Run by the owners themselves, Fonda Pepa feels personal in the best way. The food is out of this world: tomatoes aguachile, oysters with ceviche juice, fish tacos, and that insane surf & turf - a pollo a la brassa with prawns.
Oh, and that flan!!! I am still thinking of it.
