This is just a wow! Amazing Spanish restaurant in the heart of Madrid. Authentic Spanish food, fresh ingredients, full of flavours, we just love this place. We had a wonderful hearty tomatoes with confit onions, callos with a touch of spice and arroz a banda that was unbelievable. Great wine list, lovely friendly staff. For sure we will come back.

This establishment delivered one of the best meals i have ever had. Every course was another gastronomical dream. As is typical in Spain, the meal started with a plate of olives and bread. The olives were stuffed with habenero-tomato and pimento. These were the best stuffed olives I have ever eaten. The meal got only better from here. A group of seven of us shared an array of appetizers. There wasn't a single one that disappointed. We planned on other entrees, but after sharing the plates, we chose a couple of paellas. I'm not usually a big fan of these rice dishes, but these were amazing. We shared the crepe suzette and a coffee tart that finished off the meal amazingly. On top of this, a small tray of dessert pastries was brought out, and they were an incredible treat. Regardless of how great the meal was, the service here was better; it was first-rate - attentive but not obtrusive. Obviously, I can't say enough about this restaurant. I highly recommend it.

Consistently delicious food, accompanied by impeccable service. It is my must-stop every time I visit Madrid, and they never disappoint. Also - the only place outside Valencia I trust to properly make a good Valencian-style rice!

Incredible place!! We wanted to get some really good food and not just the typical dishes. This place has been by far our best dinning experience in Madrid!! Amazing food, incredible service and great ambience. You guys rock!!

Excellent, traditional food (with a bit of a twist). The service is top notch - one of the best I have experienced in Spain. Highly recommend the rice and the green bean salad. The pear tatin is also great.

The Owner is very kind, charming, and a delight. I debated about revealing this gem with a review, but I told the Owner when we stopped in and the restaurant was closed and he still offered us a beer that we would try dinner here tonight! And, super good! Paella to die for. The jambon is intensely flavored, and carved at your table. If you don't stop in you are missing a Michelin reviewed restaurant that is superb.

The best steak I ever had in Madrid was here. The servers were very professional and they made us feel welcome.
