Order was wrong. She misunderstood the order. Paid for food that was provided. Checked everything over on the receipt. Was shorted a beef lo-mien so I went in to get another and told her I asked for 2 over the phone. Waited 15 min longer for correction. Got home and opened the bag. They gave me beef on a stick instead of ribs! 😞 How hard is it to get an order right? 🤦🏻‍♂️😒

The food is always amazing and they are always so sweet I ordered them threw door dash and when they saw I didn't have a dasher for over a half hour they personally delivered the food to me I will forever choose Foliage as my first choice to get Chinese food

Order was delivered to our house and the food was really dry there was no sauce on our chicken. It was dried out and hard to eat. We throw it out because its inedible and decided to call to try to get my order remade after spending $40. The lady was nice about it, she said they were busy and she understood, she assured me it would get it remade and delivered. Okay great! The order shows up an hour later and the driver demands our old food. Why? I don't know. Its in the trash. He calls who im assuming is the owner & the driver stood there with the owner on the phone arguing with us over the phone saying we have to exchange the food to get our remade order. We tell them that we dont have it and its in the trash. Nobody over the phone said we had to exchange anything. We threw it away because it was inedible. He says well next time you have to exchange we dont give away food. Okay so maybe you should have made it right the first time! Why would you want old food anyways? Needless to say we won't be back.

Ordered from door dash it was the second time they got my order wrong, where I was chipped for my money after paying for extra chicken. The sesame chicken was not fresh it was very dry, it was cold and tasted like cardboard. Never ordering from this location again.

We always had a great experience with the foliage. Food is normally good. Tonight my parents picked up an order and when they got home there was brown sauce and oil all over their car. Whoever packed the food put it in sideways..The egg rolls were ruined and the food was dry from the sauce leaking all over. They couldn't even eat it. My mother called to explain what happened. The girl she was speaking to, told her to hold on for a minute. My mother could hear her talking to someone eles about it. They told the girl to just hang up! Wow! Talk about horrible customer service! They definitely lost our families business.

Food had a weird taste. As my son was eating the pork fried rice he almost ate a piece of metal. Called them and the lady apologized and sent the man out for the dish. He looked for the piece of metal and walk away. In the second dish had 2 pieces of black hair and none in my house has black hair went to the garbage. Ended making dinner for my family in the end! Terrible place and would never order from this place again! The guy had a terrible attitude returned for his metal food and don’t even want to take ot back in the end! Suck a waste of time

always have loved this place but after tonight i can say different. ordered the beef and broccoli and the beef was so tough and hard that it was inedible. driver also assumed he was getting a $10 tip with a smile on his face. took it with not even saying a word. should’ve gotten $14 back with a possible $3-4 tip. won’t be ordering for a long time. very disappointed.

First time we ordered from this place and it will be my last. The food was so bad. There was way too much ginger and five spice. Ordered boneless spareribs and they had no sauce. Fried dumplings all you taste is five spice, fried rice too much of both. Shrimp roll had two chunks of ginger. Should have been a ginger roll. Two orders of fried chicken wings, they were so dried out. The entire order went in the trash. $85. Never again!!!
