, 10, 20 minutes went by as we fought tooth and nail to get confirmation on when we would be seated for a graduation dinner with elderly people in our party and we got nothing back from the manager outside of us being able to sit when the next group table was done paying (they had just ordered more food so the wait would be even longer). At one point we were told they "maybe" would open up a private room for us, but that was said to shoo us away and nothing came of it. It wasn't until 40 minutes of waiting beyond our res and us chasing the manager THROUGH the restaurant when they relented and sat us at the long table, the one we had requested 40 MINUTES BEFORE. Once we finally sat we ordered the Full Churrasco Experience which includes an assortment of meats and we also ordered a bottle of white and red wine. The wines were good and the meat was decent, although many of the cuts were overcooked such as the lamb. The Picanha was a standout as was the filet. The bacon wrapped steak is an honorable mention and we did enjoy the fried cheese with honey as well. For the price point it didn't seem worth it as we've had far better cuts of meat at other steakhouses and better service as well. The cherry on top was our card getting lost after we handed it over to pay the bill and it taking them 5 minutes to find it and when they did they realized they had dropped it on the floor. Overall just an absolute circus and for what, a bunch of overcooked meat? Maybe we'll give Fogo De Chao another chance one day but it will certainly not be at this location and definitely won't be without taking blood pressure medication beforehand.

Yelp
This has got to be one of Coral Gables best kept secrets! I've worked in the Gables for many years and decided to try out Fogo De Chao's happy hour on a random day. Not only were the drinks at a great price but they were delicious! They also had a variety of options for food on the happy hour menu. Usually items on happy hour are nothing to rave about but the items on this menu are definitely worth a try! From the Burger to the Polenta fries you must try it out. To make it all even better there's a private bar upstairs where you can sit at if you are looking for a more chill experience. A must try in the Gables!

Yelp
Came here for Mother's day with the fam to enjoy a fabulous buffet meal. We made reservations but went upstairs to the cocktail lounge to have some champagne while we waited. Once they were ready for us we proceeded to check the salad bar out. The place was packed and people piled on the goodies on their plates. There was everything from charcuterie boards, to cold salads, pasta salads, eggs, waffles, french toast, rice n beans, smoked salmon etc. And let's not forget the men going around waiting to serve you plenty of cuts of meat like picanha, churrasco, lamb, bacon covered chicken etc. It was all so very good and I recommend coming back for any or no occasion at all. You can't help it if you have great taste.

Yelp
Came here for a birthday dinner. Vibe of the place is great and everyone was super friendly. The food is delicious. Many in our party chose to have the full churrasco experience which is unlimited meat. And the salad bar. I had the salmon, salad bar included. The salad bar was delicious. Fresh and so many options. The salmon was ok. Cooked good but flavorless without the chimichurri sauce. The chimichurri sauce definitely made the salmon good. Everyone liked their meat options. Except the lamb chops, which my bf said tasted too gamey. He wasn't able to eat them. The desserts were amazing as well. Everyone loved the cheesecake. My less than 5 stars review comes from having to ask the waiter 4 times for a water refill and a togo menu. Both of which I never got. Everyone is our waiter he said. But no one could refill a class of water. However, if a drink was ordered. It came in a timely manner. To me that is a reason I likely won't be back here.

Yelp
I recently visited Fogo in Coral Gables, i sort of had high expectations because it's the newest location.. but it was just okay. The salad bar looked like it needed upkeep, more replenishing. There was a prosciutto station, you were not able to serve yourself, it was necessary to ask personnel to slice it & serve it.. we asked 3 times, and never got help... we stood there waiting and no help came... i guess the manager who said was getting help could have served us, but did not... we got tired and went back to the table... the meat options were not that great, i had the garlic picanha and it was pretty tough, rough to even cut with a knife, NY strip was def not it.. i only liked the lamb... i've been to other Fogo locations & have really enjoyed it.. not sure why this location/dinner was off? Not sure i would recommend or visit again..

Yelp
The meat is delicious. They go around nonstop offering all the cuts. We did their Miami spice menu which you pay $39/pp and you get 4 different cuts and unlimited sides. They have a salad bar with lots of choices. We also tried Caipirinha. All 3 flavors, original lime, strawberry hibiscus and passion fruit. My personal favorite was the strawberry hibiscus. Highly recommend making reservations because if you don't the wait time is over an hour. The grilled cheese was so delicious with a drizzle of honey. My daughter was obsessed with the fried polenta and the cheese bread! Very fresh and so yummy. The hostess is very attentive and gives you an update while you wait to be seated. Our waiter was very friendly and made sure nothing was missing on our table! Great service. I'm not big on meats but this is an experience you need to try at least once. Very yummy and fresh!

