Foix de Sarria is undoubtedly the best place to find pastries. This store is brimming with tradition and incredible flavors. Make sure to try the small bisquita and cakes—they are a must!

This place is like a joke. It is small old style pastry shop which became a must for the wannabe rich locals. The prices are crazy high. It is more a museum than a real place to shop. They have a selection of cheeses and wine as well. Do not forget to get your number at the entrance to be served.

I bought a little Panettone this morning - 500gr. It was not cooked enough, and the taste has nothing to do with real Panettone from Milan. A real huge disappointment. And very expensive for what it is. Never again!

my wife always buys pastry and ice cream at Foix Sarria. Today she bought one liter of ice cream and the box was only in a regular box not as usual ( ice box) The ice cream melted in 30 mn and had to throw it and ice cream all on her dress!!!

The croissant is small but delicious.. a little bit pricey for Barcelona standards. Paid 3.15 euro for a croissant and a cafe con leche.

As I live next door, I have to buy from them from time to time, but never was satisfied not with quality nor with service of shop assistants! They are way too rude and behave as they are owners of the world! Seriously are they teaching them to treat regular clients like this? Today was unacceptable episode! I bought croissants and one almond croissant, when I opened package at home almond croissant didn’t look like croissant but like porridge and absolutely wet! When I tried it it had taste of alcohol and was absolutely bitter! I don’t really want to it croissant with alcohol especially without knowing it!!! Toxic place and toxic products! Never again

Must try: Butter croissant!! But all other desserts are very recommended since they look fantastic.

What a nice bakery. Can't pass by without being lured in by the aroma. I don't know what any of the baked goods are called but that didn't slow me down from ordering and eating. Good coffee (of course), they do run out of the good stuff later in the morning.

Yelp 100 Challenge 2018 103/100 ! Is it a deli? Is it a bakery? Is it a patisserie? The answer really is Foix de Sarria is all three. When you walk in you turn to the left and there are displays filled with artisan chocolates and well-crafted pastries. You look down the small shop and you see fresh baked bread on the walls and meats/cheeses also on display for gourmet sandwiches. Finally, if you turn ever so slightly you'll then see a line out the door for their ice creams, sorbets, and gelatos. On this hot day walking around Barcelona, these iced treats are magnificent. They have fruit sorbet flavors like mango that are refreshingly tasty. They also have gelatos that had a real deep creamy taste. We also purchased their fig tart and mango mousse and just looking at the photos below you'll be able to see the exquisite nature of each. Both were delicious and come in this gold packaging that just adds to the wow-factor of the desserts. You could find a dozen bakeries walking around this area. You might also find a handful of ice cream shops. But at Foix de Sarria you can have the best of both worlds in one stop. Worth a try!

This place was founded in the late 1800's the history and service is just as good as it's. "Crema catalana" and their or haya. Can't miss it!

Friendly, attentive service. Delicious pastries and cakes that weren't too sweet, and were beautiful visually.
