The young black manger is a great woman I buy my shoes from this footlocker in Chicago only because the staff have patience they bring out all the sizes and they let you know about the sales I buy Jordan’s from here every time I get a chance every 2 months and I always get the footlocker flex rewards this is a great company !

I was at footlocker to return a shoe I ordered online that was too big. I went in to return it for a size 9 but wasn't able to get it in that store. Luckily, Keesha was working and offered to pick up the size 9 I need from a different location. Exceptional customer service! Went above and beyond, thank you so much!

KIM has terrible customer service. Very rude not only to me but to her co workers as well. Will never shop here again. Stay away from this place. Also ask her for her name and she told me DREA.. but her name tag said Kim when I came back around. I spoke to a manager about her and she told me that her name isn’t DREA.. it’s KIM.. She lied once again in front of a manager when I asked her name. So customer service will really be called.

Wide selection of shoes to choose from, but they didn't have as much in mens sizes below 8, understandably. Other than that, the staff was super helpful. Thanks Tie 👌

Me and family visited this establishment yesterday as soon as we walked in we were greeted asked if we needed any help we said no we were just looking. The workers kept following us around the store the whole time we was there like we were trying to steal. We felt awkward so we left and spent our money in JD sports. FYI Footlocker everyone doesn’t steal so can’t label every person that comes in your establishment

Felt fancy shopping downtown, no problems and the staff were really attentive despite my mother rude behavior, thank you staff 🙏
