Food to Go

First time trying this && I ordered shrimp pasta and the food was good until i just pulled a hair out of my mouth. Literally disgusted. No it’s not mine I am literally bald headed. If you look close it’s on the napkin.

I was told my wings will be hot and wet. I got mild wings and definitely dry. Dry as hell.

Great food cheap prices and open til 4 will be returning. Got the 10 pcs wings dinner for only $12 and as you can see I had to make myself remember to post pics. Lol but the food presentation was much better than this .

I'm sorry I couldn't share a pic of my food because it smelled so good and fresh I had to bite it and then I couldn't stop..lol today I tried the fish sandwich fried..omg it was so big (that fish) and soooo good! I didn't even mind driving 18 minutes to get there from my house. I will always go back here! I love the shrimp Alfredo also. Try thier cakes and banana pudding!!! Support local!! This place is a neighborhood jewel.

The food was so fresh and tasty!!!! It is one of the best places you can find in the area if you are looking for real food, the prices are really good and the portions are large , we got tilapia and grilled chicken, and all was perfectly cooked, :) I recommend it 100%!!!

Philly Cheese Steak one of the best I've eaten, Mac and Cheese pretty good. Cheesecake was pretty dang good, really good cheesecake.

These Guys have Southern Hospitality Down!! Customer Service Remarkable, Food Quality Outstanding, Wonderful, Devine Chicken Alfredo, This Banana Pudding is a Blast to your palet. Loads of flavor that melts in your mouth. These hard working gentleman made my night. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 I will be back!!

Yummy. Okay so y'all know how they talk about stripclubs having the best food right?! Welp Food to go is right next to Strokers Strip club. They are the restaurant that services the club so boom I can try the food without seeing nudity - win for me - but I'm sure most of y'all want the nudity with the chicken lol. The parking lot at night was a little confusing because the strip club has valet. In the day time there were some parking spots. We tried a Turkey Burger combo, Ribeye Steak with loaded Potato and Hot Lemon Pepper Wings with fries. First the fries were very good. I'm such a fry snob so this was a very good sign. My burger was big, cooked properly and juicy. Yummy in my tummy. The HIM enjoyed his steak. I didn't try it and we both shared the wings and they were delicious. If you haven't tried them, try them. This is not a dine in restaurant hence the name so be prepared to either eat in your car or take it home. We never make it to the house with our food so I can't speak on the reheating factor. enjoy...

The owner cheese is supposed to be a friend of mine but I see this place is a scam I can't believe how disrespectful they are and how much money is stolen decade of people drinking and ordering food paying double the food not cooked all the way I'm shocked. Everyone been saying this for years now I guess when u know people are drunk the best place to have the worst service and food is next to a strip club. I expected better from him personally and told him myself but if this is what it is I can never respect food to go! They def not goin care once they get your money. It won't look good on your end. I'll still give you 3 stars cause the food good.

