We were shopping at the Moorpark/ Parkmoor store last week , and my kid accidentally drove his cart into some stacked up wine bottles , and they fell . A lot of them, cascading down . He was a little afraid . By the time we went over to the cashier to talk what happened , they had already started cleaning up , and the cashiers response was very sweet, he said not to worry about it , we saw everything in the overhead screens , and have started taking care of it . I asked to pay for damages , and he said it's ok , we'll take care of it . Foodmax has made a life long customer in me and my son ! Thankyou food max for your excellent service !

This Food Maxx has great produce. The store is well organized and clean. I believe my shopping experience would have been more pleasant if it wasn't so 🥶. Next time I shop here I will wear my freezer gear. 😁

I haven't visited this place in about maybe 20 years. The isles were very clean and organized. Came here to buy my shampoo and conditioner, but they didn't have the family size. So I bought 3 gallons of ice cream instead.

They need to change or deep clean the produce misting system. This was today 3/18/24, and as you can see that is mold! Every single part of the produce misting system was like this. The rest of the store was neat and clean with lots of stock.

A recent find. Decent selection. Bought ribeye steaks on sale for $7.99 per pound. Delicious!

there were some issues with the self check out registers. It didn’t really print out my receipt. A lot of the fruit and veggies are damaged. parking is a bit difficult.

Truly horrible customer service. Some of the worst trained and most unprofessional staff I have ever encountered. Saving a few dollars isn't worth being treated like cattle instead of customers. It's impossible to find anything in this store. They rearranged all the products into new aisles, but never updated the signs telling you what item is in what aisle. When you ask for help from the staff, they tell you that they don't even know where anything is. Many items have empty price signs, so there is no way to find out the price of an item. Look at the pictures, there are places for the staff to put the prices, but nobody does it. Just a horrible customer experience in every single way possible.
