The Best Eastern European Restaurants in Portland and its Suburbs | Eater Portland
"Recently opened in Vancouver by the owners of Roman Russian market, Foodmania slings handheld sweet and savory crepes in options like Mediterranean (chicken, cabbage, carrots) and sweet cheese with blackcurrant jam. The cart also serves dumplings filled with beef, chicken, or lamb; potato pierogies covered in mushroom sauce; and manti, steamed dumplings with beef and onions popular in both Central Asian and Balkan cuisines." - Janey Wong
Lovely food truck. The Borscht was delicious and just what I needed. A couple of tables with chairs in the shade, I was able to take a break and really enjoy the food. I had a cheese Bulochka to finish it all off and I couldn’t be happier. So happy to have found this place!

The food was delicious! Great service, and kind staff.
Generous sized portions for the price. We ordered two different kinds of soap with nice big chunks of meat and two slices of lovely rye bread were included for each order. There were at least 10 pierogies in one order with savory sautéed onions on top. Not to mention sour cream included as well. The chicken shawarma wrap was substantial with a tasty sauce. We will definitely be returning!

It’s literally a Russian mom with her pan.
Reminds me of my mother’s cooking — I’m Polish, so that’s saying something.
The soup? Really good.
The food overall? Even better.

Highly recommend the chicken shawarma, it reminds me of the ones I had in eastern Europe. The solyanka soup was also cooked perfectly, though I wish there was a way for me to order/request bread using a food delivery app (bread was mentioned on the app, but there was no additional area to order the bread and I didn’t receive it when adding it into special instructions). Overall, I would get lunch from here again!

Passing by we noticed this cozy trailer with food, decided to stop here. We tried the food and we were pleasantly surprised, friendly staff, a large selection of dishes for every taste, and what is no less important, not overpriced. So I can recommend this place to everyone

Wonderful. Got the Schwarma and it is different than Greek/Middle Eastern but equally delicious. The dumplings were also fantastic.

It was a delicious surprise stumbling across this place. I had borscht and pierogies. All was great! I ate all of it though the portions could have fed two.

Yelp
A red hidden food truck right behind Morton's & next to starbucks that serves comfort homemade Ukrainian food.
The lady was so nice and friendly. I got a potato pierogies & blackcurrent crepe. It tasted very good. Potatoes pierogies was soft and chewy and a touch of savory from the sour cream. Crepe wasn't too sweet either just the right amount of sweet & tart, and cheesiness. Everything tasted like a homemade meal. The lady was so sweet to give me a free cherry pastry as if she knows I wanted it.
I would love to come back and try other savory items and soup!

Yelp
Haven't tried a lot of their food yet but they were really kind to give a delivery driver a pastry for delivering one of their orders. The pastry was fantastic and I'll definitely be coming back to try some of their other items.

Yelp
This was my first time to this little hidden gem. The service was perfect. And the beautiful young lady working took my breath away with her smile. I ordered the chicken dumplings which were bit sized, tender and delicious with the sour cream. I also had the Mediterranean crepe. I was not sure what to expect. But was very please with it. More sweet than savory but a nice flavor and good size. Can't wait to go back to try more things.

Yelp
Really want to like this place. Friendly service. I ordered a salmon crepe. Look great, I took a picture before I ate it, but when I took a bite it was Salty salty salty!. I'm not talking about the food just a little bit on the salty side, it's like She might've dumped a bowl of salt in my crepes SALTY. I took another bite from a different side just to see if maybe it tasted better but it wasn't. I couldn't taste anything else but salt. Ended up in the garbage bin
