This restaurant is gorgeous. I love the atmosphere with the dim lighting, dark furniture and displays. It was clean around the restaurant and we were immediately greeted by the hostess at the front. I did have a reservation and put it was our anniversary in the notes. We chose a booth which was comfy and it was my boyfriend's first time at a Brazilian steakhouse. We got our drinks ordered rather quickly and Jonathan was our server and explained the concept of the all you can eat. My boyfriend orders a Diet Coke and I just got sparkling water. That was the last time we saw our server, but I think he got switched out with another server later on, we just didn't get notified if there was a change. We helped ourselves to the beautifully displayed buffet of salads, fresh fruits, vegetables, sauces and much more. I really did enjoy the beet tartar with the meats. I also tried the Cesar salad, tabouli salad, corn, smoked salmon with capers among a few other veggie sides. It was really good all around! The smoked salmon was also at temperature too as well as everything else since it was on ice. The Brazilian cheese bread was delicious as well and good for little bites! We tried a majority of the steaks from filet mignon, flank, ribeye, lamb, pork belly with honey (my favorite) and chicken! The filet mignon was a bit burnt on the outside and still a bit chewy. The other steaks were juicy and light with the thin slices. There was one younger waiter who always sighed when cutting meat and wasn't very friendly it seemed or sometimes he would serve the table next to us and skip us so we'd have to wait longer for someone else to come by. Also some of the meats are very juicy which is great, but when cutting those kinds of meats, I'd just be more aware of cutting since juices were flying out on the table and almost my boyfriends shirt. We also noticed that whoever was setting the table next to us was grabbing the utensils from the top instead of the middle or bottom which could pose a health risk too. The tables were also fairly close together for booths because when the servers would stop at the table next to us, the servers behind would almost or do touch our table while we are eating. We would wait anywhere between 2.5 to almost 10 minutes for new meat options. My boyfriend also didn't get a refill until we were close to being done even though the table next to us got refills and they even came after us. When the lunch rush was slowing down, that's when we finally had the new server come to us and ask if we wanted any specific kinds of meat and that's when I ordered the filet mignon and lamb since those haven't came around yet. We had also asked for more Brazilian cheese bread and the server took the empty bowl. A bit later when he came by again and asked if we needed anything else, we mentioned we were waiting for the bread to come back out. He asked if someone didn't bring it out to us, but no one did. There was one other server who was very nice, I think he just started his shift (shaved head I'm sorry I didn't see his name), but he was the only person who seemed genuine in asking us if we needed anything and the lady was also nice as well when she came around letting us know when the meat would be done. We finished with getting some fresh fruit and also no mention of our anniversary even though it was in the notes of the reservation. Overall the food was pretty good. I loved the station where you got the food yourself, the pork belly with honey, cheese with honey, Brazilian cheese bread and beet tartar especially, but for paying as much as you are, I would've hoped for the service to be a bit better and if there are any notes on a reservation to fully read through it just in case. Even just something simple as the host say happy anniversary etc... would have been nice to hear for something special. I would definitely go once for an experience and be hungry if you do go, but otherwise I think I wouldn't go back again after having the one experience.
