"Inspired by food courts, Food Market opened in August 2020 and boasts six different restaurants — Grilled & Smoked, Samuray Sushi, Delixius Wave (with a menu of tacos, salads, and bagels), Fettuccini (serving handmade pasta, gnocchi, and Argentine sorrentinos, with a gluten-free alternative), Green Bowl (vegan and vegetarian dishes), and Fishos (serving fish and shrimp tacos, burgers, and burritos). The place is totally casual — groups can grab food from different spots and sit together — and the ship containers-turned-kitchens give the market an urban look, breaking up the beachy monotony with a touch of originality. Grilled and Smoked (@grilled_and_smoked) was the star with really great food! We started with a smoked sailfish salad. It was done perfectly with just the right amount of smoke. Then the ribs (fall off the bone), but the star was the Cowboy Steak, a 2.5 lb tomahawk done perfectly medium rare. No exaggeration, it was the best steak I've ever had and I live in Western Canada. If you go for the tomahawk, it was recommended to call ahead. And be patient, perfection can't be rushed. We shared all the dishes between 5 people and it was more than enough. The Mezcalitas and Azulitas were both great! Service was fast and friendly and right at the table. I've been to some Food Markets that operate like a food court; this one is like a restaurant. Service comes to the table. I would go again!!

Had a decent burger from here but wouldn't rush back for it. The bar made a nice cocktail but was quite slow.

Everyone visiting La Punta must try! The BEST mezcalitas in the whole of Puerto, we literally tried every flavour because they were so delicious, huge shoutout to Ilse. Two for one happy hour too.

This review is based upon eating at four of the restaurants. The vegetarian place gets five stars for its bulls, the fish taco place gets five stars for its fish tacos, but the pasta place gets zero stars and the rib place gets zero stars. The ribs were tough and unedible. The person who cooked them had no idea how to cook ribs. We tried the pasta with the meat sauce and it was bad. The flavors were just blah and borderline uneditable.

The fish tacos from Fisho's were OUTSTANDING. The best tacos on our trip so far. So much flavour! They are 3 for 120 pesos and worth it!

We had tuna tataki and tuna tostadas from the staff on the left with the lovely Italian chef. They were amazing. I’m usually very hesitant to eat raw fish while traveling but this was the freshest, most wonderful tuna and completely worth it. Highly recommend!

Fisho's (the first stall on the right) has some amazing fish tacos! The market has lots of good food options and also a great place to grab a drink as the bar usually had great 2 for 1 drink specials.
