Fantastic experience! Our server, Kim, was awesome, she was kind enough to bring our bags to our vehicle, because we requested SEPARATE bags for multiple orders and locations. My family really enjoyed our burgers & fries! 😋 Burgers were of the highest standard, juicy and flavorful. we will definitely go back.

I am African American that's writing this review. This is a black-owned restaurant. So you try to support your own kind.. I probably spent $1,000 with them buying hamburgers over the years. They will never get a penny out of me again. I buy a hamburger from this place. I told them to put extra mayo and catch up on my burger. Get to the place the price is higher. I asked them did you go up on the price I'm always coming here and buying hamburgers. She told me no, we charge you extra for ketchup and mayo. I said I go to all type of restaurants white /black. They never charge you for no ketchup or extra ketchup. I told them ,I shouldn't have to pay for something that's already coming on the hamburger. But you don't charge me If I get extra ketchup packs. Black man that run it he wasn't there today. It was two black women. You know black women attitude I had to walk out and leave the hamburger, because of principle of what they try to do. They will never get my business again. A restaurant like that don't deserve to be in business, how they treat their customers. Then the black woman had a nerve to tell me, we is a small black business so that's why we charge for ketchup The white folks don't do it, The Chaldeans don't do it, The Arabs don't do it You should be proud to get somebody to purchase something from you. not try to nickel and dime you. If you worry about charging me extra, you ain't worried about me spending $1,000 with you no more. That's over with, over some petty ketchup that you try to play me on. That ketchup going to cost you more, than what I've been spending with you. I hope The ketchup was worth it. No customers should get treated like that, You give black business owners bad reputation. We already have it hard in the world already. And you make it prime example why people don't want to shop and eat at black restaurants

Tried to call my order in and was on hold for ten minutes before I decided to hang up. I called back and then they kept hanging up on me. Normally I wouldn't care but I'm really hungry and I had a taste for them so I decided to write a review.

I just came from here and the big baby has gotten way smaller I spent almost 46 bucks and it wasn't worth it....I use to come here about 5years ago and this sandwich was way way bigger..I wish I could post pictures I got 1 cut of cornbread and this is not. 91b burger at all...I got the big baby fries all I can say is wow...if i pay a good amount for a burger i should get what u described it to be.. taste was good but very disappointed ☹️

Saturday 3/2/2024 at 6:53pm I placed a order for 2 big baby seafood fries there was no salmon two pieces of beef sausage. I called the restaurant on Monday because they are closed on Sunday. I let them know about my complaint then the person who answered the phone asked me did I still have the food on Monday? I simply said who’s gonna keep fast food until Monday? She then stated that she spoke with the manager and stated there was nothing that they can do because I did not keep the food until Monday, wow food exchange y’all need to do better

So the wait is about 25 minutes, and WELL worth it! I ordered their classic Big Baby burger, a lamb burger, and some Big baby fries. This was one of the best burgers I ever had, the corned beef was immaculate and everything was fresh and HUGE! A must try for anyone visiting Detroit.

First time going here. I got the seafood big daddy fries. I gave this place a 2 because of the 2 pieces of salmon, 2 small shrimp, and 2 slivers of sausage that came on some unseasoned home style fries that taste like they were boiled. Oh and can't forget the table spoon of sauce that was on it. It cost almost 20 dollars and all I got was pretty much a boiled potato with plenty of parsley. SMDH. WONT BE BACK

I came into this place a couple of weeks ago while I was on business in Detroit. Now I'm from Chicago, and Chicago has one of the best burger places in the entire country hands down but the burger that I got here at the Food Exchange easily rivals Au Cheval, I was blown away seriously. If you are in Detroit or you're headed to Detroit and you have a thing for good food. Please please please check this place out, well worth it.