Chanae I.

Yelp
Did someone say are you can eat Brazilian steak! It's true all you can eat steak house with a salad bar along with fruits and small appetizer bites. The waitress goes around with different cuts of steak and you choose what you want. Everything is quality and delicious you have to try the fried cheese this drizzled with honey was is my favorite little appetizer. This is the type of place where you need to save your appetite for. I highly recommend this restaurant, especially for the meat lovers.

Yelp
Lunch was excellent. The service staff were at the top of their game. Patricio the host made sure we had a great time, and our server Hugo (?) was very attentive and professional. The food was delicious and has forever changed my opinion on this type of steakhouse which is sometimes known for overfeeding people with cheap fatty cuts of meat. The marketplace salad/charcuterie section would have easily filled us up but we added a Wagyu T-bone steak and shared that for 5 of us. 5 stars and smiles all round
google avatar

Yelp
Came for my mom's birthday and it was a fantastic experience! Service was outstanding Manuel did a great job accommodating our large group. Food was on point as usual. Very tasty and the great selection of the market table. Everyone was comfortable and ate well, or rather over-ate well. This has now become my go to place for larger groups! You can't beat the good service and meal quality!

Yelp
We dined at Fogo this past Monday the 2nd of June. We came to celebrate our 10 year graduating from 5th grade and wanted to treat him to a nice lunch at Fogo de Chao. He's been wanting to come here for a while. Jonathan our server was amazing and super friendly. We enjoyed our time there. Nice to have such great service from an outstanding person like Jonathan ! Will be back soon.

Yelp
Come ready to eat. Our group did the churrasco experience and it was a great selection of meats. For $67 it is a pretty good deal. They also have a salad bar with tons of options and sides. The drinks were ok nothing special. The restaurant is huge and they have a cool intimate bar on the second floor. Service was good, but not great.
google avatar

Alfredo H.

Yelp
This is such a great restaurant , beautifully appointed, elegant and inviting, the service is phenomenal and they have a great salad bar with many good selections. The meats are above par and the prices are well below what you'd expect.

Yelp
SELVIN!!! King of Fogo, we come here often and it never disappoints. Selvin made us the most delicious drinks and we just had to leave a review. For anyone coming here who enjoys Gin, ask for the Selvin-tini. Love it here!

Yelp
You must visit EVITA at the Next Level whiskey Lounge every Wednesday. Very knowledgeable of the spirits and a true mixologist. You can't beat the live trumpet player, silky tunes and fresh cigars...I'll be back every Wednesday

Yelp
Food is always delicious the staff are always very friendly and the music is great! And I also love to order to go! The price is very reasonable!

Yelp

Yelp
This is pretty much your standard Fogo restaurant. Staff is nice and the meats came around very quickly. The bar staff went over and above for us and arranged a table outside with a torch lighter so we could have an after dinner cigar. We really appreciated that effort.
google avatar

Danielle T.

Yelp
Amazing salad and buffet bar. Meat was excellent, and the servers ask which meats you want. The restaurant is spectacularly designed, not too big but very clean. Highly recommend this over Texas de Brazil.
google avatar

Roly P.

Yelp
We had a fabulous Caymus, wine tasting dinner, we had great service from David and Rachel, the amount of food given was ridiculous, the events here are very well done. I encourage anyone that has the opportunity to attend to do so
google avatar

Jesus C.

Yelp
Last night it was a disaster! The side dishes (mashed pot - barely any , plantains , fries ) took over 30 min . Only to get stale fries . My wife's salmon was horrid. And it was apparent they were not prepared to handle a full restaurant! Not going back rather go to Texas de Brazil! They don't run out of mashed potatoes.

Yelp
Located in the heart of Coral Gables, Fogo De Chão is a nice spot that offers a lively all you can eat experience with a wide variety of meat cuts. Plenty of folks walking around with the cuts and super attentive and always asking. The service as superb festive ambiance and mood for fun.

Yelp
I had the pleasure of booking a party for 30 people in Fogo's UPSTAIRS event room, The Next Level Lounge. Wow, what an amazing place to have a party. Sales Manager, Osiris, was above and beyond amazing. She helped me choose all the details for the event. All in all, what I received was an excellent price for everything that was provided and the food was absolutely spectacular. A great big shout out of thanks and gratitude to Julia who worked the bar as well as servers Patricia and Xielem. I have always enjoyed dining at Fogo and if I ever have another event, it will definitely be in the Next Level Lounge.
google avatar

Mario R.

