Fonda Moderna Taqueria

Fonda Moderna offers a refreshing take on modern Mexican cuisine. Their tacos are flavorful and unique, and the guacamole is one of the best I’ve had. The décor is sleek and modern, and there’s a fun vibe to the restaurant. It’s a great place for a night out with friends, and the cocktails are fantastic. The prices are fair for the quality of food and atmosphere, which is a nice surprise in this part of town.

This restaurant is set inside Mess Hall. A communal modern food court. The ribeye tacos were excellent but a little rich for my taste (ribeye is my fav cut of meat). I loved their taquitos and salad 🥗 as well. Great options. We will def go back

My husband and I LOVE this place! Literally our favorite place to get tacos. We always get the chips and guac and vary up our tacos. Ordered the 5 taco sampler. Great tacos, although a bit on the small side. Large menu though and I did not explore much. Great concept in the “mess hall” approach. Other restaurants available along with a relaxed atmosphere with some game options.

Since discovering Fonda Moderna a few months ago we’ve eaten here at least 20 times. Yesterday was the first day we remembered to take a picture before gobbling up all our food! Best guac and best tacos in town!! We love the chicken tinga, mushroom, and guac tacos. They also make a dang good quesadilla with rice and beans for kids. Oh AND, they have fantastic salsas 💯recommend

Those tacos al pastor are one of the best tacos I eat, absolutely delicious, but they cost $5.50 but are really good, I definitely going to comeback!

This place is located in a place called "Flight" which is a bunch of office buildings. In this is a food court with a number of places to eat. Fonda is just one of seven different food choices. There is also a full bar in this place. Now I like to try different places especially for taco night, so Fonda was the selection for tonight. It's an unassuming counter but the video display provides some incredible options to choose from I got four different tacos and i have to say, I was completely impressed. The different flavors, the meats, it was all different from most taco places and I will certainly be going back next week. It's a little pricey but then the tacos are certainly top end. If your looking for a new taco flavor then you should come check this place out.

my friend brought me a few tacos from here (birria, al pastor, and chicken) and WHEW! they were amazing! the sauce was so good and the tortillas were … i don’t even know how to describe them… so unique and clearly homemade? definitely recommend!!
