We came here after many online recommendations and had high expectations — I was genuinely excited to try the meat.
The staff was friendly at first, but communication was very difficult as tourists. We had to rely on Google Translate, and no one clearly explained how the rodizio system works.
The wait was extremely long. The buffet was disappointing — the salads were not good at all. After receiving the first dish, it took a long time to get any main meat.
Only later did we realize we had disc on the table that we were supposed to flip from red to green to receive meat. We sat for almost 30 minutes without anyone explaining this, even though it was obvious we didn’t speak the language or understand the system.
Even after flipping the disc, we were repeatedly skipped and had to ask the staff multiple times. In the end, we gave up waiting, just had some wine, and left very disappointed.
