I hate leaving bad feedback, but the management gotta get on top of the game. Huge super market, so many good selection and wearm works. But any time of the Day Crazy ass Line .... you can easily spand 10 - 13 min on yhe line. GET 1 more cashir... or self checkout... its not that difficult

Very clean. You feel welcome as you enter the restaurant. Food was well labeled with variety. Some of the food could be a bit warmer. Sanitary practices were being practiced.

I visited this foodtown for the first time a few days ago. Having previously shopped at Shoprite, I realized I had forgotten to purchase baking soda, prompting me to stop by this store for a single item. Upon entering, I noticed a security personnel who shadowed my movements throughout the store. When I became aware of his presence, I intentionally shifted to another aisle, only to find him positioned in front of me, ostensibly arranging merchandise. This pattern continued as I moved to yet another aisle. His behavior struck me as unprofessional and quite embarrassing. I do not intend to return.

Decent place to do your food shopping. This place is located in Carnarsie Brooklyn. Everything is always nice and fresh. Some of the staff is friendly and professional. Love the produce section.

Very wonderful, clean and pleasant place. All the employees was very friendly and helpful the whole time I was there. A must visit supermarket great prices and service.

It seems that there has been a decline in the management and customer service quality compared to previous experiences. During a recent visit to the supermarket, I encountered an issue with the accuracy of pricing and the cashier's conduct. While in the meat section, I was informed by an employee that oxtail was on sale for $10.99. However, upon reaching the cashier and relaying the price, there was skepticism, and I was met with resistance when I suggested that she verify the price herself. This interaction resulted in a confrontational and unprofessional exchange. It is evident that the current level of customer service exhibited by this cashier is inadequate and indicates a need for further training. In the past, under the management of Tony, the standard of customer service was exemplary. The aggressive and displeasing behavior demonstrated by the current staff member raises concerns about the hiring practices at this supermarket.

If I could give this messy supermarket in regards to their customer service snotty, judgy personality a zero I would. People come here to shop and go. It’s always an issue here from otc not working in the middle of the night to unnecessary attitudes from their employees. I had it with their customer service
