Food Fight

Newly renovated, properly this time. Previous spot where Roadside Seafood was located. Ample parking in the back off of Eugene Gibbs St. Friendly staff, fast service, and tasty pizza! We ordered pizza from them a week after going in, unsure about delivery as we picked it up.

Add this restaurant to your must try list, you won't be disappointed! They have a cute and cozy dining area along with a small "bar" area. The service was excellent. We had the cheeseburger with the patatas bravas, the mushroom and pepperoni pizza and the shrimp pesto pizza. The patatas bravas (crispy cut up potatoes, seasoned, with a sauce drizzled on top) are delicious! The cheeseburger was very good (they make their own buns) and the pizza-wow! The sauce is one of the best I've ever tasted. It puts an instant smile on your face it's that good. Try it, you'll love it. And, there is plenty of parking with the attached lot that runs behind them, Gillies and Sweetwater (you can get to it by turning on Santee also)

The idea is food from many different cultures. Very fun and tasty. We got three small plates: pork belly buns (amazing), patatas from Spain and Italian meatballs. And the cheesecake was to die for.

Clean plate club certified. Big flavor from this little kitchen. Tell your friends and family about this locally sourced, locally owned, CHS restaurant. Laid back, quick stop on the way back from the beach. The music was rockin too!

Came in for their debut brunch menu, and it was fantastic. The atmosphere was lovely on a nice, rainy, drizzly day in Charleston. Cozy inside, nice music in the background, and the food was tremendous. My compliments to the chef for cultivating a unique, quirky, and tasty menu. Try the fried deviled eggs!

This place is fantastic! It’s a small sit down restaurant or take out. We ate in the front closest to the kitchen on the bar stools. The owner/waitress was courteous and very easy to talk to. We tried their special the Ahi plate, not the exact name. It was just perfect, the right blends of seasonings and sides. Every bite was a delight. It was truly wonderful. Thanks to the husband and wife team it’s a great place. The menu is small, but they do not scrimp on service or deliciousness. We will definitely be back. Thank you for making us feel welcome!

Nice to see one of the newer places on James island open! Very nice atmosphere, friendly service and good food. Welcome to the island!
