I have been donating produce for 2 years. Contributing to the food forward mission. A month ago I went there to donate 2 pallets. One of their employees hit my truck twice with a forklift. First time he bent the tailgate and second time broke the liner. I told him both times why did you do that and he said ‘I didn’t do anything I did not hit it” all of this happened in front of me. I said ’ are you serious? I saw you’ honestly I believe he was drunk. No one normal would act in such way. Then I received a call from the food foward office. I explained the situation and never received a call again Freon the agency relation person. Very disappointed the way they have treated me. I have an official report from that day from Simon. I was told by Simon I was going to get a call back last Monday which never happened. Truly disappointed because it shows how much they care just about themselves and not the donors. I’ll be contacting the CEO since the damaged total to $1,800