Yelp
Honestly I can't give this franchise the adequate amount of praise. A massive burger and fries for $9 in Coral Gables?! The bar bites menu has a lot of great options at an affordable price, the drinks are also reasonably priced, and of course the "experience" is amazing. The only thing on the menu that I wouldn't recommend are the lobster and shrimp tacos.. they're awful. lol The service is also amazing, especially at the bar. It's by far my favorite lunch spot in the Gables.
google avatar

E D.

Yelp
Came here to celebrate my uncles birthday and was not disappointed! First, I could have easily just eaten the corn salad and the beet salad. My taste buds were in heaven! All the meats were delicious as well. And the service was outstanding. We sat by the grill. it was beautiful. The salad bar was also very nicely decorated.

Yelp
We had the best time at Fogo de Chão happy hour! Such great deals and all day happy hour every day. Most places will give you small servings on the happy hour but not here. The complimentary cheese bread was great. All the food from the happy hour menu we tried was good. The bar is a little small and not too many seats but it makes for great service. Will definitely be back for these great deals.

Yelp
Last week we visited Fogo de Chão for my son's surprise 16th birthday dinner. We invited 9 of his friends and they all loved the food selections and ambiance. Previous to the event, I had been in touch with the sales manager, Osiris, and she was wonderful at coordinating everything and having it prepared for the event. I did ask for a small request to have a table set for 4 nearby as I did not want to sit with my son and his friends. I was told in the days prior that they could not fulfill the request with it being a Friday. I'll admit I was a bit disappointed as I wanted him to enjoy this birthday as a young adult and semi independent from myself and my company. The day of the event the hostess rearranged the seating without us requesting it, and had the adults sitting just a few feet away, it did make the world of difference and we were all grateful. Although it was a Friday, this particular Friday was not very busy perhaps due to the forecast of rain. Unfortunately, I do not remember her name but she was a petite and young Brazilian woman with an accent and short hair, she was very accommodating and very kind too. We had Kevin as our server and he was very attentive and ensured the beverages and gauchos kept coming. The food was delicious, my only complaint was that the mashed potatoes were bland and the fried bananas were soggy. Having been to another popular rodizio, I can say that these two items need a little sprucing up. Once it was time for dessert there was a bit of a hiccup that was resolved to the best of their ability at the time and very much appreciated. My son and friends, myself and company enjoyed the evening overall. In fact, this upcoming weekend we'll be back to celebrate my mom's 60th birthday. I've been in contact with Osiris to plan for this event and again, she's been nothing short of helpful and professional. I informed her of the concern I had regarding the desserts and she made sure this was rectified for this upcoming weekend, she's also been very accommodating and for this event she's placed us in the private room, and she is able to work with special requests. I look forward to posting an update review of our experience. I also wanted to make a quick note about the parking, there is plenty of parking and it is not necessary to valet park. However, I did valet because I had items I intended to decorate the table with, then learned that it wasn't necessary. The other small inconvenience in which I dropped the ball, was not asking for the shades to be drawn. As you can see, the natural lighting in the background from the window did not allow me to get not one good picture of my son and his friends. Something to think about if you're planning an event and being seated near the window.

Yelp
They have the best lunch in Coral Gables, you can have all types of salads, and the best quality meets. I highly recommend David, and Shellis.

Yelp
We have eaten here a couple of times and are always very pleased with our experience. This time, our waiter was Sergio, and he was really the best! He was very attentive and anticipated our needs.

Yelp
We had a great time at this location for Thanksgiving. They served turkey along with all the thanksgiving sides that were delicious along with all the meats and salad bar. The cheese bread is so good! Try the Brazilian lemonade too:) Our waiter was very attentive and great service. The restaurant was very nice, easy parking and outside seating.

Yelp
We loved our experience at this place. I have gone to other competitors before but this place makes you feel fancy and expensive. The prices are reasonable for the food that you are recieving. We went during a special they had which was $39 + tax and tip per person for dinner. This included unlimited meats from their table to table service and unlimited trips to their delicious salad bar. We also tried a drink from their happy hour menu and it was pretty good but a bit too strong for my liking. Everyone is so nice and makes sure that you are enjoying yourself and the food. We had multiple people remember we liked a certain cut of meat or fried cheese and came up to our table constantly in case we were in need of refills. All in all this experience was great! Would go again, 10/10!

