Where’s the customer service?!? I mean I have to make my own order, pick it up, and you still want a tip. The attendant did bring my order to me, yet still. The food was good and fresh. But not the best burger I’ve had. Plus extra for veggies like tomatoes and lettuce! Just preparing you all. Enjoy!

While this place may be called For The Win, it’s unfortunately not going to win in the face of tsunami of other burger joints that are superior to this place in both pricing and taste. $10+ for burger is quite a pricey proposition and it somehow tastes like an inferior Shake Shack burger which is also similar in price. Don’t get me wrong For The Win doesn’t sell bad burgers but there isn’t anything unique about this place that you can’t get for cheaper & better especially in all of LA. If you’re willing to drive out to Pasadena, I recommend the Original Tops over this place any day of the week.

Place is clean, no one was there when I visited on 3/10 at 5pm. Parking can be challenging in the plaza. Burger was fine, very saucy. I ordered a double cheese burger with jalapenos which came to $15.

"They are definitely for the win" ys Amora. " This is the easy a strawberry shake is supposed to be! It works be crazy if someone didn't like this place. We went on and on about the burger. I had to go back to order fries because my partner said they were the best! Agreed.

I am utterly disgusted. I ordered a burger for delivery and half way through, I had to spit out a medium-long piece of curly hair. It’s a shame because I’ve eaten here a few times and I can’t go back now 🤮🤮

Top tier burgers. We had the single and a double. Crisp well seasoned patties, great buns, complemented well by sauce which wasn't too strong in flavour.

I usually only give good reviews but this place sucks. Lol Burgers are my favorite food. Wanted to give this place try since they're around the block from home. These are sadly not worth the price. Spent $45 on 2 burgers and fries no drinks. Burgers are no bigger than a Double Quarter Pounder at McDonalds. Delicious but not filling for the price. I've come to the conclusion that smash burgers as a whole are overrated and a scam. You order on a screen instead of with a human which sucks bc they still ask for tip for the food which I am taking home. They even had some bs kitchen fee on the receipt! Whatever THAT MEANS! Lol Customer service is non existent other than when they give you the bag to go. Go to Irv's Burger instead. There's a reason they've been around since the 1940's. This place makes social media food with cute branding. The only good thing about this place was the spongebob clips they had on tv. End rant.

This burger was delicious! I got the double cheese smash burger with fries. I ordered this off of GrubHub from this location. Place is a little less than 4 miles away. The food arrived in a bag that was secured closed, which I immediately appreciate when it comes to delivery. The food was also not cold. It wasn't steaming hot, but it was a good temperature for it being delivered. I received more fries than the Container it's held in, which is always a bonus. The burger was delicious from first bite to last bite. I added lettuce and tomato and it was a great addition. Make sure your last bite is a crisp piece of the meat! The fries were nice and crispy and cook to perfection. Just needed a little less salt. I'm looking forward to my next burger craving. Imma hit this spot up again!

I never usually write reviews but I LOVE FTW in Glendale-- but this Koreatown location is definitely not it! The burger was sloppy, soggy, poorly made, and just did not taste right. Came for pick up during lunch. The older blonde lady working there was arguing with someone on the phone and just looked at me from across the kitchen, she seemed bothered that she had to come out and give me my food. Forgot my soda. Didn't really say anything to me. No one else was in the shop. Would not recommend, 2/10. Definitely try out the Glendale shop instead.

I was pretty excited to come here based on all the hyped that this place has + the good rating this particular location had. My friends and I came on a Sunday afternoon, and it was pretty empty. I wish the photos on the kiosk actually lined up with what you actually get for that burger. Don't look at the photos and just base your decision on the description! I ended up getting a cheeseburger with sauce on the side and fries. The cheeseburger was good. It doesn't come with any veggies aside from pickles, so if that matters to you, you should be able to add that to your order for an additional cost. Overall, the burger felt really dry. The sauce definitely helped it, but I feel it was still pretty dry in comparison to other smash burgers that I had. The fries were nice and crispy though! I also just wished they had some tap water available, but only water bottles for purchase were available.

Delicious smash burgers! We all had them with the broiled Brussels sprouts. We enjoyed the sprouts all brown and charred. I also enjoyed the music! Fun place.

Best burgers, hands-down Best Customer Service , hands-down really friendly girl at the front and very fast manager. It was a really good experience. Parking can be a hassle at 5 PM on a weekday so meter parking was pretty easy delicious seed oil, free restaurant.

WAY OVERSALTED. did the burger guy/girl forget to use the sifter on the salt and just pour it on my burger? ordered the double cheeseburger online for pickup to try FTW for the first time. after hearing so many good things about this place, what a disappointment. if salted properly, maybe a 3.5. i've had a better cheeseburger at johnny's in west adams that's similar in flavor profile. WITHOUT THE SALT. spent $13 to be salt bombed here. fries were acceptably salty but wish they had a no salt option online. i liked the taste of their frying oil. hopefully, this was a one time thing, but total SALT BOMB. BLEH. i have to go hydrate and apply lip balm to my parched lips. needless to say, I didn't finish the burger. i'd only come back to order in person or on the phone to specifically tell them to HOLD THE DAMN SALT. holy, sweet salt Jesus. did i mention salt?!!?!?

Have heard about this place for quite some time and stumbled upon it. There is a self service station so order was quick and easy. There were a couple orders before us but our food came out pretty quickly. Cheeseburger with single patty is quite good but I think next time I will order a double cheeseburger! The french fries are light and crispy, kind of like Mc Donald's fries. All in all very clean place and would comeback to try again!