Man, this place completely blindsided me. I'll admit I was VERY skeptical about ordering from Uber Eats tonight, as my fiance and I have had three mediocre to bad meals through them recently with stuff missing and poorly made food. Tonight was different! They say, "Third time's the charm," but we lucked out on our fourth try in this case. With a name like "Food to Go," I was expecting Sodexo quality food - the kind you get at cafeterias in colleges or hospitals (decent but nothing spectacular). I did notice the 4.5 star average on here, but my anxiety continued to build as the pictures were having trouble loading tonight, and I was initially indecisive about what to get. To make matters worse, the order was taking longer than expected to be prepared, the delivery fee was about $6, and when it arrived, I noticed they forgot utensils that I asked for specifically. I was pretty worried to say the least. First off, I opened up the chicken sandwich plate. I was greeted by a very overcooked looking chicken breast - dark brown. My anxiety turned to frustration as I was worried that Uber Eats had let us down again...But let me tell you, as soon as I ripped a piece of that chicken off and tasted it, I was pleasantly taken aback. Moist, tender, juicy, chicken - not overcooked at all! Thank God lol! I then tried an onion ring...Oh my goodness! Crisp and juicy, not soggy or oily. Just perfectly battered! Secondly, I got into the wings and macaroni plate. Mmm mmm mmm. Soooo much better than the chicken I tried from Buffalo Wild Wings recently. They fried the wings nice and hard like I like it, not soggy like a lot of places. The Carolina BBQ sauce was actually great too, and I don't even like BBQ wings like that. I'm more of a buffalo gal, but these were excellent. The part that surprised me even more about the plate was the mac and cheese. Without even a fork to eat it with, I dug in. Boy, oh boy! Leaps and bounds better than the mac n cheese I had earlier today at Matthews Cafeteria in Tucker. This mac n cheese had love in it. I'm telling you they seasoned it right and cooked it with care. Best restaurant mac n cheese I've had in awhile. Finally, I opened my Philly cheesesteak and sweet potato fries. I'm glad they actually listened and provided the ranch and ketchup I requested, unlike other places. They even gave mayo, which was a nice touch for the cheesesteak. Absolutely no complaints there either. The sandwich had a good portion of meat, good ratio of onions and peppers, and nice soft bread. The sweet potato fries were great also. Wow, from what started as anxiety and fear of a bad meal turned into complete satisfaction and happiness with full bellies lol. I would recommend this spot to anyone ordering through Uber Eats and definitely reorder every single item. With prices averaging at $8 per plate too, you can't go wrong. Thank you Food to Go for not letting me down and providing such an excellent dinner take out service tonight. You'll definitely be getting our business again. I truly appreciate when a business takes their time to make good quality food with care and you can see and taste the difference. Hats off to you!

One of my favorite late night food spots. Food is always made fresh to order. Everything I get always tastes good and the staff is always nice to me. I order through door dash because I hate long wait times that's the only thing but it's worth it plus they're open until 4am

I would say this place is a clean, well kept black owned establishment. The wait times can be extraneous at times; however only on the weekends after 10-11pm when they do not answer the phone line anymore and it's a lot more busier. They're wings are good, chicken tenders, turkey burgers and banana pudding from what I tasted. They let you mix flavors and every order comes with a drink and side. It's affordable prices and fast service. If they ever got anything wrong, they were always willing to fix it and in a timely manner.

Good drunk food... Not sure about my regular day dinner. The wait might have thrown me off too. We called in and still waited 30 min. I try during the day and see

Can't go wrong with the 10 piece honey hot extra crispy with a side of fried shrimp! One of my favorite spots in atl cause they stay open late !

The wings: small in terms of size, deep fried and shrink to death, not plump or juicy inside as other wings, but the seasoning nailed it. The sauce honey hot, tasted just like it sound, sweet, savory and a little bit of kick to it, but not spicy enough. I would recommend this sauce. The fried brocolli: whoever came up with this concept is a genius it taste just like popcorn chicken, the breading was phenomenal crunchy on the outside, soft texture of brocolli on inside.. if I ever owned a restaurant I would hire the chef who invented this broccoli Food & health safety; no one in in the back cooking is wearing a mask. The chef is not wearing a mask. 90% of the customers are not wearing a mask in a confine space. Only the cashier is, so if anyone sneezes or cough in your meal, you know where you got Covid from.

Honey hot wings were delicious. Was just on the road driving too long I needed to stop the reviews were good and the food did not disappoint. Appreciate the customer service. Just grab and go. Better if you call ahead but we were able to sit down and wait for our food.I have a honey hot wings and my son had the Philly cheesesteak. The macaroni and cheese is a must I should've ordered a bigger serving.

Not only was the food amazing, The service makes me want to come back. I'm a new customer who came his first time. I didn't expect the food to taste this good. The food was brought out in a quick manner, and the staff really impressed me with their managwment and effort to please me and other customers. I would recommend this Togo restraint.