Yelp
I will quickly compare Fogo to Texas de Brazil for you then give you the longer review. Fogo will give you better cuts like ribeye & lamb chops for around the same cost at Texas depending where (Dolphin Mall Lunch Buffet is the same price)... BUT! ... Texas uses charcoal & wood fire witch is waaaay more flavorful. I come to Brazilian Steakhouses for the lunch menu because I believe that's the best ban for the buck. You're eating the same meats & pay less than Dinner. It's a no brainer if your mission is just the meats & not the table buffet. I came in here, first guy I came across was a gaucho with white hair & facial hair who right off the bat did not look too happy or welcoming. Usually these places have a host but it was just this unhappy gaucho with a snobby attitude. My waitress was waaaaaaay nicer than this guy & took care of me. All of the other gauchos were very accommodating to me. I remember asking her to bring the ribeye & lamb chops knowing well those are the most expensive cuts. I could see it in her face that there was going to be some kind of resistance... But there wasn't any lol! I know the system these places use & was ready to get the manager should I have not gotten those cuts... But it was unnecessary. They didn't play any games with me. I ate the as much ribeye & lamb chops as I wanted. I'm planning on going back again soon. The ambiance is high end although the fabric bench seating isn't something I'm too much a fan of & it's located in a narrow passage between the bench seating & the tables in the center the restaurant. I think I'll ask for a table next time as it looked very nice on that side. The carpet floor looks a little worn especially in the steps that lead to the buffet table. They used glass cups instead of wine glass for water which I thought was weird. Maybe I'm just used to Texas de Brazil.

Yelp
Let me start by saying I was very excited to try this restaurant and I was so utterly let down and disappointed I had to share the experience. First off, we had a reservation for 4 people at 7:30pm. Upon our arrival we were seated in a far back table in the cocktail area very far from the food. When my mom asked if it was possible to sit in a closer table we were given attitude and basically told no. Once our "server" arrived, she seemed completely lost and already started off on a bad foot by not even asking us if we wanted something to drink. We finally had to flag her down again to order a drink. That was probably the last time we saw her. Th rest of the night we were having to either ask gauchos or other tables servers to please fetch our waiter or the things we would like to order. It took us asking 3 different people and about 45minutes to finally get the sides brought to our table, which was brought by another waiter because they felt so bad for us. Might I add, all the sides were all cold by the way. Our server didn't even come by to ask how the food was. We were clearly disappointed throughout the entire meal and she couldn't care less, because she was nowhere to be found. Also, our table was riddled with dirty plates the ENTIRE meal that she never came by to pick up (the photo I have added was our table for almost 1.5hrs) We only were able to have one round of drinks because we were never checked on to order another round. For me, when I go out to eat to spend my hard earned money, the service is half of the experience. The food was not bad, but the terrible service made the experience as a whole bad. Our bill was almost $400 and I left extremely dissatisfied. All in all, I used to rant and rave about how good this place looked. Now that I went, I will never be back and I urge everyone to go eat elsewhere.

Yelp
No gatekeeping in 2023 so I am here to say that the happy hour at Fogo de Chao absolutely SLAYS. I have visited Fogo de Chao before for their infamous all you can eat steak offerings, but never for happy hour. Yesterday I discovered that Fogo de Chao offers all day happy hour and it is available every day. Yes, read that again ALL DAY EVERY DAY! What does that include? I thought you'd never ask: +$8 wines +$10 South American Cocktails (these are 5 of their signature cocktails available for hh pricing) - I ordered the Cucumber Mint Smash and it was super refreshing +$5 Beers +$6 bar bites +$9 Burger If that isn't enough of a deal, they have a selection of shareables, like a delicious bone churrasco board for $15. Most of the shareable plates range from $9-15. We also got the spinach dip, chicken sliders, and shrimp tacos. Our server, Kellis, was so nice and accommodating. The bar bite specials are available only at the bar, but the area is super large. Plenty of tables as well as high tops and bar space. Of course, if you want to indulge in the meats you can have the traditional experience. This new Fogo de Chao is on Ponce in the new Gables development is absolutely gorgeous. Parking can be a bit tricky, but I snagged a street spot right in front. They also offer valet for $12 I saw when I was driving around. Will 100% be back!

Yelp
Side salad bar was okay , a lot of the steaks were REALLY salty. To the point my lips were burning. My favorite part was the queso with honey. When I got to my reservation I had to wait an extra 20 minutes for my table to be ready. Other people had to wait a long time. Also alot of the meat they had to serve us was really red. It was way too chewy. A lot of meat going to waste when it's just overly salty and way too red.
