Came here to get my frames and lenses and had an enjoyable time trying to find my frames and also figuring out which ones would fit my face and price range. The person who helped me walked me through the prices, discounts and what my insurance would cover to help me understand what I would be paying. Figured out what I wanted within 30 minutes and was able to get my glasses within a week. So far they’ve been great and fit well.

Well, so far, on my visit back this year, there are not enough employees to handle a massive load of phenomenal customers waiting to get fitted for frames and lenses. The associate I met with was friendly and kind, but still in training and unable to help me with pricing. I would very much like to be able to get a new set of frames and lenses and a secondary set and an extremely affordable price whether it be Oakley, Ferrari, unofficial, D by D, Michael Kors, Arnett, Ray-Ban, etc. Looks like I have to return to give my final review, but so far, this has been “enlightening.”

Giselle was really nice. My appointment didn't start until 30 mins after it was scheduled, but I wasn't in a rush. I met with Michelle the Tech and Dr. Smith virtually which was cool. Today [11/24/25] was a great experience for me. My first time visiting For Eyes and let me tell you...it was phenomenal. Optician Jean and Manager Daniela helped with evey question and concern. Those two individuals allowed me to know that kindness still exist in a world thats full of caous. If you are looking for eye care For Eyes at 2318 W. 95th St. is the place to attend.

Daniella at For Eyes in Evergreen Park was nothing short of AMAZING. She greeted me and my children with a smile and smiled throughout the visit. Daniella was helpful, knowledgeable, throughly, patient, and answered all of my questions with a smile. She made our vision experience a very pleasant, fun, and enjoyable one. This was my first time visiting an eye doctor in a very long time and frankly felt a little bit nervous about getting an eye exam and more done. When I got there, I was seen by Jean, who was phenomenal! She was very nice, polite, and above all, patient with me when it came to picking out a frame for my new glasses. Her opinions on the frame has also lead to others complimenting me on how the frame looks when I wear them! This location is great for anyone trying to be seen by professionals that not only care about the way you look wearing glasses, but also how you feel! This place was welcoming, reassuring, and very helpful, I could not recommend enough.

Not a fan. It's a virtual doctor, which wouldn't be an issue although it was very jarring that the staff person did not explain any of the process to me. A few machines are used to measure retina, glaucoma test, etc. but it was clear the staff woman wasn't confident in what she was doing. All around a bad experience. I also thought the facility was dirty.

Good morning, My name is Ms. Turner and I'm writing about the attached order (#2234543) placed with ForEyes. This order was placed and paid for on December 2, 2020. As of today, I have placed three follow up calls for status and I still do not have my order. This FAR EXCEEDS the 7 to 10 working days I was originally quoted for this order. The virtual exam is not good. And trying to reach them by phone is impossible. And their voice mail is always full. Had to call another store to leave a message for them to call back. 2 Days ago. Still no call back. Not the 4 eyes they used to be! They used to be a fairly good company.

Purchased a lovely pair of Armani specs here last week. Such a good experience I sent my daughter in the following week. This company is very responsive to customer needs and service is unparallelled. Price is better than any other retail optical shop I've visit. Stop here first.

No star...this is been such a horrible experience!! I have never had to wait over a month for a pair of glasses. They have sent me for a loop for over a month and can't even offer any thing for my inconvenience. This is utterly ridiculous and will not be coming here in the near future. Not to mention I had to use my insurance and still come out of pocket over $200. Never again will they get me.

I had previously visited the Hyde Park location (great customer service, Angela Smith) so I was optimistic about going to this location because it is a stand alone store with more frame options. I get there walked in no greeting, I was the first to do so. I let the young lady know that I was in the system and that I had previously visited the other location and needed another frame to fulfill my order, she checked my name in the computers and then she proceeded to tell me that the frames I have in my order is only available at the other location and sits down. So I stop and look at her and ask her do they have anything similar or any thing else? She stated that it's only a SKU number so she doesn't know what they look like! Wow, just wow. She could have at least tried to help me find other options but no she sat down at her desk and continued to work on her computer, like come on I'm the only customer, at least Julius came out from the back and greeted me and asked if I'd been helped but by that time I was turned off , I responded cordially and left. Back to Hyde Park I go!

This is a rewrite of my previous review, I think I was a little harsh. After speaking with the customer service dept. and store manager Nichole she was very pleasant to deal with and we got everything taken care. Very Happy with outcome!!!!!!!

This was by far the most exceptional experience I have had at an optical center. I came in today because I was due for an annual exam and was in desperate need for a new pair of glasses. Upon arrival, I was promptly and warmly greeted and checked in. Dr. Greg Artin saw me almost immediately and began my exam. He was extremely thorough, patient, and informative. He made sure that my prescription was spot-on for both my contacts and glasses. He also gave me extensive education on the health of my eyes (which unfortunately was not good) and setup a plan for me to improve my eye health and vision. Before concluding our visit, he gave me a prescription for my eyes, a set of contact lenses in my new prescription, recommendations for products, and suggestions for future follow-up appointments to assess my progress. After my exam, I was helped by a lovely employee by the name of Kristina. I had met her during my check-in process and told her I was looking for glasses. She already had some glasses picked out for me that she thought I might like. She was very attentive, personable, and patient. She gave me her honest opinion on glasses and did not stop giving me options until I was completely in LOVE with my frames. She then sat down with me to complete my purchase and educated me on how to properly care for my glasses. I was beyond pleased with my experience and will definitely continue to come here in the future and recommend For Eyes to all my friends and family. Thank you Kristina and Dr. Greg! I love my new glasses and contacts!

Ok yes I get it isn't the biggest doctors office but it is well kept and usually you're seen with a 30 to 60 minute wait depending on how busy it is. If you already got yr exam and just picking up its fairly fast. I'd it's a renewal or new eye care then yes it does take a bit longer but because the doctor explains everything he is doing and the precautions you must take to get the most from your contact and or glasses. He listens to your concerns and addresses them 2 by 1 and never rushes through an exam. Was waiting for my contacts to come in while waiting my last pair ripped and the doctor gave me a trial pair to hold me over till my contacts were delivered. The only reason I dont give it 5 stars the 1 lady not sure if her name.in the back literally put me on hold 6 times and kept asking the same information that I already gave her which wa sso simple my name, birthdate and phone number. Otherwise the front desk gentleman is always kind and courteous as well as the optometrists. So I'm giving it a 4 for customer service and prefessionalism.