Black owned..enough said :) I got there thirty mins after open and I was curious about how the Mac and Cheese tasted and the nice lady behind the counter let me try some. It was so effin good...will return!

Food was not good. We ordered tilapia, Mac & cheese, lemon pepper wings & mashed potatoes. The food was dry & had no taste. They didn't put any condiments... or silverware & napkins. ( I had to ask for it). It's right next to a strip club, so you're going to be around that type of crowd. They seem a lil unorganized as well. I will not be returning. They get 2 stars for being open late. That's about it.

I ordered 50 wings from Food to go and they were delicious! Super fast service and a variety of flavors to pick from. Will definitely use them again for my football tailgating needs!!

This is truly a "to-go" restaurant, there's no place to dine; there's just enough space to order your food and go. I had the shrimp quesadilla with fried broccoli and paid about $13. This is a quaint family owned business-- i will definitely revisit when I'm in the area. The food was good and well seasoned, i didn't have to add anything! I recommend giving it a try.

The Reviews led me to believe I was going to have a amazing black owned restaurant experience but that was no where near the case. the lightskin woman who takes orders has a terrible freaking attitude even if you're polite towards her she just carried herself with nasty energy. I understand we all have our days but this left a bad taste in my mouth especially as a first time go-er. The Food was Okay. The only thing that saved my meal was the water,complimentary hot sauce with my fish nuggets...the fries were terrible,as if they were not fried long enough. I had not fully thawed parts throughout all the fries. Maybe I caught a bad wind on my visit but I don't recommend these folks.

I was in Atlanta a few months ago and my cousin took me to this place. This is definitely a hole in the wall but those places always have the best food. I ordered wings and fries. The food was great and fresh.

I have been going here for last several years. I was disappointed.. the other day it wasn't consistent to what I'm used to from them and no one answers the phone . I ordered strips and the chicken was small and cook tight!

BEST WINGS I've had in the city yet! I'm new to town so have been looking for a wing place that blew me away, which I was yet to find. This spot did it. The wings were cooked just right to where they had a nice crispness to them but weren't dry at all, plus the fried broccoli was a new life experience I didn't know I needed. Not to mention the late hours making them super convenient. Will definitely be going back!

OK. I had a GREAT meal here once. That was the first time. Every time after that has been OK. So I don't want anyone thinking that this is TheBomb.Com because I said it was since.... it was only that once. Maybe I was just hungry. Good food, but I have DEFINITELY had better.

Giving it three stars because the woman was really really nice. But I read the reviews on yelp and decided to go because I want it macaroni specifically. They had good reviews so I was excited to try it. Overall the macaroni was good the rice was good the chicken breast was kind of bland, But I threw some hot sauce on it and it taste better. The thing that bothers me the most was the portion sizes I ate the whole plate and was still hungry and usually I can't finish a full plate. I would rather have a full meal and pay more then pay for samples. So basically I'm about to leave and go get some more food.

The smell and cleanliness is going to sell you at the door. Great customer service, good to know this place beats the stereotype to shreds. If your stomach is turning like mines was this spot will justify your time and effort coming here! Salute #FoodToGo ITS VVS Jules signing out

I came here late Friday night. It was kind of hard to find but I eventually did. It's somewhat of a little while in the wall but you can tell they get busy on weekend nights. I ordered the shrimp Alfredo and a piece of red velvet cake. The pasta was ok but it lacked seasoning. The broccoli tasted like it cake straight out of the bag and on the plate and so did the shrimp. Not much flavor but the Alfredo helped a little in that. The red velvet cake was amazing. Will definitely come back and taste some of their other items.

Food To Go you never disappoint!! This restaurant is a go to for me when I'm ordering on postmates. The food is very reasonably priced and very good! I have had: the Philly cheesesteak, burger, wings, and fried chicken sandwich. All were delicious, though I would caution if you do not like well done burgers make sure to specify the temp you want. It seems they come well done unless asked otherwise. Sides wise- I have tried the sweet potatoes fries, fried broccoli, and Mac and cheese. All are amazing especially the Mac and broccoli!