The customer service was trash. The two guys in the kitchen should run a circus and not restaurants

For The Win is another smash burger place that is great tasting. Service is fantastic and truly helpful. Ambiance is casual dining.

I don't know what it is about this location, but the burger was subpar. This was mainly because they smashed the burger til they couldn't smash it anymore. The meat had several holes in it from being tissue paper thin. This made it taste like you were eating flattened charcoal. Burgers look NOTHING like the pictures. Three 3 stars because the sweet potato fries were fire! The young European lady in the front was somewhat pleasant until I had a question and she was trying to speak to me from the back, where she was with the cook. She needed to walk back to the register so we weren't yelling. Please up your game in Koreatown :(

The cheeseburger is great and the fries are yummy. The Brussel sprouts are very flavorful.

The worst service. No one says hello. They are all behind the far counter. I've waited for a ready takeout order for 10 minutes and had to flag down multiple people. Things are on the menu that you can't order online so if you try to order in person it's a 20 min prep difference.

Strange restaurant with weak burgers. I do not like smashburgers. I wonder what the appeal is? I'm insanely curious. The restaurant is understaffed. Service is weird because of it. The burger was as you can guess smashed. It was ok. It wasn't a big burger. The fries were just ok. I ordered the burger to go and ate the burger in my apartment. Parking is an utter hell around here. Most of the time the lot in front of this burger place is valet. Meter parking is available nearby but it's usually all taken.

5 stars on the burger alone. The fries could be better but the burger by itself easier makes this a 5/5 eating establishment. I'm glad that they're re seeing success and opening new locations. The original location in Hollywood isn't the most convenient. Definitely get the double cheese burger and you will leave with one of the best burgers you'll ever have.

I'm happy that this place opened up near Ktown! It's great that the place isn't as packed yet and it's clean and simple. It's a solid smash burger but I wouldn't say it's the best I've had

Service was fast, Andrew was so nice, and just look at this burger it was SOO GOOD. The food was very flavorful but was a litttle pricey .

1st time coming here and I was very excited to try it since I would always see it on my social media..My son and I love burgers and we decided to go celebrate his B day ,and I was very satisfied with the food .. I would definitely return

Had a really dope experience at the FTW Grand Opening! Andrew was dope as f and made ordering fun! He hooked it up for me, my husband, and our little one! Definitely will be back, not only because of the food but the cool people chill vibes super casual and the food is 10/10 + 10

The burger was overall great. Patties were very well seasoned ,the buns were very soft, and the sauce was ok. The fries were very good and had a perfect crisp. Staff was super friendly and the restaurant is very clean and well kept.

Horrible service from a white lady with blue eyes. Racist . She asked if we need a Spanish speaker when she can't even speak english. Didn't want to explain the menu since is our first time.

The service was on mute status nobody greeted us. Two people working the kitchen. We ordered through a kiosk at the counter. If you want water you must buy a bottle water which was ridiculous. I ordered the roasted Brussels sprouts which were burned and swimming in balsamic dressing. Not enjoyable. My son seemed to enjoy his burger. The young lady who brought out our food said zero to us. For a $35 dollar tab and zero customer service I won't be back

I'm a big fan of smash burgers, and For the Win is one of the few places I keep returning to. Their burgers nail the perfect balance of crispy edges and bold flavor. I'm thrilled they've opened a location nearby, though having them so close might be a bit too tempting!

This is hands down my favorite smash burger in LA. (I've tried Burger She Wrote, Burgers Never Say Die, Heavy Handed, Easy Street, Chris& Eddys, Apple Pan) I was so happy to see they opened up in Koreatown! The burger is the same taste as the OG Hollywood location. I hope they have plans for a liquor license because I miss the beer pairing options offered in Hollywood but not Ktown.

Cheeseburgers were great, some of the best in the city. Fries are great too. Would definitely come back again but I hope they open in West LA soon.

I don't know why this spot is so empty because they literally have one of the best hamburgers I've ever eaten in my life. Even the bun is delicious. I tried their brussels sprouts and they were very very good. Really huge you'll want to share them. I look forward to trying the other sides and the milkshakes. But please go to this spot because I don't want them to close down!

This was my first time trying For the Win! I got a single smash burger with everything on it (grilled onion, pickles, sauce) plus bacon! The super smashed crispy patty was somehow still juicy and had a ton of flavor, I wished I was capable of eating a double, good portion of bacon and a huge portion of pickled jalapeños, I couldn't finish them all! The regular French fries were a 10/10 for me, they reminded me of a restaurant I always go to when I go home to Chicago, so the nostalgia factor might make me a little biased! BUT, perfect texture in my opinion, crispy and firm on the outside, soft on the inside, not a soggy or burnt fry in sight, someone else might think it's a cheap type of fry but I love them. Only note I have that knocked my rating down is probably the size of the burger, the presentation made me question it a little, and the bun could've been toasted, otherwise a very satisfying experience Definitely would eat here again

Hands down the best cheeseburger I've ever had in my life. It's perfectly seasoned and dressed. The sweet potato fries are very good as well. You won't regret it.

My first time coming here I ordered a double hamburger no pickles, no cheese, add ltb (lettuce, tomato, bacon). I was helped by Vera and her service was good. I also like it gives off like a bar feel but still giving restaurant vibes to it. Most likely to come back.

Price is higher than the actual quality of their burger. Charging for all the toppings???? Too much. Patties were big but paper thin.