Customer service is slow as fuck they have no sense of urgency. Even when it's super packed. The people taking orders and calling orders are always slow like they must be on drugs or half sleeping. Food is amazing but service is trash. Also they forget condiments! I can't once and got the best service I ever had there.... there was a white man I never seen before he was amazing!

Great Food when they get your order right! Said "steak quesadilla" 3x and got a steak sub.. was good though.. Been a few other times and the food is always good but there's often a wait or mixup with the orders so check!

Great food and fast service! I recommend the wings and burgers. Anytime there is a special it's a wholesome meal and delicious! I never had an issue with the food or the cleanliness.

To sum it up in three concepts: Great Food, Great Customer Hospitality, and Open Late. They have a bunch of options to choose from. I chose the grilled shrimp and my friend had the fried shrimp. As sides of course I had to try the macaroni and fried broccoli. The food was very tasty. I usually never finish my plates but I ate all of this. They have specialty lemonades and I had the island flavor which was just the right amount of sweet and you can tell it's made with real fruit because there's pulp at the bottom. The staff is friendly and things run smoothly, we didn't have to wait more than 15 minutes for our food. The part we were most grateful for was that all the other good soul food places were closed but them. We had to satisfy our craving and this was a great experience.

This spot is wonderful for late night eating. Although it's In a crowded ( stripclub) parking lot it's worth it.

It was surprisingly good food. Don't let the exterior deceive you. The cashier was nonchalant which gave me concern however the wings were excellent and good value with the wings,drinks and fries for $12 . Good value

ordered on grubhub and sent my boyfriend to pick it up. he asked them did they receive my order and they said yes, they're "making it now." approx. 20min. of waiting, grubhub sent me a cancellation email/text stating that my order was cancelled. I asked my boyfriend did he say my name to the woman at the front cause my order has been cancelled. He said, yes and I asked him to ask her again and she said they mistakenly cancelled it. He waited a few more minutes and asked were they still gonna make it and they said no. so I ended up getting checkers. this is my 2nd time at this establishment, they have long wait times and bad customer service.

The folks that run this restaurant are wonderful. The food has ALWAYS been great over the last 18 years since we moved to Suwanee. They are SO worth visiting.

Called and Placed a simple carry out order at 10:15... they said it would be ready in 15 mins. Get to the establishment and they didn't have the food ready until 11:10 despite being asked several times if the food was ready. Turns out it was sitting in the back and the employees laughed about it. Disrespectful. Food is ok. Prob only ok because I'm starving after waiting for almost an hour.

Love love love the wings here. I'm a paramedic that works at night so the fact that their open until 4 am is amazing. Staff is so friendly and fast! Highly recommended.

I checked out this spot only because of the high yelp ratings. Maybe I went at the wrong time. I know the cooks can make it or break it and I was broken after getting back home with my food. I ordered the chicken fried chicken, mashed potatoes, and fried broccoli. My chicken wasn't cooked all the way so I stopped eating it to keep from getting sick later. The fried broccoli was decent but was battered and fried in the same thing the chicken was probably so it tasted like broccoli with fried chicken skin. The potatoes were lumpy. I just tossed the entire plate in the garbage. Waist of money.

at 3:30 am they had the nastiest dirtiest floors in the kitchen filled with different kinds of food including chicken wing bones in the lobby not sanitary and the staff don't want to do there job and cook what they say they offer on the menu because they are lady and just don't want to cook it . Jerome said Waffle House will do it so that's exactly where I went to Waffle House to pay my hard earned money for better staff and a clean kitchen . I too well at all establishments including the times I've been to food to go before always 20% or more so I will never ever spend my money here again . Going at night can be intimidating for my ladies it was guys standing out in front from the club next door. Food is GREAT! I called in for my order & was ready waiting for me to pick up
